I like the staff and their service, the location, cleanliness and would recommend this hotel to family and friends. :)

One or two staff has strong BO, maybe can try use deodorant. The rest are all good

Hotel is great, especially the staff, very attentive. The staff on the roof top restaurant were amazing and the food, don’t get me started. I cant remember the last time I had a meal that was so fresh, delicious. Honestly, it was a meal to remember, especially the egg bhuna, prawn bhuna and butter chicken. I would go back for the food and service from staff. Can’t fault the hotel.

Only downside, which is not major. Slight complication at the time of checking in but was resolved by the manager.

Very good location just 12 minutes to walk to the central square of Gulshan. Clean and comfortsble hotel, very good breakfasts, the staff very friendly and helpfull

Only the pool on the roof was kind of dissapointment for us. We were planning some sunbathing, but there was only one bed. We asked to add one more, but nothing changed until the end of our stay. Moreover, lot of potentially harmfull hornets ( vespa tropica) was flying over the pool and this area during the day. ( maybe they had some nest in the vegetation there).

Loved the location..very near to the Gulshan area but not as expensive as the hotels in that area. The staff is very supportive and welcoming. There is a small cafeteria near the reception and the breakfast area is on the top floor. The breakfast spread is good.

They could have given more bakery and fruit items at the breakfast spread or increased the vegetarian options at the breakfast spread at the hotel. They could also add some local delicacies. The space for pots in washroom is a little off.

Breakfast is very varied and gives you a chance to sample a wide range of Bangladeshi foods. The rooftop pool is fab, although it has no shade. I can't fault the staff or the rooms.

No shade at the pool, which can be a problem. That's really all.

Staffs always wait for tips even if they didnt need to do anything. The TV was useless.

Mix of local and western breakfast with curries, cereals, omelettes and eggs to order . Very helpful staff and soft mattresses! Pool was great. Great location!

Everything was great, the room, the staff and the restaurant on the roof. There was also a pool on the roof with nice views. It is located in a quiet area of Dhaka, good restaurants and shopping close by.

excellent choice. clean, modern, great wifi, aircon and breakfast. best of all the staff from security to front desk to dining.
