The bed was very comfortable. The hotel accommodated my request for a room facing the rear - these are the „deluxe“ rooms and quieter than the „superior“ rooms facing the street. The person who checked me in and out was very nice. The location near the Louise subway stop is very convenient (just a few stops from the Midi train station).

While the website states that „superior“ rooms face either the garden or the street it seems that these mostly face the street - if you want a view you may prefer this but I prefer the quiet side of the building. The building is modern and has a high standard (ex-Sofitel) but has no particular charm.

The room was beautifully designed with modern furniture and was very spacious too. Having two bathrooms was nice, and the shower was amazing.

The location is convenient, but it's "in the heart" of a shopping district. Fortunately the hotel is raised, so you don't hear the noise below – but leaving the hotel felt like going into a touristy zone instead of something where locals travel. It's just a 10m walk to a more quiet part of town, so not a big deal overall.

Was given a token at check in for a free drink at the bar but when we went to order we were restricted on what we could have , which I thought was a shame as a mocktail was 16 Euros, and a normal cocktail was 18 Euros but you could have a mocktail but only wine or beer if alcoholic. I asked to pay the different but that also wasn’t allowed. When offered a free drink we wasn’t told there were restrictions. Only a small issue but worth a mention.

Very lovely staff, everything was clean and location was amazing to get to other places.

This hotel is conveniently located in a high end shopping district, mass transportation is nearby and historical/city sights are within walking distance. The hotel was spotless and the staff was extremely attentive

I wish there was onsight parking. The hotel does offer valet parking using a nearby garage but it is expensive. Self parking is available (still pricey) at a nearby garage.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! From the warm welcome at check-in to the beautiful room with a fantastic view, everything was top-notch. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore. The staff provided exceptional customer service, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The bed was incredibly comfortable—one of the best I’ve slept in! Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Going Home

Absolutely loved our stay! Staff were warm and welcoming, especially Esther who was able to check me in earlier than expected. The room layout was faultless, beds super comfy and plenty of space for luggage. I especially loved the lighting in the bathroom, as usually hotel lighting for applying makeup is awful. Location is on a lovely shopping area with lots of great restaurants nearby. Great value for money, I will definitely be back!

Location was great, next to a tram and metro station. Room was spacious. View was nice with a big window for natural light. Shower amenities (soap, shampoo, lotion) provided were good quality. Breakfast spread was good. The staff were amazing! They couldn’t promise an early check in but made it happen for us after a long flight.

It does not include a working desk. It has that small coffee table which is ok. Gym was good but only had 1 of each machine so if someone was using the treadmill, you can’t use it.

Location was great. Staff are very friendly, room was clean and we appreciated they provided a crib even though we had not requested for our child. We also liked that there is a whatsapp number that we could text in case of any queries.

The bed was not comfortable, perhaps personal preference but the pillows were quite high and the duvet made a noise at every movement. Unfortunately this did not make sleep that peaceful for us. Also the breakfast options for the price were not worth it

Luxurious hotel in an equally luxurious street, with high-end brands just across the road. Perfect location, garden view room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
