Very, very good breakfast. Great variety of tasty foods. Great choice of additional herbs and spices in the hot drink area (fresh mint leaves, etc.).

Incompetent lady at the reception desk by the check-out on the 27th of March 2025 around 11:30 a.m. Potential communication/language issues? Asked for the invoice information that was submitted earlier (company obligations) answered "yes" at first, but later, after printing the personal (not company version with tax-id, etc.) invoice, she denied the fact of earlier confirmation that she knows what to print. Very unpleasent, by the way. Definitely to improve.

The breakfast was fantastic, with home-made granola, smoothies, marmelade, bread and pastries. Clean and quiet in the breakfast area. The family room was spacious, with separate toilet and bathroom. Clean. Fridge in the room and bottles of water were provided every day! The tea and coffee amenity in the room was much appreciated. Very good location, next to the tram station.

The isolation between the rooms was not good. Our room was a part of two connected rooms, even if we had asked for a quiet room and definitely not a connected one, since we booked a family room for the whole family. So, we could hear those staying next to us, which is not something that you would expect from a 4-star hotel.

Check in staff were lovely and friendly and we loved the little cakes we were invited to try too. Room was really spacious, clean and well appointed. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as it was wildly overpriced but it looked good as we passed! The bar is nice and staff really friendly in there although the cocktails not the best. It's one of those slightly soulless places aimed at conferences and meetings but a good base and close to the big wheel, Palais de Justice and lots of shops & bars.

Not a lot. When you're out a lot and don't use the facilities, it's just a place to rest your head and shower so it was more than adequate for that.

The hotel was placed near public transport and it was very easy to get to the sights. The room was clean and spacious, we even had a couch and the bed was very comfortable.

The fist inconvinent that we noticed was the small elevator. It was pretty hard to fit 2 persons plus luggage. It was also hard to get it in the morning on our way down because it was always full. There was not enough light in our room and two of the light bulbs were flickering. In the bathroom shower and bidet drain was clogged There was no slippers in the room and we have to ask for them. The room was marketed as a 4 star but in fact i can give it 3.

My recent stay at Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and professionalism set the tone for an unforgettable experience. We were surrounded by charming shops, fantastic restaurants, and vibrant streets, all within walking distance. We even came back after a few days and booked the same room type. We requested an early check-in due to our train arrival timing, and they kindly accommodated our request. Not only did they have our room ready, but they also upgraded us to a room with a sauna! This thoughtful gesture truly made our stay even more special. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always ready to assist with a smile and helpful suggestions. It’s the perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. We loved the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. It's also super safe, with extra security features like safety locks and an elevator system that only allows hotel guests to access rooms. This added sense of security made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip! And you should too!

Nice hotel, close to all major brands stores. Big room, with a twin bed and a sofa bed, a big table, a coffee expressor, a water heater and a refrigerator. They provided 3 coffee's per day, tea, and spring water. As a plus, the room came with a ironing machine and table. The guy from the reception was very nice, as he offered us, a free parking ticket on their 4 level parking for all our stay, due to the fact that they somehow messed up my reservation.

The room was quite dirty. Underneath the sofa there were a big layer of dust. Also on other peaces of furnitures the dust was present. The bathtub grew some fungus into a corner. The toillet seat is in a different room than the bathtub and bidee, so you need to exit the toillet room and enter the bathroom, if you need to use the bidee. Also, the light in the toillet seat room, has a mind of it's own, and sometimes works!

The apartment was big and cozy, it was clean. It has convenient location with 20-30 minutes walking distance to the old city center (Main square for example). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

In the bathtube when you have the half of the bath with water the fully closed bath plug is not keeping the level of water, so you need to add more water not to lay in wmpty bathtube. Also it would be good to have additional hanger+hooks for the clothes as for 3 people 1 small wardrobe and few mini hooks was not enough, also in the bathroom would be better to have more hooks for the clothes.

Very nice large family room with lots of space. The room had a large king size and a large sofa bed. TV had Netflix etc which was good for some downtime after sightseeing. Breakfast was expensive so we grabbed pastries from local places instead. Near all the shops which was nice. Great to have the in room tea making facilities and fridge with complementary water. A very nice large hotel.

Location was good for shopping but a good 25 min walk to Grand Palace. The bathroom was nice and large but the water did leak out of the shower cubical.

Very well located. Lovely decor. Freindly polite staff. Very good size rooms. Bathrooms clean and also a good size. Bar was lovely and food great. Basically a fab hotel with a real chill vibe.

Not very sound proof. We could hear the people in the room next door very clearly. Which didn't help they had a child who was extremely loud. Bath towels were very small and felt like they were ready to be replaced for new fluffier ones. Toilet layout was a little strange, as a good size room but toilet and sink were so unnecessarily close to each other we were pretty much sitting under the sink.

Great and very spacious room. Comfy bed and pillows. Excellent breakfast buffet. There is Nespresso machine in your room and you can make a Nespresso coffee also in the breakfast area. Liked their approach to allowing choosing if you want your room to be cleaned and made up or not.

The sound proofing of rooms could be improved. I could hear the conversations in the hall behind my doors. However street noise was not there. I had a bathroom with just bath - getting in and out of shower could be a struggle for older people.
