It was close to the train station, 2 minutes walk. It’s close to the Grand Palace and other tourist spots but it’s tucked away in a quiet street. Across the hotel is a famous sandwich shop. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room was just the right size. It had a mini refrigerator, an executive desk and chair. The bathroom was a decent size. It also had a safety box in the room.

They charge Eur50 as deposit without telling you ahead of time. I only found out when I saw the credit card slip. I would have opted to put the deposit in cash so I get it back upon check out. The refund of the deposit still has not been reflected in my credit card statement and it’s been 5 weeks now.

The Location of the Warwick Grand Palace Hotel was FANTASTIC, very well positioned with ALL central sites within minutes walk. Easy walk to a variety of places to eat and drink. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. They even washed and brushed the road gutters outside the entrance to ensure clean when stepping out of your taxi. Room was average size and good level of comfort as you would expect at this price level. Bed was super comfy with huge fluffy pillows. Also good roof top bar

We had a couple of issues, which in fairness we didn't raise with the staff as we were only there 3 nights and we managed. The reasons we marked down slightly. 1 The Shower pressure was very poor especially for an upgraded room [Premium Queen]. 2 The Tea, coffee and kettle was neatly stored along with mini fridge in unit under the TV. However the lead on the kettle was not plugged in, as it could not reach a socket from its location. We had to move it to the desk and leave it there to use.

Location is very nice since it is so close to the Brussels Central Train Station. You can spontaneously go to Ghent or Bruges or other places around. It was 31degC in Brussels when we checked-in, it was great that the rooms were airconditioned. Pillows are thick and firm, good for side sleepers. Nice view as well at the roofdeck with a bar.

The staff at the reception always said "no" even to extremely small requests. For example: I requested for an extra plastic laundry bag and the staff said no :D . But the cleaner assigned to our floor was very kind to offer it generously, even gave us extra towels. Door of the toilet has several water damage that they didn't care to fix.

Great location! Easy to walk to the main attractions and also to the Central Station if you plan to also take a day to visit Bruges and Ghent. Beautiful city! Breakfast at the hotel was really good as well. That's awesome they extend the hours until 11 am on the weekends. Staff was very friendly.

The only thing weird was the AC, you have to call the front desk for them to turn it on and off in your room. That didn't work for me when I called them. Thankfully the temperature was a bit cold most days, so it wasn't a big deal, but I have never seen this before, especially in an up scale hotel like this one.

In contrast to the likes of Paris and Zurich, room sizes are a bit more generous in Brussels and the Warwick is a good example, which again - we have stayed there before - was a welcome feature after a day's sightseeing. There was even a bath in the ensuite! Very, very clean. Comfortable bed, although I personally found the hypoallergenic pillows a little uncomfortable and would have liked to see a 'pillow menu' offered in a hotel of this standard. Coffee/tea/kettle very welcome in-room, but suggest they offer semi-skimmed for the benefit UK tea drinkers, as coffee creamer really doesn't do the job!

Disappointed that the hotel bar wasn't open during our stay. They have a rooftop bar instead - personally I prefer my nightcaps to be indoors, and in any case a rooftop bar is a lovely facility for a sunny evening, but not so great at dusk on a drizzly one.

Plenty of desk space to work remotely, and lots of great restaurants footsteps away

If I'm not mistaken there was a form that said that the wifi is pay per use, which is unheard of. I ended up using my phone hotspot so I could work remotely. The wifi should be as simple as providing a password to the guest, free, and accessible throughout the hotel. Especially for a hotel that's supposed to be 4 stars and above. And on a different note, the hand soap dispenser needed to be replenished in my room. I could have said something to the staff, but I had my own soap to use and was only staying one night, and didn't want to complain over something trivial.

Friendly staff, spacious room. It was centrally located with easy access to shops, restaurants, museums. One of the staff referred us to a private tour with Giani Dinu. This was the most incredible experience. We were able to see far more than we ever expected in such a limited amount of time. That was the best recommendation we got while staying at this hotel. The breakfast at the hotel was also yummy.

First night they had a very large group arrive. We tried to go to dinner at the restaurant and the guy that greeted us was quite rude. I know he was overwhelmed but he could have been a bit nicer. All personnel were very nice other than “Mr Grumpy Pants” 🤓

The room was beautiful, the hotel in a great location, and the staff were exceptionally professional & helpful! The breakfast was well made & presented with an amazing variety. We also had a fantastic experience with the restaurant connected to the hotel, which featured a tasty three course Brussels dinner menu. The hotel itself was very close to main attractions, and the train station, where we were able to take a short train ride to the international airport ready for our flights back to Australia. Definitely recommend Warwick Hotel Brussels.

Due to the age of the building there was no ventilation built into the bathrooms, so keep the bathroom door closed should you wish to run a bath or shower. I did unknowingly set off the smoke alarm running a bath, however a staff member quickly notified me via the room phone and was very understanding.

Location of this hotel is amazing ! 2 min walk to central station for are next day trip to Brugge. Resturants all close by and a short walk to the main square which is lit up at night and buzzing with people. Roof top bar is super cute and perfect to start the night off.

The only thing I didn’t like was that my room was small and dated but for the price I paid then it was to be expected. If staying longer than 24 hrs then you may need to upgrade but it had everything we needed for our stop over in Brussels.
