A sauna with a mini pool was a nice surprise, a real Finnish sauna, in a not very expensive hotel is rare. I was really enjoying it, and I am afraid to write it in the comments, so it will be overbooked next time, when I would like to stay in Brussels. The bar was chill and comfortable, nice relax after a hard day.

The friday night prom could be somehow announced to the guests - I am used to loud parties, but falling asleep at 03 am was too much for me.

The location of the house was good. There is a Carrefour across the street so that was super convenient. The aesthetics when first walking in is amazing. I love a good bathroom so the bathroom met my expectations and some. The keypads for the lighting are amazing. I love how everything can be controlled on the wall near the bed and when you walk in. You can even adjust the lighting in the bathroom.

Not sure if housekeeping really wants you to activate DND on the rooms. I got calls every morning about it.

Really lovely hotel, stylish and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The guy working on front desk, the girl working in the spa and the housekeeping staff were all very friendly and professional. We used the spa facilities which were excellent. Fantastic value for money. We were delighted with our stay.

Everything was excellent! The only disappointment was when we looked to book massages, due to them only having one table we could not get massages at the same time, but this is totally understandable for a small hotel.

Great room and spacious bathroom. Good location, with supermarkets and restaurants and near public transportation access. Had a room neighbour who was very loud but the staff took care of it. Only the elevator was broken one day and took almost the whole day to fix it (glad we didn’t need it to go upstairs with 3 suitcases).

Room and staff where very good. On the second morning breakfast was set out around 7am but there was nobody in the breakfast room to serve tea or coffee. So had breakfast without.

There was no evening meals at the hotel.. If there was a function on , which there was both nights I stayed... Access to the main bar to sit was not an option. Although the staff would get a drink for you....You had it in your room. This was disappointing.

Always a pleasure to stay there. The staff are always so helpful. I must give a special thanks to omaima, she is absolutely wonderful, always kind and approachable, and is always helpful. I hope Harmon house give her a special treat as her character is one of the main reasons I come back to this hotel. The hotel itself is very clean and is in a great location. I look forward to rebooking in the future.

First of all, I would like to thank Marion, Sebastiano and Deenesh for their warm welcome and excellent quality of service. They have met all my expectations. I have been provided a very quiet room due to my tinnitus related issue (hypersensitivity to noises). Hotel very well located, next to the Louise avenue and very close to the downtown. Intelligent connected rooms, A/C and different ambient lights controlled from one Single device available in the room as well as in the bathroom. Modern bathroom with shower that can be activated quickly thanks to a push button. Amazing Spa including hamam, sauna, swimming pool and massage centre. Cozy and confortable bar available till very late. Excellent address for business trips or holidays.

Television channels not well set up and TV connectivity poor in some rooms. Otherwise, no issue at all.

I was so impressed with the size of the gym, the new equipment and the diversity of equipment available. I don't think it was clear on the booking.com page that there was a gym! The staff were super friendly and accommodating and the room was lovely too.

The sauna and spa were lovely but for some reason were not working when I went to swim in the morning, but they were working in the evenings.

Great hotel! It had all the facilities required. The spa downstairs was especially nice. The staff were all very helpful and there was great communication. We received a message as soon as the room was ready and managed to check in a little early which was thoughtful.

The location is a little far from the centre about a 20-30 min walk, but the hotel made up for it!

This Hotel is a great place! the personal are all so friendly, light minded and smiling. they have a great spa with both sauna and steam bath, and an awesome massage opportunity. make sure also to check if the hotel (owners of the hotel) have arranged an exhibition... they are art interested and are using the lobby / bar / restaurant for intimate art exhibitions where you can meet the artist. im definitely coming back to this place when Im visiting Bruxelles for pleasure.
