Budget friendly, good behavior, neat and clean, well decorated and spacious room. Overall very good service and best hotel at this price.

Actually, I like the aesthetic environment. Nowadays, it's too rare to find marble floor tiles. I love their room and ambiance. On the other hand, all the staff is very good at warmly welcoming their guests. They consistently follow up with guests to meet their specific needs. I booked a breakfast-included package with them. It was quite a surprise. Despite traveling both internationally and domestically, I've never had such a mouthwatering and fresh Bangladeshi breakfast in a budget-friendly package.

Staff try very hard and are very supportive, helpful and friendly. I will stay again next time. Great thick clean towels. Not one insect found in one week! Airco and internet working.

No warm water, power plugs not good, elevator powered off at night when you want to check out with heavy suitcase.
