I left my sneakers/walking shoes when I checked out for one night on 21 May 2024. By mistake, I left my sneaker in room 301. b When I returned and checked in again, I did not find my sneakers/walking shows in the lost and found a property.

In the middle of Gulshan 2, an upmarket area of Dhaka, and just a 15min drive from the airport. Staff, from reception to porters, restaurant and room service all professional and friendly. My room on the 8th floor had a good size and all I needed. Everything (WiFi, A/C, shower, lighting) functioned well. The bed was comfortable. Daily two new water bottles were brought. Especially good was also the breakfast at the hotel's Blueliscious restaurant. A nice choice of fresh fruit and various cooked items, especially from the Indian subcontinent, like Idli and Sambar from South India. Newspapers, also in English were available. For a change of dinner there is just in front of the hotel a Unimart with a large international food court.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is right across the Netherlands Embassy and near to a calm park. There are good restaurants and coffee stores nearby. The area surrounding the embassy is blocked with fences after midnight, the hotel is within this zone. Therefore there is almost no traffic during the night and it gives a safe feeling.

The bathroom was a bit outdated and the shower couldn’t heat up. I would say that for the price you can get a better room in the Gulshan area. Tho the location compensated it for me.

The location was very good. And according to the location the price was extremely reasonable. The staff was very friendly and assisted in every task.

The mattresses need to be changed as they have been used quite frequently and now have gone a bit bad and do not provide proper support.

Smooth check in experience. The suite was spacious and the bed was really comfy. The bathtub or jacuzzi was the main highlight of the stay. Also, satisfied with the food from the restaurant. The room had a good view from the 9th floor. Next morning breakfast buffet had a broad selection of tasty food. The staff was really courteous and helpful, they even allowed an extra hour of stay before check out.

Water pressure in the bathroom was low and had dirty water at first but then after a while it was all good. Good lighting in the room but not so much in the bathroom. Room service food took an hour to arrive. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Location is very good, close to the shopping and restaurants and also a local market , and the very good breakfast

We got a room not face to city road , it was face to another building and there was office space I think always can see the people so can not open the curtain

When I am in a hotel I appreciate space and details. I found both in the Bengal Blueberry. I loved the fitness room because they had monitors and I could play my own workouts, it was great!

The hotel is fine, I only missed a light dimmer, but that is already asking too much

Though this is my second visit at this hotel ,the staffs are really chilled and incredible supportive.i did enjoy a lot of. And here I had great conversations with Mr Fahad &Ms Sumaiya.

This is not my complaint.only suggestion that if they serve food in short time it will be appropriate.
