The location is fantastic and easy to find even when arriving at midnight. The bathroom was spotless, came with amenities and hot water. The room was clean and compact. I loved the fresh and crispy baguette every morning!

The stairway leading to the room was rather steep thus not recommended for travellers with larger suitcases. It would be good to have some instruction on how to use the TV with two remote controllers not responding.

At first I thought I was coming to a hotel, but as it turned out, it was the home of a very kind young family. Still, you feel like you're in the hotel. The room is of good quality, the bed is very comfortable, higher than usual, the bathroom is patty clean. Breakfast is just enough, but very tasty. The hosts are very kind and helpful. I especially recommend the breakfast room, which was probably the family room facing the street, where the decoration, wall painting is so nice and pleasant music play during breakfast are very nice and suitable for breakfast. It's like sitting in a café eating your breakfast. I can only recommend it to everyone.

I liked the warm welcome and kindness of the two hosts, Aurore & Julien; the large and cosy room and bathroom both decorated with style; the quality of the bed, the cleanliness of the bathroom. I also liked the breakfast, simple but complete and with portions adapted to the number of guests (so no waste). The location close to the European district and Place Jourdan was also a criteria for me.

Spacy room and bathroom, absolutely cosy place. Very clean, well maintained. It is visible that owners really care about their B&B and guests. Self-service simple breakfast. Location was relevant to my needs. Price was ok in comparison to crazy prices of lodging in Brussels...

Noise isolation is a bit poor, but ok - somebody was loudly snoring in the room next to mine :) The mattress was too soft for me (I usually sleep on a futon at home, so definitely not a soft one :) ).

This is a family run property, so it's great to support local businesses! It's located in a quiet residential area, but with many restaurants nearby (e.g. a 5 min walk in place Jourdan). The room was spacious and comfortable and I loved breakfast - the room where it's served is super cozy and the food provided was great.

It's clear if you look at the map, but be aware this hotel is quite far from the city center - it's either a 40 min walk or around 30 min by public transport (the metro station is about 15 min walk). A minor point, but the room had a couple of details that could do with an update (e.g. carpet on the floor, window a bit fiddly to close properly).

The Duplex Apartment is very spacious, beds are comfortable and the bathroom must have been recently renovated. We've had excellent communication with Julien, the host, who has turned out to be very helpful with everything we needed. And since the property is a bit far away from the Old Town, the area did not feel very touristy. Still, you'll find a few restaurants and coffee places in the nearby Place Jourdan.

Not really an issue but there's no lift

The location was perfect, very close to the EC. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean and the hosts were very responsive and welcoming.

The stairs to the apartment which was under the rooftop were steep and the floor in the apartment was squeaky and uneven so it was a bit strange when you walked.

The place was amazing, our host was so lovely and really really thought-full, the beds were amazing, the bathroom was perfectly clean, and the breakfast couldn’t be more cute and delicious every detail was perfectly thought. Definitely going to repeat if we come back! Thanks for everything

Amazing breakfast. Lovely place. Room was clean and quite comfortable. Location is close to everywhere restaurants, cafes, transportation etc. Host was really nice and friendly. He fulfilled all our requests, thankfully.

One of the best part of this trip was the breakfast which was on the location on the ground floor, it had everything we wanted and a little more, it was a cozy room with some old song and a big window which you can look outside. The host were really friendly and really helpful when we will need something and even asked us at what hour we want to take our breakfast, not the usual 7:30 to 8:30 breakfast. The location is a little further of the center but if you come to the city to visit and walk it off is perfect to see a lot of parks and monuments. Really loved it and I would come in the winter to eat at their place again to feel the same coziness again .
