Beautiful room, spacious, with nice, modern aesthetic and all the needed facilities. Also, it was always clean. The staff was helpful and polite. Very close to Schuman station, where you can find both metro and train lines. For those that will travel for business, the hotel is 400m from the European Commission and approx. 900m from the European Parliament, thus you will not need either a taxi or public transport.

The breakfast could have more options, especially cooked ones. There are bakeries near the hotel where with a few more money, you can have a much better breakfast. Also, soundproofing could be better. We were lucky not to have people staying near us that were making noise. But, when someone was speaking from a room next to ours, we could understand that there was a discussion going on.

We booked the place for one night and we had an amazing time. The staff is quite friendly and flexible. We were able to enter to our room before our check/in hour as our room was ready. I came with my small dog and the staff gifted a bag of goodies with a toy, a bowl and a peed pad. The room was very clean, nice scented shower products and comfortable bedding. There were also nice de details. A personal welcome message was on the tv message on my name in the tv and we were able to buy some snacks around 3am. We will definitely come back again, thans a lot.

There is an extra parking fee and it needs to be reserved in advance, we were lucky to find an available place when we arrived

I love the size of the room and the big mirrors and lighting. It smells clean. I also met Spanish speakers in the reception, they're very nice, friendly and helpful. They checked-in and out me.

Corridor is a bit smelly, some trash were left outside of some room. You can hear the next door when some people are arguing. My room is facing a residential area I think therefore when I open the curtain, the neighbours will see all my business inside the room. So probably you can request a room not facing the residential area to avoid awkwardness with the local neighbours.

I really liked a lot of things about the hotel. The decor was kind of minimalist, but it was really nice. The finishes were top-notch, the breakfast was great, and the location was perfect - quiet and convenient. The rooms were huge and the beds were super comfy, with two pillows, one of them being a feather one.

There were a few minor issues that did not significantly impact my stay. The windows could open wider, the curtains could be different, and the water temperature regulator could be more precise.

too few plug-ins within a reasonable distance when sitting at the desk; lower part of the cover of the showerhandle fell off; plastic cover on radio unit on the door fell off (staff came up immediately and ensured that it's not a safety issue); ventilator in shower cabin was noisy and continued operating long after one stopped having a shower.

Wonderful hotel with a very big lounge and activities. The room was very big, clean and always had hot water for a bath! Also you can find complimentary coffee capsules and tea to start your day. Close to metro station! You can also have breakfast or a hot meal downstairs as there is the so called refuel corner!

It is not that much soundproof as i could hear the rooms next to me when people were talking loud and also some noise that i cannot explain when you were in the bathroom that probably came from the upper floor. Nothing special though that can ruin the experience!

One of the best hotels in Brussels! This was our third time in this hotel and we enjoyed the stay as much as we did for the first two times. Quite spacious room at 28 sq mtrs. Very comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and polite. Their plus point is their amenities - 24/7 snack station, a bar, superb play area and generous check out time of 12 noon (which they gladly extended by one hour :) ). Location is also quite nice, easily reachable by car, bus or trains. The big Grand Central bar next to the hotel is good as well. All in all, highly recommended.

Room was very spacious and overall very comfortable. Bed was a king and very comfortable. It was very nice having an open lobby area along with a bar as we met friends coming and going as needed. Umbrella availability was great, as we utilized. Taxis were immediately available in the area when needed. All staff spoke very good English and were more than friendly and hospitable.

It was troublesome trying to open the shower door with a floor towel down on the floor and it was also difficult to manage the water temperature in the shower.

The hotel is with nice location, close to metro station and 30 minutes walking from the city center. The room was comfort, spacious and clean, the bed was perfect. The recepsionist asked us during check-in whether we would like to have everyday cleaning and they did it. The hotel offers variety of options in order to serve all customer needs. There is an oportunnity to play games in the lobby. There is an option to rent a locker and umbrella if needed. We were guests beginning of December so it was also nicely decorated for Christmas. The bathroom sink stopped working in the last days. I saw a bug in the bathroom. The water was either really hot or cold. The bathroom floor was sticky. We had a hole in one of the towels. One pillow was stained. The second key was always removed by the cleaning lady. The window did not close perfectly and all the sound and wind could pass by. The hair dryer was sticky.
