The location is excellent, very central, within walking distance of many tourist places and very well connected to nearby metro and train stations. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast offers a good mix of sweet, savory and healthy options.
The only comment to improve is the communication with clients, the property did not respond to queries through the booking.com application. However, we got answers from the maids who tended the property. We wanted to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout and it was possible for free at a nearby chocolate shop.

Advantages: 1. Prime Location: The apartment is located on Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert in Brussels, within walking distance of Brussels Central Station and Grand Place. The surrounding area is filled with shops, making it extremely convenient for shopping and transportation. 2. Well-stocked Mini Bar: The apartment offers a well-stocked mini bar that includes soda, beer, cola, and fruit wine, providing a variety of beverage options for guests. 3. Hearty Breakfast: The breakfast offered by the apartment is abundant, including croissants, baguettes, sandwiches, ham, cheese, juice, coffee, etc. If guests enjoy cooking, they can also make dishes like fried eggs or omelettes. 4. Comfortable Living Conditions: Comfortable Bed: The bed is very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep without waking up with back pain. Spacious Bathroom: The bathroom is well-equipped with both a shower and a bathtub, and the long sink allows three people to use it simultaneously.
Noise Issues: Due to the apartment’s location in a popular tourist area, noise from people walking through Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert or leaving nearby bars can be heard after 11 PM. Especially on the first night of the stay, a wedding was held in the gallery, and the noise from dismantling the event setup (tables, catering equipment, etc.) lasted until midnight, car alarms going off due to equipment hitting parked vehicles can also disturb the peace.

The location of the hotel was superb. The breakfast was delicious and our room was very spacious. But there is one point that we were disappointed in. We arrived very early in the morning without a nights' sleep and our friends were staying already at the hotel as they had arrived the night before. We went to greet them and the staff was nice enough to put our luggage in an empty room, we were told that our room would be ready at one o'clock. So we asked if we could have breakfast that day and we were told that it wasn't possible as our check-in was at 13.00, everything was acceptable. But then we received a call from the manager saying that he saw us from the cameras and that we acted AGGRESSİVELY!!! We had just asked if breakfast would be possible.... Then we talked with the lady who seemed like the head of the staff (she was the only one talking English) and we explained that there was a misunderstanding telling us that we were in an aggressive behavior. She also talked with us in a very OFFENSİVE way. I beilieve that a guest should be treated politely especially if they approach in a polite and nice way. This treatment was a real DİSAPPOİNTMENT!! Other than that, as an earring fell on the floor and we were trying to find it, we discovered that there was incredible dust and leftovers from previous guests under the table in our room.
The attitude of the manager and lady who seemed like the director was real offensive and rude.

Fantastic location, stunning large open room that looked on to a prime location in the centre of brussels. Literally across from the main square. Breakfast was sinole yet delicious, variety of cheese and meat aling with multiple bread and sweet pastry options. The bathroom was large and beautiful, room had lots of character and the room came with tea, coffee, and a fan for the much needed heat! Couldn't have expected more.
Heating within the room could not be turned down without the pipes rattling and hissing however, the heat would be good for the colder months! Couldn't really use the bath despite how excited we were to use it, water pressure was low and took quite a while to heat up. Lastly, the pillows were not great for the size of the bed. Extra pillow options would be preferred. None of these things would put me off staying again :)

The location near the central square and just a couple blocks from the central train station was exceptional! The bed/pillows were great and the amenities nice. It was also very quiet. The continental breakfast was good. There was much to like about the decor as well.
The communication was not good. They would not answer any questions. Also the email they sent the morning of my arrival said my key and instructions for the elevator would be in the mailbox with my name in it. My name wasn’t on any mailbox! I had to call and a man came down and opened the mailbox with the name of the room I was to stay in and inside was a paper with my name! If you stay just go through all the mailboxes to find the one meant for you. There are no auto lights in the entrance when you come in and it is pitch black, I had to use my phone flashlight to get to the elevator!

Overall the place was great. The "mall" it was located in was beautiful (wouldn't shop at it though) and gave such character to the experience. The room felt like I was in a movie set in the 1800's and was a wealthy traveler spending my summer abroad. It was easy to get to, get into, and felt safe and secure. Great communication from staff.
The bathtub was gorgeous and I even got champagne to indulge on the final night of my vacation but sadly the tub did not work properly. Took close to 5 minutes to get warm, came out slow, and then it wouldn't retain the water (never covered my knees). I tried messing with the drain but nothing.

The huge floor space and bath was amazing! I had a 1 night stay post 4 nights camping at Tomorrowland so the room felt luxurious! The full size bath tub was exactly what my body needed There is no aircon but the fan provided was sufficient overnight and the windows all open and let in a nice breeze. There is a mini bar with soft drinks and water for guests located in the hall. Luggage can be stored at a chocolate shop next door as the hotel itself isn't staffed I also attended an event at the Theatre below so the location could not have been better.
Breakfast is great ..... if you eat meat and dairy (which unfortunately I don't) There were no alternatives eg oat milk so it was just bread and spreads for me, and a tiny fruit cup. The coffee is very ordinary and there was no tea provided in the room.

The location of Le Vaudeville is absolutely perfect...a bit surreal, as it's in the centre of a beautiful shopping arcade, surrounded by gorgeous Belgian chocolate shops, and within a few minutes ' walk to the Grand Place and the old part of the city. It's so close to great bars, cafés and restaurants and also a 5 minute walk to the Central train station ( which has a really regular service to the main Midi station-3 minute journey). Our room was 'Black and White', and it is tastefully decorated, with an enormous stylish shower room, a really comfy bed and perfect tranquility. Lovely. Wouldn't hesitate to return at some point as it's in a brilliant location for exploring Brussels. Communication was great. We were delayed so our check in was organised with easy instructions in French and English re. accessing the building from inside the shopping arcade etc.
For what we paid, there is nothing I can criticise ( we're English so teabags and real milk maybe?) but the little coffee machine was excellent.

Loved the decor of the room and the location. Bed was really comfortable. Very unique and clean! With a tub! Just an fyi: the windows are double paned and insulated to keep out noise. I didn’t t realize that as I had the windows open for air. That might be a good piece of info for guests. But truly delightful
Wished that you could have tissues. And by the tub, it would be so nice to have a table with some bath salts or soap( the bathtub is a focal point, after all)

Good location, nice room, fridge with free drinks and helpful staff. The check out day my wife was sick, feeling unwell. Our flight at 19:25pm. So I phoned the property to request late check out. But our room was busy, unable to do it. I was disappointed because we are no where to go! The friendly staff found the way, he sent someone to help and tranfer us to another room. She can rest in this room until 16:30pm, then we took the train to the airpoirt. He is so kindness. Many thanks to him.
- No staff onsite - Should be more clear to let everyone know this property is check in/check out by yourself. If you didn't read your email and receive the code to enter the building, could be difficulty and confusing. - No safety deposite box - Can add one pillow more (4 pillows) instead of 3 pillows -Rooms without any number or name
