The hotel was very nice. The staff was very kind and friendly. There is a very nice restaurant on level 1—Breakfast is very tasty and available from 6 to 10 am. There is also a terrace with a beautiful view of the city. There is also a 24-hour cafe where you can have drinks, smoke cigarettes, and play pool.

There were some mosquitoes, even inside the room. There is no alcohol available at the 24-hour cafe or on the terrace. The pool is on the terrace, but the pollution from the city makes it not as pleasant as it could be.

The helpful and friendly staff, including Masum, Jewel, Obyed, and others, assisted with check-in and check-out, provided newspapers, and arranged airport pickups. The quiet environment and excellent café on the ground floor add to the overall experience.

The rooftop is a mess and needs renovation. The room temperature was quite low, ranging from 15 to 18 degrees Celsius, because the AC in the room does not have a heating function.

I found the protocol officer & driver fresh & bold at midnight when they picked us up. Guards & concierges were alert and spot on through their security system. Rest of associates were found vibrant & informative regarding hotel facilities & services. Wheather it was our first experience in the Golden Tulip The Grandmark - Dhaka but we were pleased & felt comfort. The room was big in size & square with well decoration & luxurious amenities, high speed Internet & HD quality satellite channels. In room facilitated breakfast food was yummy with multiple juices & rich items. The Rooftop is simply awesome for wonderful Skyline Restaurant by surrounding greenery plants, Vegetable gardening at upper deck with GYM & Swimming Pool facilities.

As we were in short trip so we did not find anything to be disliked!

Breakfast choices limited but food quality is good. Very helpful as I need to travel at 6am to other city, they can help to pack breakfast and coffee for your journey, wonderful services. The Duty Manager is very helpful as I was stuck at some meeting place with heavy rain for whole days, unable to get any transportation back to hotel for more than 2 hours. Contacted the hotel reception for help, they immediately arrange a car to pick me back to hotel. It was very grateful help and though by the hotel staff, Excellent services and care.. Cheer !

Affordable, good value for a 4 star hotel. Location is not on main street, hence more quiet. Spacious rooms. Rich breakfast. Top floor open-air pool is excellent to cool down and relax. Pleasant staff.

Suggestion for improvement, some of the furniture and doors (bathroom) can be renovated.

I stayed in superior King room. Normally its over 100 euro per night and they had and i got an special from booking.com with 70% discount. But in general I think its good value for money . All the stuff we're nice . I could do even a late checkout with out any extra fee . The interior has an Because of their service and wonderful accommodation will definitely recommend the place.

The real name is golden tulip grandmark , so if you follow the booking.com name which grandmark it would be difficult to find .

The hotel itself found outstanding in-trams of their every service. It was my first visit and stayed in Golden Tulip and my satisfaction level was really more than I had expected. especially their associates were found genuine and highly professional. It made me sense their smiling from their heart. I never felt I'm away from my home. in addition, I had started my day with their awesome breakfast.

The is nothing as such that I did not like

The hotel is located in a quiet area, but still easily accessible I like the big rooms, the spacious bathroom and the big shower.

I miss a better selection of fresh fruit for breakfast.

I received an airport shuttle upon request which was very helpful for me. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The rooms are large, clean and well equipped. The bathroom is very clean and has a nice shower. The pool on the roof invites you to relax, on hot days it is a real cool down and worth its weight in gold

The selection of fruit for breakfast could be bigger. For European guests, the morning and regular prayers of the Muslims are a bit disturbing, but the hotel is not responsible for this.
