The location very near to Grand Place is unbeatable. The hotel is also across a square where there are tons of restaurants and activities. It never felt isolated. Also a very very short walk to Brussels Central meant we could hop onto a train immediately. The room was also a nice sized one. It was also a quick 10 min walk to the place where our tour bus to Brugge started from.

The bathroom was very awkward! There was a huge gap down the frosted double doors which meant you had zero privacy. With a family traveling together it was a bit challenging. Luckily housekeeping was able to give us a thin blanket which once draped across the doors solved the issue.

we loved the location as it was central to the area we wanted to visit. The room was large and spacious, and we were happy to to have been given the 4th floor which gave us a good view of the streets below. The breakfast buffet was generous and had many choices with good coffee.

Staff could clean the rooms a bit better, especially the toilets (water closet), and provided more coffee capsules and cream when we saw there was no replenishment. We had to ask for some more and when we were given some coffee capsules, the staff forgot to give us cream. But to be fair, we generally were blown away by the hotel's location and services and what they provided for us. It was fantastic.

The hotel is 5 min walk from Central Station and Grand Place. Lots of Restaurants nd shops nearby.The Staff are so accommodating.There is a luggage Room if you arrived before check in time, you can leave your Bag free of charge.. The Bedroom suits for the 3 adults. The Bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. It separates from the toilet.I think it is only better if the toilet has its own sink for handwashing. The TV is not connected to the internet only BBC news is available that time. Breakfast is superb. So many choices to choose.We really enjoyed our stay☺️

What a wonderful hotel! This charming boutique property features well-appointed rooms that are relatively spacious for Paris, complemented by a quaint lobby and reception area. The breakfast was excellent, and the hospitality exceptionally generous, with complimentary coffee, tea, still and sparkling water, and fresh fruit readily available. During our stay on December 31, 2024, we were delighted to receive several thoughtful gifts, a free bottle of wine, and a few complimentary minibar items. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our visit even more enjoyable. The location is superb—just a short stroll to the Arc de Triomphe, which is visible from the hotel entrance, and the Champs-Élysées. Additionally, all necessities such as restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy are conveniently close by. We absolutely loved our stay!

The hotel is nice, the location cannot be better. Personnel was helpful and nice. Room was big, which is appreciated for a family room. Sometimes the family room is just a normal room where an extra bed is pushed. Here there is actual room for 4 people.

I only consider it a little bit pricey, considering the cost of the hotel (without breakfast) we had to pay extra for early check-in. I have paid for late check-out in the past but never have I been asked to pay to get into a room that was already ready.

Great location right on Grand Place There was lots to see do eat drink and enjoy right outside the door. The hotel staff were very professional and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable due to a spinal injury i have never slept in a bed without waking in pain on this bed i did not it was wonderful Room was bigger than expected and very comfortable Great view of the square from our room Thanks Novotel

I did not lime the bad smell from the tap every ti e you turned it on. I also think proper cups in the room rather than paper cups would be an improvement. It was rather annoying that the air conditioning seems to be set on some sort of motion sensor as it turns off when it thinks there is no one in the room this did not help as it turned off in rptbe middle of the night every night and we were awoken by the heat in the room On another note i would give the hop on hop off bus a miss as the commentary was not synced to the driver so was pretty usekess and the stops were nit really close to the attractions on many occasions i noticed a quite a few people on tne bus goung to sleep through boredom

The location is excellent - just a short walk from Brussels Central Station and only steps away from the main square. The room was amazingly sound-proofed. We opened the window as it was too hot (see negatives) and the noise from the city was immense. Shutting the window was a wall of silence. We had a family room, with sofa beds for the children. A little separate toilet and a bathroom with both bath and shower were appreciated (although no doors had locks). We found other hotels to charge far too much for breakfast, but there was a deal of 20 Euros per adult and children eat free (if pre-booked), which worked out as good as 4 breakfasts elsewhere. Staff at reception were pleasant. We were also given 2 room keys. We would definitely return to this hotel for location.

Similar to many other hotels that advertise air-conditioning, there seems to be a minimum temp of 19C, meaning it only heated the room, and didn't cool it. We travelled in October, and still found the room a bit too hot at night. The window did open, but the central location meant we had to choose between noise and temperature. We would have struggled with anything warmer - perhaps the hotel would have given fans. But advertising as airconditioned feels slightly dishonest if it doesn't cool the room - but many hotels seem to do this. Paper cups felt a bit cheap.

Location! The hotel was only a few minutes walk from Brussels Central, Grand Place and other sites. PLENTY of restaurants/cafes/bars and shops right as you walk out the door. We were on the 2nd floor and our room was facing the train station side, we could hear no outside noise at all despite the fact that the area was relatively busy. Check in/ check out were very smooth, and the staff at the front desk were all helpful and friendly. And probably the best part was, on our first night, our upstairs neighbors were still running around at midnight so I called the front desk as I really didn’t want our 18 month old waking up from the noise. The kind gentleman was very understanding and said he would contact the other guests right away. After a few minutes, there was still noise and I thought nothing was done about it. But the man called our room again to check if the noise had stopped, and I told him it was still ongoing. He was perplexed and said he was on the way, presumably to talk to them in person, which I think he did as the noise eventually stopped.

The breakfast buffet was not the best, I would stay here again but would only book a stay without breakfast included.

The area is at a crowded location very close to attractions and restaurants. But rooms were quite so did not hear any noise!

Only complaint is hotel restaurant. Not much selection and service not the best. After all day bus trip, wanted to just eat at the hotel. Still had 30min before closing so appreciated still serving, but at 30min, host left, leaving family sitting there needing drinks and the desert we ordered. Kitchen didn’t even know we were there. Eventually notified manager but host leaving without notifying anyone?

The location is fantastic! V near to train & metro station & Christmas Market at Grand Place. Lots of good food & gift shops in a stone's throw away. V convenient. Felt safe too! The room is spacious for my family of 4. Hotel granted us free extension until 1pm as our Eurostar train timing was at 3pm & my little one needed the room to rest as it was already v cold outside. My 18yo son felt v safe going up & down from the hotel to the shops below. Whole family loves Brussels now.

The toilet bowl was in a small room with 4 walls...felt like being in a cell... the sink was in the bathroom next door. Bed & pillows were a bit too soft for us.
