Location eas great, easy to reach with taxi and train. Bonus that it was very close to EU quarters. That we could check in early and check out was very much appreciated. Thank you. Great pool, helpfull staff

The aircondition stop operating each nigh, this made the room very warm and hard to sleep. There was no way to start it. The break fast was over all good, but would have expected real susagrs (not chicken), verity of yogurts, nutela . Over all service was good, but when ordering drinks in the loby, we had to wait 15-20 min to get three beers.

Great parking garage and swimming pool. Good location. Quiet rooms available... but you need to ask for it.

It’s super close to a metro station with good bus routes to the centre. The hotel lobby was very modern and very clean. The staff was welcoming to us and helped us with our needs.the rooms were really nice and big. We had adjoining rooms so it was very nice that they could accommodate for that. One of the best things about the hotel is the connection to a well stocked gym with a beautiful swimming pool and sauna

The room toilet wasn’t the cleanest. The toilet itself had an unsightly amount of limescale as well as the sinks. It was a little bit off putting. We also had difficulty getting someone to open up the doors to our adjoining rooms. We had requested for someone twice and gave up waiting after 20 mins after they promised that they had sent somebody up. When we returned to the room they had been unlocked whilst we were out (we gave permission for them to do so whilst we were absent). We also had difficulty with the front door not locking properly and being temperamental. An engineer came up and couldn’t find a fault so we just deadbolted that door and left through the adjoining room.

Excellent close to the European Parliament, quiet area. Service ok, room ok but not to latest standard. Breakfast good

hey have a professional staff, super dedicated to customer service. There is not one thing that we request that they couldn't address, and that's, for me, one of the most valuable aspects—the service. The hotel is really nice, and the location is perfect since you have the train station just 2 blocks away. If you want to eat, there are some places nearby with excellent options and abundance.

I think the breakfast is a little expensive. Even though it's fully comprehensive with toasts, croissants, yogurt, cereals, cheese, salmon, jams, eggs, vegetarian options, fruit, pancakes, etc., if you eat out, you can save 50% of that cost.

The room was spacious, with a large desk and comfortable bed. The location is quite convenient, close to a train station and with different bus connections. It was great to have filtered water on every floor, with two reusable bottles in the room. The fridge and the kettle in the room worked just fine.

The shower head was leaking, making it inconvenient to shower. The staff was not always very efficient.

The hotel is better than it looks in the photos. In August 23 the pool wasn't too busy but it got plenty of use. There are pool towels, robes and slippers in the room. The sauna and gym were also free. Mini fridge, kettle, mugs and glasses in the quiet room. We found our king size bed comfortable. The scaffold was still there during our stay but only obscured part of the window and no work was going on during the week. There is nothing you'd want to look out at anyway. For food and drinks, the Beer factory on Place de Luxembourg, a few minutes walk away. There are buses from Place de Luxembourg and you can touch on with a credit card. I think one goes to the airport for a better price than the IC train which you get to Gare du Midi and then need to pay (tap credit card) for a metro to Trone. Best excursion is to the Ghent altarpiece with VR tour. €5 ew from Gare du Midi.

Cozy environment, great services, fully equipped gym, both machines, cardio equipment and multiple squat racks: you can do some powerlifting too since there are lots of 20kg plates

I was there on january 1st for NYE and all services, pool, gym were completely closed down. To chill at the pool the 1st of the year was the reason we booked this hotel. Quite a disappointment
