I stayed at the Radisson Blu in Dhaka for 6 nights and had a mostly fantastic experience. The rooms are spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, with a decent-sized bathroom that added to the comfort. One of the biggest highlights was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff—especially Fayjur, the airport agent, who was an absolute lifesaver during my departure. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, which made transfers super easy. The breakfast buffet was truly amazing—great variety, fresh options, and something for everyone. Despite a few drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel, particularly for its service, cleanliness, and breakfast. Perfect for a comfortable stay near the airport!

That said, I found the lunch and dinner options a bit limited, and the international cuisine didn’t quite live up to expectations. Also, the lobby felt quite dim and could use better lighting to create a more welcoming atmosphere.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel, made even better by the excellent service from the front office staff. A special mention to Hassan for his excellent and thoughtful service and the duty manager Kamrul — their courteous, warm, and genuinely welcoming attitude made a real difference. They were attentive, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. It’s rare to come across such hospitality that feels both personal and sincere. Thanks to them, my stay was smooth and memorable. Highly appreciate their service and would definitely return!

The best part about our stay was the staff- truly made it memorable and we felt very welcomed and cared for. Starting from amazing Mostafa, breakfast waiters, waiters at the restaurant on the 8th floor to the housekeeping and maintainable staff- all our needs were immediately fulfilled with a great smile and great curtesy. Even the gentleman who was polishing the shoes was so nice to us- even though we never polished our shoes, he still made sure to welcome us, ask about our day and made sure we are all good. Exceptional service so rarely seen these days in other hotels, even 5 stars.

Everything was great

The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful, and accomodating. Special thanks go to Nazir, who met us on arrival at the airport (both arriving and departing from Dhaka), and assisted us with getting local SIM cards, cash exchange, and navigating airport security. The food at the hotel is excellent, and the amenities are great. It's located close to the airport, as well as a number of local attractions. I would definitely recommend the Cigar Bar for a relaxed evening cocktail.

By Dhaka standards the hotel is expensive, but given the surroundings and amenities I would say it's worth the money.

Continental breakfast was good

Rent is too high. They should have standard rent and that must be maintained always. Room should be sold in a fare made for season but one unethical practice immensely noticed that they increase the rent artificially. They say no despite of rooms are available and charged double and even triple once rooms are in crowed.

The concierge people were very helpful in coordinating my lost luggage. Specially Mr Shaukath and Mr Khan.

I have noticed vehicles are not enough to cater to the guests to go to the airport. Also, I have noticed that the transfer fee is a bit pricy compared with Grab.

kazi I think the front of house staff/ host she was so welcoming, it was my 2 nd time stay at Raddison kazi is an asset to Raddison wish her and Raddison best of luck

Staff are excellent. It is very clean and the breakfast is absolutely fantastic.

If there are events, then amenities are off limits. I couldn’t use the outdoor pool at all because of an event and there was construction to set up all the tents and infrastructure. It wasn’t pleasant.

Was excellent. Stuff was friendly very nice , gentle.

The first night we didn’t get any tooth paste and tooth brush, no hair curling machine.
