I know Auderghem very well as I spent many years living in the area, so I knew that the hotel's location was convenient for public transport. The fact that the hotel was in the grounds of the local hospital meant that there was ready access to a convenience store and a pharmacy, should the need have arisen. The room was very clean, with all amenities expected of an aparthotel. We didn't want for anything.

Everything was fine. The only minor hiccup was that I had requested a twin-bedded room.but when my son and I arrived we found that we had been given a double-bedded room. However, the staff at the Reception were very obliging and, although there wasn't a twin room available that first night, they ensured that we were given a twin room the following day, for the rest of our stay.

Nice apart hotel, close to VUB, train station with direct connection to airport is 1km away, easy walk. Check in/out was very smooth. Rooms have well equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, kettle, dishes), enough storage space, deposit safe (large enough for a laptop), enough electric plugs. The room is not big but bright, windows can be open for fresh air and curtain blocks all light for comfortable sleeping. Table is ok for eating but not to work. Breakfast was very good with many choices, coffee machine serving also hot chocolate, fresh orange juice, scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, salami, bread or toast, yoghurt, sweets (great cheesecake), not much fruits. Gym is also well equipped.

The area itself is not very attractive, keep in mind that room cleaning is not done for short stays and there is no tee/coffee provided in rooms.

It's a new hotel, you can see that everything is still new, it's a good feeling. We booked for 4 people 2 adults and 2 kids and we received two double rooms which had the access door between them open. It was ok, the kids had separate beds and we had a double bed king size, very comfy. The rooms are ok, not too big but not too small either. We loved the breakfast, not so many products but very good quality, you can make waffles on the spot:). Good wifi, easy access to city center by bus. There is no parking at the hotel, but there is a paid car park in 50m and a free parking at 800m, but only if you are lucky enough to get a parking place. All in all a good place to stay in Brussels

I had a great stay at this hotel. The facility is well-maintained and inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Additionally, the internet connection was reliable and fast, which was great for both work and leisure. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would definitely stay here again!

Although the hotel is located in Brussels, it is quite far from the city center, which may be inconvenient for those looking to explore the main attractions. On the positive side, it has easy access to the highway, making it a great choice for travelers with a car or those passing through.

Dirt or killed insect on the ceiling Bad locker in the bathroom Morning mistake by one of the cleaner stuff (we were sleeping, and then at 8:30 a woman entered our room without permission, talked something in French, left gifts for the next guests even though we had time to check out till 11. That was very confusing and not nice since she woke us up and disturbed the privacy)

Our accommodation at Adagio was great. The room was very clean and cosy. We had everything we needed and more than that - the whole little kitchen with the stove, fridge, microwave and all the dishes you need to cook a meal if you want. The location was great. Just a few minutes walk to the public tranportation. You can choose between bus or metro. The breakfast was varied. You can also make yourself an omlet.

The hotel has no parking lot. But you can park your car for 30 minutes directly in front of the entrance to unload your baggage. Or you can park for 2€ per hour at the parking lot of the hospital that's right beside of Adagio. There is also another parking lot, that is free of charge (Parking P&R: Delta) but you should consider yourself lucky if you find a spot. It is 750m away from the hotel.

Very friendly staff. Clean and tidy apartment. Well presented bathroom with towels, hairdryer, and shampoo dispenser. Quiet location, and well insulated from sounds from other rooms. Close to the metro (10min walk) with a small supermarket opposite for snacks/cheap breakfast. Good sized fridge in the room, and the mini kitchen had a kettle as requested. Washing up liquid, cloth, sponge and tea towel included. Good recycling bins. They've thought of other facilities which others may find useful (small gym, laundry and place to purchase food/beer and make pizza) but we did not use.

Small amount of room to manoeuvre around the twin beds, but a double should be easier. Hopefully, the washing up cloth and sponge are reused and not fresh for each new customer, as they didn't seem to be environmentally conscious choices.

I would have appreciated if a couple of teabags or soluble coffee were provided in the rooms. Also, was a bit weird that, when I arrived, a credit card was requested to make sure that they could charge me in case of room damages. I don’t travel with credit cards but with prepaid cards, so it was a bit weird. They also said it’s “standard practice” but in fact I don’t think it is (it’s the first time it occurs to me)

Nice room, with comfy bed and nice small kitchen section with all facilities needed. Bathroom was clean, with everything needed Good location near the metro, and bus station, so you can get to the center quite fast. Almost nothing to complain about, you receive exactly what you see on the photos They also have small gym, as we were there in the morning, nobody was using it, so it was cool :) Don't know if we were allowed to do that, but we were able to make coffee in the morning in the dining zone unless we haven't paid for breakfast. Staff let us do that so we took the opportunity:)

We had an issue with payment, our Polish card wasn't working, and they said that it is a common stuff, so it would be nice to fix that There is no salt, oil, teabags in the kitchen section, it doesn't cost a lot but you wouldn't buy a whole package for a short trip
