Very friendly staff, free fruits and coffee, clean and comfy

The room was quite small, but we were completely okay with that

Our room was minimalistic, but it had all comfort that we needed for overnight stray. Hot water is provided 24/7, and there is free coffee/tea in the lobby, also always available. We had breakfast for all of our days of stay, and I highly recommend it. Breakfast buffet is plentiful, with lots of choices. Great value for money. We also liked the location since it is within walking distance of metro station, shopping street and royal palace.

Door to the bathroom was sliding glass door, which also did not close 100%, so it provides very little sound barrier. Also, area where the hotel is is a bit sketchy, but not dangerous. Just thought it was worth a mention.

The room was nice, clean and spacious - more than confortable for a one person. They have a luggage room which was very useful to me because I arrived in the morning and the check-in time was at 15:00 (3 PM). The staff was very friendly and helpfull. I forgot to bring slippers so I got a pair from reception. I was also able to print out a couple of pages that I needed for one of my meeting free of charge. Coffee, tea, snaks and fruits were always available for free in the reception area, which was quite nice. For the price, I am very satisfied with this hotel. Its great value for money.

I had no issues with this property and was overall very satisfied with my stay. One detail worth mentioning is that the windows of the room faced other rooms, so keeping the curtains closed was necessary for privacy. It didn’t bother me, but it might be something to keep in mind if that’s important to you.

The hotel is nice and well located. The only issue we had was at the check-in when a young blode guy from the reception told me that I have no booking which was weird because the girl from the morning confirmed that everything is ok and we can leave the luggage until the checkin is available. After some minutes of checking, he managed to find my reservation but even so he still tried to joke and convice me I still have no reservation. I was pissed off because I had a terrible headache and I just wanted to get the room. He also set the wrong number of nights for our access cards and they expired after 2 nights, but we booked and paid for 4 nights. It was solved easily since all the other personelle was professional, not like this guy.

A great 3 star hotel in the center of Brussels. Breakfast was the star of the show, everything was delicious and fresh (especially the bread and croissants). It is located just 1km from the Grand-Place and European Parliament. Metro station is just around the corner, as well as everything else you need for the duration of the trip. Rooms were clean, warm and comfortable, with very nice electronic blinds. Staff is polite and speaks English very well. Only downsides were the minor leaking of the shower water into the rest of the bathroom and slight noise from the street below in the morning. Looking forward to the next visit! Great value for price.

The location was perfect and the hotel was truly delightful. The room was comfortable and equipped with all the necessary facilities. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options, and everything was incredibly tasty. I would especially highlight the warm hospitality of the staff – they were genuinely attentive and provided me with very helpful information throughout my stay. I would like to sincerely thank Vincent and Julien, with whom I had the pleasure of communicating more frequently. Additionally, complimentary drinks and snacks were available near the reception, which was a lovely touch. I thoroughly enjoyed my entire stay.😍

I would only suggest that would be great to have a toothbrush kit in the bathroom, among others. Everything else was perfect. 🤗

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and cozy, the location was ideal (just a 5-minute walk from the Royal Palace), and the breakfast was delicious and full of variety. What impressed me most, though, was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. On the day of my check-out, I asked for a last-minute extension — I called around 10 AM, even though check-out was at 11 — and they went out of their way to make it happen. I’m genuinely grateful for how accommodating they were. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable and I’ll absolutely come back!

Lovely hotel. The room was very nice, a good size and clean. The hotel provided free hot drinks with snacks and fruit and also chilled filtered water, which was a lovely touch. The air conditioning was very effective, which was most welcome as it was 40 degrees one day. Very convenient for the metro too.

Minor things - We would have liked to retain the same towels for a couple of days to do our bit for the environment, as encouraged by the hotel, but there was nowhere to hang them to dry (just a hook rather than a rail). There were no drawers! This meant that all different clothes - underwear, tops, trousers, etc - had to be in a big pile on the shelves and rummaged through to find the required item.

We had an excellent communication as we were travelling late at night, so i send a message confirming our arrival at late our(before midnight though), and they responded keep me not worried about that. Also, exceptional welcoming from the desk at our arrival, really fast and informing, without delaying. Also helped us about finding something to eat and drink nearby. Very comfy bed, very clean, and a great decoration. Stayed for a night, but at a next visit in Brussels, i will definitely choose again Aqua hotel. Plus, they kept our bags for whole next day in store room, letting us do our thing in the city, and kept them for several ours after our checking out time. In a few words, don't think about it.Great!

I liked everything by the hotel. The area of the hotel in the city, is kind of a no-go zone, especially if someone is totally alone, or a woman, as there are several low life people around, and the area is really a mess by garbage and drugs. Nevertheless, the hotel is placed on an alley several meters away from there, providing some kind of decency and safety for visitors in the area.

The location was brilliant near the metro and 15 min walk to attractions. The staff were so kind and helpful. Arrived before check in time we were able to use bathrooms get changed have refreshments,leave our luggage in locked room and go out and explore for the day. The rooms are basic but clean and the beds very comfortable. Two minute walk to bars reastraunts , shops one side all your regular shops the other side very high end designer shops. Staff were very helpful with guidance to places and how to use buses and metro. Free vending machine all day for tea and coffee and ice water available with different fresh fruits to flavour. Would definitely stay here again.

Was up a side street. Stayed with my teenage granddaughter and had no bother from anyone .
