Room, location, staff.

The only one thing we noticed which could help.stood in the shower needed a matt, I felt it was so slippy and no rail to hold into, when you , felt a bit scared of slipping, especially with a glass front. Hope it helps for future guests

Very good breakfast with multiple choices. Very friendly staff and a big room. Close to everything in the city center. 20 minutes by train from the airport and the train station is 200 meters away. Metro station is also almost below the hotel. If thinking about meetings at Europa quarter, it's 25 minutes walk or 10 minutes by metro. 10 minutes walk to Grand Place.

Breakfast room is not comfortable, since people need to sit side by side in three long tables. This doesn't bother, when the room is not crowded, but when it is, it is annoying. Maybe vacuuming while cleaning could be done more often. Also, if one is sensible to noises, earplugs are a must since emergency vehicles are using the street below a lot.

The hotel is centrally and very conveniently located, but the lobby is an oasis of serenity making you forget about the urban noises outside. The interior design was amazing, the free coffee was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The taxi company they ordered for us provided excellent service. The sofas in the lobby are comfortable, the room was clean and the mattresses were good.

There was only one type of pillow, meaning that if you have bad luck not to be able to sleep on such a pillow, there is no appropriate alternative. My request to use one of the cushions from the lobby was luckily granted, but at least one more type of a proper sleeping pillow should have been available. In addition, there was a miscommunication about the checking-out: Only one of us left earlier, but the cleaner has been apparently told that the room was empty, which led to an unpleasant surprise for the person with a later checking-out.

This hotel has a lot of great things about it. The room and bathroom were very clean and modern. The bed was extremely comfortable and I appreciated the coffee provided in the room and available downstairs 24 hours/day. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was in an excellent location, very close to the central train station and easy walking distance to the Grand Palace, shops, and restaurants.

There are two issues that need improvement. First and foremost is the WiFi in the room. It is quite slow and forget Zoom calls or other streaming videos. I could not do those in the room. When I went to send photos, I had to stand next to the door to get them to go. Second is the smell in the bathroom. There was a sewer smell that, in the U.S., would be from not having a trap in the drain. I could live with this more than the WiFi problems, but I would think twice about whether I would stay here again.

Great location, the metro station is exactly next to the hotel but you cannot hear any noise. Helpful and friendly staff, Omar was so supportive and gave us all the information that we needed, he is super fast in answering the messages. The room was clean. They also had daily room service. Breakfast was in comparison to what you pay and the breakfast lady was so nice you should definitely ask her for fresh waffles. We would stay here again. Definitely worth your money.

The room was cold, the heating system was so loud. There isn't any bar it is just a minibar with more variety in the lobby we were informed we can consume and during the checkout tell what we had and pay for it. So at night we took a beer and after we got finished we headed to the elevator at this time the receptionist lady ran after us and with a bad attitude asked our room number. We had a bad feeling as she thought we didn't want to pay it. Also the shower gel was empty from day one even after room service it was still empty but not a big problem we added water to it and still could use it. I give 9 out of 10 just because it was cold.

Great location right next to Metro station and a few minutes walk to Central Station - making it easy to get to anywhere in Brussels and beyond. It’s also right next to the Cathedral and about ten minute walk to Grand Place and numerous restaurants and bars. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and there is a nice general lounge area next to Reception where there is free coffee and you can purchase drinks.

Breakfast area was relatively small and got a bit congested - also had to wait on some food being replenished. That said, it was good value for money compared to places outside if you book it in advance.

I've stayed at this hotel twice now, and I've it's important to try different rooms before judging a hotel. The location just next to Central Station is super convenient. Staff are very nice and helpful. Rooms are extremely comfortable and cosy, but in this case, cosy does not mean small. Both my rooms were quite large. I only had breakfast during one of my stays, and I found it quite good -- there are actual scrambled eggs, not powdered eggs; but I almost always find hotel breakfasts too expensive, and this is no exception.

The major negative aspect of this hotel is that the soundproofing of the external windows is virtually non-existent. When the hotel is on a busy artery like this one, lack of external soundproofing is very problematic. Be prepared to sleep with earplugs.

Right across from Brussels Central station which made train trips very easy. Also near the Grand Place and shopping streets. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast selection and the room was clean and roomy for the two of us. 3 star hotel that feel more like a 4 star hotel. Very impressed.

Only thing was I could never get the television to work. Just got alame music video station so I gave up watching TV for a while. That was the only minor blemish. I watch too much TV anyway.

I liked that the reception was manned 24x7 and the people manning it were all quite helpful and accommodating. They provided assistance to all my queries. There was also free coffee, tea and juice nearby, as well as an honesty bar. There is also a Brussels Central Metro & Train stair entry very near the hotel.

There was one elevator that would be a bit tight when two people with 2 sets of luggage each, yet otherwise, the stay was comfortable. It would have been great if the rooms had USB & USB-C connector outlets aside from the power outlets though.

It was smart, modern and cool looking. Loved all the features in the room , it was so nice and a super comfortable bed. Lovely balcony with views. Loved the area to sit in reception with books and magazines. Delicious breakfast. Great location and good value for the room we had - would highly recommend.

The coffee wasn’t great , didn’t taste very strong. However loved the machine in the room and at reception, maybe just needs better coffee pods. The room could’ve been slightly cleaner, it was a little dusty. Would score exceptional if weren’t for these things as the hotel was so nice and good value. Overall this didn’t impact the stay and I would definitely stay again.
