We liked the location. The design of the room was clever and made the most of the space. I liked the kettle and nice teas. The breakfast was excellent. They provided gluten-free rolls in plastic wrap. It's near the number 12 bus from the airport and on the metro to the atomium, and there's a bus running past to the comic art museum. It's near heaps of shops and restaurants. It's extremely quiet at night.

The design of the bathroom doesn't allow for a toilet roll holder, and the paint round the bath isn't the right sort for that moist environment, and it's gone quite mouldy. It's on the flight path, so if it's hot and you have the window open, that could be a problem.

Location was great, everything was really nicely presented. We only stayed one night and got a flight early the next day so weren't able to make the most of the room but it felt like a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets nearby for the time we were there.

My only issue, small but noticeable, the mirror in the bathroom was positioned so high only a very tall person could use it. Getting ready to go our for a meal it's nice to not only check how you look but also anyone wanting to put makeup on would find it very tricky – I ended up not bothering but not ideal if we'd had a nice restaurant booked.

We were greeted by a really helpful member of staff at reception, really appreciated being able to leave luggage before check in time, breakfast was delicious and plentiful and very good value, the bed was very comfortable. The pool was lovely. Bath and shower lovely and a big thankyou to housekeeping staff who freshened up the room each day.

Location was further out of town which we were expecting but the alley the hotel is located down felt less than desirable especially at night time. Room was hot, no fridge in room. Had read previous reviews about the lift- a paper sign was on the outside of the lift saying maximum 3 people which made me feel uneasy

The staff were very friendly and it was great that we could get a comfortable room for three adults. Shower was good and beds comfortable. Limited hanging and storage space but was sufficient. Great location and reception staff are really helpful. Kettle in room but could also get coffee from machine in breakfast area at anytime

No decent mirror in bedroom The stuff about asking for the gardener on check in was bizarre as was instruction to go to hotel next door. There was 24 hour reception at Jardin Secret Internet wasn't working when we arrived but they told us and it was repaired the next day

(1) Location - perfectly located in the city center, parallel to chausse d'xl, 3min walk from the metro station porte de namur (&so 20' to the Gare de Midi station), 15-20min walk from the Grand Place, close to the European district. (2) Silence - even if in the city center, the hotel is super quiet, the rooms are facing internal patio/courtyard, with a nice garden & a little outdoor pool; so it's super silent even if located so centrally. (3) Design - very nice, stylish yet simple design; feels a bit like summer home, for those who want to avoid "cold & business style" hotels. (4) Staff - very kind, present but also not too invasive.

Price - for me it was the last moment booking so I had a nice price reduction, but a regular price can be considered a little bit on a high end.

First, the location which is very close to the main street where tgere are shops and restaurants, pahrmacy and groceries. The staff were kind, trying to do their best. Jazz music in the lobby. The little pool in the back.

At the lobby there were no ramps for the heavy luggages and along the hall towards the rear building. There should have a been a more spacious and systematic luggage storage at the reception. In fact our umbrella is still there, we forgot about it and the receptionist as well did not give it to us. The room is too small and there is almost not enough space to open our big luggages.There is no refrigerator in the room.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in room number 11, which had a lovely view of the garden, just behind the pool. The room was comfortable, and the peaceful surroundings made our stay even more enjoyable. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. Every team member we interacted with was incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. I also want to highlight the cleanliness of the room—each day, it was spotless, with the bed made to a very high standard. As someone who travels frequently, I must say that the attention to detail in housekeeping exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is another great advantage. It's within walking distance of the city center and main attractions, with Bruxelles-Central Station just a 15-minute walk away. The nearest metro station is conveniently located just around the corner, providing quick access to Bruxelles-Midi in about five minutes. Overall, it's a nice hotel with excellent customer service. However, considering the amenities and overall experience, adjusting the pricing slightly would make it an even more attractive option for travelers. Nonetheless, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it!

The price was a little bit to high.

We booked a room for 5 people for one night and it was very comfortable. The hotel has a lot of facilities and offers breakfast, swimming pool and we could leave our luggage after our checkout. Almost everything was perfect. The metro station was 6 minutes on foot.

Although the hotel was near the main sightseeings, the region around the hotel was quite strange. We arrive at around 10p.m and we were a little bit afraid with the people and the shops there. In the morning the region was better but there were strange people too. Also, we book room for five people and there was only one small mirror in the room.

It's was a brilliant little hotel. Out of the main area, but a 10/15 minute walk down to Grand Place and all the beautiful shops restaurants etc. The breakfast is amazing for the cost. And plenty of choice. I ate way too many nuts. But honestly, it was so nice. Plus, you can sit either in or out. The pool is a nice temperature, just tiny but serves its purpose. We loved the little balcony above the pool. Gets late evening sun.

I was disappointed with not having a bar as such. But you could buy a few limited drinks. No English breakfast tea bags are just something easily available to get.
