Stay was pleasant with good breakfast. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful. After check out, you can leave bags at reception if you need to go out for some hours then pickup your stuff. And if you're in a hurry, they can call taxi for you.

After 4 days, there was some issue with shower drainage, but i just reported to reception staff and it was fixed later in the day. Also, some very minor issue where the usb power port had been pushed into the wall, making it unusable.

Great location within walking distance from the city center. We requested a double bed prior to the arrival and while the initial, probably automatic reply was that they can't confirm the request, because it depends on the current availability, at the end there was no problem with getting a double bed. Our room didn't have windows towards the main street, so it was really quiet during the night and the mattress was also comfortable. There was a mini fridge and an electric kettle. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of sweet and savory options, variety of veggies and also warm dishes like eggs, bacon and pancakes. There was a restaurant/bar at the ground level of the hotel, which we found a bit expensive but we enjoyed everything we ordered.

The bathroom had a bit of mold between the tiles in the shower and on the showerhead.

The room was spacious, everything was very clean, bed was comfortable. The hotel was a lively place with lots of people enjoying relaxing in the bar area and in the restaurant. The breakfast bar had many options and everything was tasty. I ate dinner in the restaurant twice and both times the food was excellent. The location was very good not far from the metro stop. The clerks at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I will choose a Pentahotel again.

One evening in the restaurant it took a long time for the wait staff to notice that I was sitting at one of the tables. I wasn't sure if they had been trained to regularly peruse the dining room to see if someone new had entered or if a customer needed something.

The room was spacious and the lounge was great. The food at the restaurant was good too. The breakfast options were quite impressive.

The noise was a lot, I could hear people speaking on the corridor and the room next to mine. The room was a bit stuffy and there was a strange smell, I couldn’t leave the window open for too long because of the noise from the street. The thermostat couldn’t go below 20, so the room was often quite hot.

The entire hotel has a cool, calm and relaxed feel. The bar and restaurant downstairs is super, food is top quality, the choice of seating inside and out, the massive cushioned couches to lounge on with a coffee after a long day, the ones where you think your reclining all cool but your actually looking like a melted potato- Bliss! The low lighting everywhere - not screaming at your senses, the big screen for sports without the sports bar feel. So good!!!! Staff were friendly & helpful. Hotel room is very quiet, excellent sound proofing, air conditioning & comfortable beds. Only we met people in the lift we wouldn't have known there were other guests staying, SO QUIET!!! Choice of seating in room, desk, little coffee table with chairs and a fantastic (double hose) rain head shower. Tea and coffee facilities in room, fridge and safe (although safe wouldn't work) This is a great hotel for a decent rest. Best of our trip! (Tip...coffee place directly across the street from hotel does AMAZING coffee)

Safe was faulty. I had expensive audio equipment with me that I needed to store, spoke to staff on 2 or 3 occasions and didn't get it sorted, just carried it with me around brussells (the audio stuff, not the safe, that would have been weird)

The Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel lounge had a good ambience and lots of comfortable sofas. The breakfast was very good quality with lots of choice.

The breakfast finishing exactly at 10am. I was still eating my hot meal and when I went to get some fruit, pastries and coffee, they had pulled the curtain across and had litterally removed everything at lightening speed and emptied the coffee machines with no warning. They should have encouraged guests to get what they wanted before they closed. Not very helpful in allowing me to enjoy my breakfast. The shower in the room was temperamental. The water temperature was only warm, if you adjusted it by a couple of millimetres it was scolding hot. It just needs a thermostatic valve adding.

Location, close to many nice areas and to the center as well. Comfy and clean room, huge bed (2 meters wide even in the standard plus room!). Overall good facilities, all nicely stylish and modern vibe. I didn't try the good or breakfast but the bar on the ground floor seemed really nice to just sit down for a drink. Water refill downstairs was also a nice touch.

Noise from the street is not well filtered out and can get difficult at night to sleep at times. Instant coffee (instead of real coffee) in the room. Wifi in the room on the 6th floor was quite weak (worked perfectly on the ground floor).

The location was ideal, giving ease of access to the local transport network and only a 20 min walk from the town centre, along with all the major recommended sites and attractions.

The advertised parking facilities, associated with the hotel. Hotel staff informed us that said parking area was renowned for vandalism, with recent drug issues and the general feeling of the area was somewhat daunting. We ended up finding alternative parking that was more reputable, with regular dog and security patrols. Also, the holding deposit that is collected on check-in. I had to chase down, informing the hotel that the nominated time for reimbursement had lapsed, and if funds were not credited within 48 hours, I would escalate my grievance.

Very modern hotel with nice bar area, pool table etc. Rooms were a great size and the beds were massive! Large bathroom with walk in power shower. Location was in the main shopping area with Designer shops and 15 minute walk to the main train station

Checking in on a sunday evening took a long time, seemed quite short staffed.

The hotel is located in a nice area, close to the coffee shops, restaurants, and mini market, and the tram stop is 3 minute's walk. The interior of the lobby and the restaurant area are charming. The breakfast menu was good. We also could order a late check out (although the cleaning staff was unaware of it and knocked twice asking when we were checking out). The room was spacious, with a big bed, tea, and coffee station.

The closet was not really a closet, as it was just an external hanger.
