Brilliantly iconic decor, very pleasant staff, bags could be left before/after check-in/out, early check-in/out was available, drinks and food available on arrival and check-out, breakfast offered but we ate out (the food did look good though), good social atmosphere and perfect location for the city and transport links to the rest of brussels (tram, metro and bus), short walk from most places. Would go back and would definitely recommend!!

The room could have been a little cleaner, there were old marks from soap and bottles on the bathroom sink, some minor dust and cobwebs, and the outermost curtains to the window in the bathroom had some minor mould on them. But overall clean enough and an enjoyable place to stay, would go back and would definitely recommend!!

The room was very spacious, my kid's loved it. There was a big toilet and very comfortable bed and pillows The hotel is very quiet, no disruptions and the hotel Is close to all the shops and food places. Everything seemed in walking distance. We had 2 room's but other room was dark while one was bright . Both room's had an aircon but one didn't work.

The elevator was scary and sounds broken. I booked 2 rooms for my children and for me and my husband ,my kids room had stuff that my room didn't. For example their room had hairdryer,coffee maker.but their AC was broken didn't work. Mine did. And even after the elevator, you had to walk up a flight of stairs with all your luggage.

We had a great stay at Zoom hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and very kindly allowed us to check-in quite a bit earlier than the standard check-in time, which we were very grateful for. Our room was nicely designed, clean, and a decent size! The location is quiet and feels safe, right in the heart of Ixelles and a 5-10 minute walk to the metro, also a 20-30 minute walk into the centre. There was no kettle in the room but one of the staff members was very helpful and helped me get some boiling water when I needed it.

We didn't get the breakfast because it was €20, which we thought was pretty expensive, but there are lots of options of places nearby you can go instead. Other than that I can't think of anything!

It was wonderful returning to a warm, cozy room at night. The bed was terrific, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was great and well tiled, and the shower was powerful and hot. We thought each member of staff we interacted with was excellent, helpful and friendly. We especially liked the extra touches provided by the hotel eg. perfume to try at reception, sweets on offer and the lovely fragrant water. The location of this hotel is also excellent, not far from a metro station and lots of amenities, and our room at the front was very quiet and peaceful. We loved it.

Although a bright room and bathroom during the day, at night we found the lighting poor and inadequate (in both the room and bathroom). It was too dark to put on make-up, I could hardly see the outcome and could well have looked like a clown for all I know!! Secondly, there is a trip hazard outside room 203 - it might be an idea to mark this with coloured tape.

The hotel is easily reched by foot from the city centre but public transportation is also available near by. The room was clean and very big. Only disadvantage: For longer stays it might be useful to have some sort of cupboard. We booked the hotel very spontaniously a few hours in advance and when we arrived, everything was prepared and for us to check in. They even turned up the heaters in our room in advance to make it cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not book the breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

The bathroom had no ventilation and the room got quite warm even though we turned off the heater, which might be a problem in summer. Our room was located on the first floor and the windows showed some sort of backyard. It didn't bother us but I guess, I can see why some people might say it's a little depressing?

Beautifully decorated hotel, large room and very comfortable bed & couch. Our room was facing the interior of the building so it was very quiet. The staff was really friendly and very welcoming! Very tasty breakfast with many organic options, freshly cooked eggs, waffles, excellent home made granola. Power bank rental was a nice addition in the reception area.

No air conditioning (we did have a fan instead), luckily the room did not get too warm. A mini fridge would have been nice as well, we only saw it advertised in the room brochure that there is a €50 deposit for it, but we only saw it too late and didn’t ask for one in the end. I’d expected a 4* hotel to have these included by default with or without deposit.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was large and nice, and small fridges were available. The beer selection was also excellent. The hotel is located near public transit and there are many stores and restaurants nearby.

As mentioned by others, you could hear people in adjacent rooms and our room was so dark that it was hard to find things. Would've been nice to have a kettle rather than just a coffee machine

The hotel is in a good location close to Louise metro. Rooms are quite nice, modern and very clean. Staff (at checkin/checkout) is very polite and accomodating. Wifi fast and big bathroom.

i was lucky(?) to get a room on the last floor and facing back. The floors are creaking and you can hear people from the corridor, so i didn't have to deal with that. Outside the building currently there is construction, so if your room faces front might be a problem. Minor points: The bedframe has a design that blocks the TV.

Hotel has good location, the room was great size. I believe we were upgraded to an xl room which was appreciated as we travelled with a baby. Parking nearby possible. Overall very nice, calm neigborhood .

Our room shared a wall with a bar so it was a bit noisy. We understood that the breakfast was 20 euros per room per night but in reality it was the price per person per night so there was there a bit of a miscommunication there during check in. The breakfast is okey, could be better for the price point. The neighbourhood has plenty of options otherwise for breakfast or dining.

The hotel was very charming, and we loved the look and feel. Shout out to Oliver at the front desk for making us feel welcome. Side note: If you don't do well with stairs, this place might be a bit difficult for you since many of the rooms are only accessible via some form of stairs. But if you make a request known beforehand, you should be fine.

Lack of parking, but that's not unheard of in cities.
