The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet suburban neighbourhood, a bit far from the centre, but the public transport is very convenient, even on weekends. The room and the breakfast were nice.

"Don't distrub" signs to put on the door are definitely needed. Any activity in the corridors (like door slamming) could be heard, but this is a YMMV thing.

Great out of city location with easy access to the centre close by, via tram, e-scooter and the Metro. Clean and comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast and great value for money. Lovely to have access to the outside seated area at the back and front of the hotel, door straight out of our room.

The hotel is located in a very quiet wooded area in the southern suburbs of brussels. Great for resting. The breakfast does not offer a lot of choice, on the other hand good quality products: very good pastries, croissants, fresh eggs prepared in front of you.

The hotel looks old style, declining one. It would need a good renovation. One of the mattresses may feel a little uncomfortable depending on your weight.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Even insisted on showing me the way to the room and carried my bag - which I warned was super heavy! Lots of free parking on the road outside the hotel. Quiet area. Short walk to tram stop. Very-very nice pizza and chili oil (the best chili oil I had in a while) Secure key card locks to hotel and room

For a continental breakfast it was excellent as it was included in the room price ,so I wasn't expecting to much. Lovely woodland location,not far from the city center. It was a pity we didn't get chance to explore a bit more as we were only there for 1 night, and the purpose of our visit was to help my daughter move. I would love to go back again and spend more time there.

The location is wonderful, very comfortable to also have the nice restaurant downstairs. The area is very quiet (which is what we were looking for). Breakfast was as expected, standard continental breakfast with pastries, some cold cuts, eggs, cereal.

The room and facilities may benefit from a little refreshing up, especially for the price. It was clean and comfortable but a bit dated in terms of the interior and just small details around the hotel (chipped paint here and there). Nothing overly major, however.

The staff was very friendly! The best service I had in years. The family room was very spacious and the hotel was nicely located. And what was important: the rooms were very clean!

The furniture and design in the room was rather outdated. The kids beds were not very comfy and the lights need some fixing.

Restaurant was closed but for renovations so not really a bad point - will be great once restaurant is open!

Our only regret is that we were too busy to interact with the very kind staff more and join them for breakfast. We will be staying again in the future with the hopes of trying their food :)
