The property owner insist we put up a deposit of €150 using our card 💳. They label booking.com as third party. This is not right. We hv more trust with booking. Com..... And we prefer to pay the deposit in one go when we book the apartment. Can you guys look into this please!

Shower needs attention - the door does not get shut and it splashes/leaks all over.

The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Brussels old town district, which is practically on its doorstep. The room was very clean, facilities were excellent and there was a separate shower cubicle and bath.

The only downside of our 4 night stay was the lack of any soundproofing in the windows of the apartment resulting in poor nights sleep. This was with all the windows fully closed. Our apartment was on level 3 above Rue de l'Ecuyer which is a narrow two lane, one way street which goes up hill and is a bus route. The buses and other large vehicles unfortunately have to go down a gear as they pass the hotel and their engine noise really ramps up. There is also the noise from the underground which emanates from a large air vent just uphill, outside Scotts Bar. We would suggest getting a room on the other elevation or take ear plugs just in case you are not used to night time noise.

I liked that they provided water dispensers. The apartment was very good value for the money paid.

I stayed there for two weeks. I really did not like that there is no segregation / recycling of the garbage. I even went to basement to look for containers but there was just one container. I produced more mixed garbage in two weeks then I create in one year at home.

The property is big enough for family of 4-5. It is near to all the restaurants and shopping/grocery.

1.The shower door wasn’t closing tightly, water is coming out. 2.No instruction to check in. 3.No staff is available to assist us when we arrived. 4.We have to call and get charged for international call twice.

The location cannot be any better. It is a minute walk from the grand place(adjacent to St Huberts Galerie) but in a comparable quiet corner. We arrived on a national holiday and one of the apartment keys did not work. We called and in 15 minutes there was someone to help.

We had two apartments and both had different set of utensils. For example, one had bigger and other had small pots, one had strainer one did not. We were lucky but others might struggle a bit. Few other toiletries would be helpful like showercap, body lotion(the standard set) etc.

The apartment was nice, well stocked with essential appliances, beds comfortable, excellent location. The water dispensers are a great idea.

The check in and check out process could be adjusted slightly for people needing to drop off or store luggage before / after check out. Only one pillow per person available. Some instructions for the microwave would have been helpful.

1. Location: The location is amazing. It is right next to the Grand place and very close to the Brussels Central station. 2. Rooms: We had taken two rooms - a bigger room with kitchen and a smaller room. Both of them were quite clean, tidy and with comfy beds 3. Staff and communication - the staff were very nice, and there was regular communication from them to ensure we are comfortable

There was a situation for a few hours in one of the mornings when the entire electricity was off, the doors to the staircase were closed and also the doors of the lift were shut. I am not sure if it was a regular maintenance, but it would have been nice if it was communicated.

Excellent location. Everything is nearby. We loved our stay.Perfect for the 3 of us.We had everything we needed.

There was a lady in the reception area when we arrived, she handled us the keys she was very rude and had a bad attitude.Better customer service is needed if someone is greeting the guest upon arrival. We are paying for a service. it's not a favor.
