The location was very good. Close to two metro stations, near to many restaurants and easy to arrive and leave. The breakfast was fine (nothing particular special, but quite reasonable), and the beds were comfortable. The cost-benefit was very good. The staff was friendly. Air conditioning was working well.

The triple room, where I stayed, was a little small, compared to another NH we stayed in before this one, and the elevators were also old and small. The hotel is not new, and we can see the passage of time over it. The bathroom has this flaw of becoming flooded after a bath, providing minimal protection for water to spread while taking a shower.

We arrived to Brussels very early in the morning, and we were able to store our luggage in the hotel without any problems. Our check-in and check-out were both done by a very kind young man, I didn’t catch his name, but he had a slight French accent :) Our room was pretty and had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and since we only stayed for 2 nights, we refused cleaning and received a voucher for a complimentary drink! In the morning, we were surprised at the huge selection and variety at the breakfast buffet. The fruit juices and coffee were really tasty! The hotel is also very close to the station Midi, just two stops by metro. Our stay at this hotel was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

I was there in probably the hottest part of the year and was very grateful for the excellent air conditioning system. The location is excellent: just two minutes from the Avenue Louise and the fashionable centre of town. There are lots of very good restaurants only minutes from the hotel. The staff at the hotel were also super-friendly.

Just keep in mind you will have to pay extra for your breakfast. Oh, and let's not forget about the stellar staff. Seriously, these folks are like sunshine on a rainy day—helpful, friendly, and always ready to make your stay extra awesome. On multiple occasions, I've encountered instances where the hotel attempted to double the authorization hold on my credit card without prior notification. Fortunately, my bank declined both attempts, thus preventing any funds from being charged. Nonetheless, it would have been greatly appreciated if the hotel staff had communicated directly with me regarding the necessity of the increased authorization hold.

I gave my credit card details through Booking.com and received the confirmation email from Booking.com, but when I arrived at the hotel in the evening, I was told that the booking had been cancelled automatically as they did not have my card detail. The receptionists were helpful though, and gave me a much smaller room than the one I booked as that was the only remaining one. I had my room changed for the second night.

The hotel staff were very helpful and helped decorate my mom’s room for her 60th birthday. They were very friendly as well as professional. Always greeted with a smile and always happy to assist. The hotel was well equipped and very comfortable. The location is very good with links to public transport and Ubers. Thank you team! You are all a credit to your company. I would recommend this to family and friends.

The breakfast menu could be more varied rather than just a buffet.

I had a pretty dark room with the depressing 'view' to the corner of the backyard. The check-in is indeed late. I was hoping that it might be possible to have a room around 1 PM but they did not have anything ready.

We were expecting a bar, bottles of wine, beer & soft drink were available to purchase from a self service area but this doesn’t give so much choice. we were staying in a room above the street, which could sometimes be a little noisy from from people walking past after their night out.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and I'm consistently pleased with my experience. The staff is friendly, the room is spacious and comfortable, equipped with all essentias amenities. Situated in close proximity to avenue Louise, a lively shopping street, the hotel is also surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. Additionally, the convenience of being close to a metro station, especially for those heading to Midi station for train connections to other cities, enhances the overall appeal of staying at this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The staff at check-in were very calm and accommodating, offering the perfect energy to greet guests arriving from travel. The location was great and the rooms were very clean.

There was construction going on outside one of the rooms which made it difficult to sleep one morning.
