The hotel is in such a marvellous location. Right on the Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert and a few minutes walk to the Grand Place Square, both of which are beautiful; I had no idea that some areas of Brussels are so beautiful. The hotel is surrounded by chocolatiers, places to eat waffles and drink hot chocolate, and restaurants. It is also only a short walking distance to the main shopping district. The staff were all lovely and couldn't have been better; one night my young son hadn't slept well (nothing to do with the hotel, just one of those nights) and so I went down to the breakfast room in the morning to take breakfast items back to the room for us all for once he had awoken - the lady in the breakfast room was tremendously helpful - I couldn't have asked for more - and she helped me take the food back to our room. Our room was on two levels with a double bed on the upper level and a single bed on the lower level; the lower level was set up more like a living area, which was perfect for us as we used it as a living area during the day and in the evening when in the hotel. The breakfast is limited, but really nice - my wife described the breakfast as "lovely". I'd expected it might be a bit noisy at night due to the location, but it was not, and we were not disturbed at all. All in all a marvellous choice and a wonderful stay.

My son and I stayed here for a weekend exploring the city. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town, making it a great base that you can easily pop back to during the day. The rooms were characterful and clean. There was a pleasant buzz of people in the galleries and along Rue de Bouchers during the day, but it was remarkably quiet at night and we slept well.

The lift button on floor 2 had broken, which meant you could go up in the lift, but not down. Took us a while to figure out! No problem at all as we just used the stairs, but if you’re going soon and not too mobile, check it’s fixed

Outstanding location, close to all the attractions, with plenty of restaurants cafes and bars. The room 34 that we had looked over covered arcade which was a bustling thoroughfare lined with shops cafe and restaurants which is bustling with noise, so not for you if you plan on staying in your room in the day time. No issues at night.

The top floor, level 4, which other members of our party had did not have the same view over the arcade, just a small window looking at the arcade roof, but paid the same price, so if you have the option and want a view over the arcade don't stay on level 4

This is a boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown Brussels. It is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. The hotel staff were very professional and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious, served in a beautiful courtyard patio. The WiFi service was excellent.

The room was located facing the street, which meant that street noises were often heard, and this being a busy entertainment district the noise continued later into the night. The drain in the shower was broken. It was actually quite far to walk to the nearest metro station.

Great location just off the royal Galerie and very close walking to main attractions and sites. The best chocolate and waffles right on your door step. Some great bars and restaurants 2 minutes away

Room had a fair bit of mold on bathroom blinds and the tiles in the shower needed a bit of TlC. The location is great. But it’s noisy at night. Located down the road from some busy bars (which is always good). But it did mean there was plenty of cheer in the evening then the sound of rattling bottles being transported early morning. May have been my fault booking but we had a studio room with stairs which was a bit of a concern with our 1 year old. He loved climbing up and down to be fair, probably burnt off some steam in the process.

This hotel was in the perfect location for exploring Brussels. It is integrated into the Royal Galleries of Saint Hubert.Finding the door to the hotel was a little tricky, but if you go to the very center of the galleries, the door is a few steps away next to the Maison Dandoy. The staff were all very helpful, all very professional and friendly. The breakfast was beautifully displayed and they have a lovely selection of fruits, breads, cheeses and meats, cereals, yogurts, and you could cook your own soft or hard boiled egg. The Wi-Fi was secure. Our room on the 2nd floor looked out over the Gallery and we enjoyed the music and activity going on below. However, when we were ready, we closed the window and barely heard the sounds. It was good soundproofed windows.

Our room’s safe did not work when we checked in and they could not figure out how to fix it. Our alternative was to leave our valuables with the staff and it was locked in their safe.

Great location, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the toilet being separate to the bathroom. There was a step up into the toilet and a step up into the bathroom probably to accommodate the plumbing which gave it a makeshift feel. There was a huge bath in the bathroom but a cramped shower. The shower had mould in there. The flooring was bare wood which I didn't like. The "headboard" was two large cushions which were frayed and shabby and they couldn't possibly be washed each time a change of guests occurred. They also took up quite a bit of space on the bed. A tall person would have had to remove them. It's quite a trendy hotel so I think young people would like it.

The breakfast included was very good, in a lovely, light room next to a pretty interior courtyard. All the staff in the hotel were great, very helpful and friendly. It's in a super location, very close to the main square and on one of the main restaurant streets, but because the street is pedestrian and it's a hundred metres away from the restaurant hub, it is quite quiet and peaceful for where it is. The room was clean and airy and perfect for us, needing a couple of bedrooms, as we were travelling with our adult daughter.

The room is not very cosy. We were not there for long, a brief overnight stay, but the room wasn't well equipped as a place to return to and relax in the middle of a busy day of sightseeing. There weren't really any chairs or sofas to sit on and no pictures on the walls, for example. Just the beds. The bathroom was fine however.

The location is good (except, it's a pedestrian zone, Uber doesn't go there, and cobbled street up with the luggage is not fun). The staff is wonderful and very helpful. They are really trying their best.

I do not understand how this hotel received 4-star rating. The conveniences and comfort are of a 3-star hotel, if we are really generous. We were placed in room 27, which is probably the worst hotel room we've ever stayed at. Thank to the staff, we were moved to room 12, which was much, much better. But still the conveniences expected from a 4-star hotel are simply not there!

Very cool decor and lovely vibe. All staff were warm and welcoming. My room was unique, accessed via a ramp down to the rooftop of another building. The room (38) was split level with bathroom upstairs, and bed/living downstairs, with WC also downstairs. Beautiful bathroom and very bright, lovely aspect. View across rooftops was amazing and breakfast is something you absolutely cannot miss - beautifully presented and in a calm bright environment.

It would be good to have a small fridge and simple set of cutlery. I bought and donated a bottle opener for the room. I couldn't get the bath plug to work. But that's just me.
