Made very welcome by Reception person Sara and from then on stay was wonderful. Liked the self service shop. Very quiet and staff very helpful in storing luggage. Breakfast selection was excellent. Will return in future.

The hotel itself was really lovely, centrally situation in front of the Bruxelles Centraal Station and just right there near the Grand Place! You can reach everything so easily. The breakfast was good with a lot of choices, you can even make your own Belgian waffle and also pancakes! They also have a decent sit in bistro. The room we had was big and they provided us a cot. The view in the room was great, too!

We got confused with the parking possibility, it was marked checked in the list of facilities of the hotel. However, when we got there, it was a shared public parking with the 4 or something other hotels around. The elevator that's connected to the hotel also only goes up to Level -2 so if you park in lower levels you'd have to even switch elevators. Lastly, they don't even give you discount or "validate" your parking unlike the hotels in Antwerp. The "restaurant" is not a proper room with its own space but an area in the receiving hall with dividers only, the menu could also be better. No kids menu either.

I feel I owe many thanks to Hilton personnel for their professionalism and warm & friendly attitude. The hotel services are exceptional, also. For example, the breakfast is of high quality, with huge selection: they even had quinoa, which I love ! Generally speaking, the high standards of Brussels Hilton Hotel really made a difference for me and I'll surely choose it for my next stay in Brussels and recommend it to friends and colleagues without hesitation. Special thanks to Fathy , Lucas and everyone else whom I didn’t have the chance to meet during my short stay, which was upgraded to a memorable experience.

Perfect location next to the central train station, which is literally across the courtyard from the entrance to the hotel, so it was easy to hop the train to the airport the next morning. Super close to all the sights and restaurants. Room was larger than you'll find elsewhere in the downtown area. Join Hilton Honors to get the free wifi.

The beds were a bit hard, though that's normal for Europe in my experience. There's noise from outside (it's in the middle of the city, of course) so bring a sound machine if that helps you. The one real annoyance was the shower - horrible! It had a handheld showerhead mounted on a pole, but the connecting hose kept twisting the showerhead so that it would point at the side walls! Really difficult to get it to behave, and surprising in a Hilton. Other than that, though, no complaints. A bit pricey, but for the historic downtown area, a good value.

Location is right next to the central station and only a few minutes from Grand Place and plenty of restaurants and bars. Were on the 5th floor, no issue with noise etc. The King size room with executive lounge access was good - made use of the happy hour in the lounge from 5pm to 7pm, wine and beer to be had, with some finger food. Buffet breakfast was good - plenty of options to satisfy most.

Dont offer a direct checkin from the app to customers - one always has to show passport at the checkin desk.

We called room services many times with no answer, there was no water to drink in the room, even when we asked to buy no one bring it !

I had reserved a basic room, but decided to upgrade to a Junior Suite. The receptionist threw in the buffet breakfast and the executive lounge, and gave us a good price. It was a smart move, extras made the experience even more comfortable. The hotel is across the street from the Brussels Central train station, very convenient. The neighborhood is busy, and there is a miniature homeless encampment in a sheltered alley around the corner, but nothing to get upset about. The soundproofing is very good. We visited during a Labor Day (May 1) festival, and some of the highly amplified music leaked in the windows, but it was tolerable. The location is right where we wanted to be able to walk to the sights we wanted to see, no need for a car. We had a splendid view from the upper floor window.

The location is fantastic, as the hotel is located just across the central station. The hotel is also steps away from the city center. The hotel, as well as the rooms are nicely decorated, clean and spacious. Breakfast was also good and offered various options.

The chaos and long waiting time at the reception. When we arrived at 14:50 our 2 bedrooms were still not ready. They asked us to wait 5 minutes and in the end we had to wait 20 minutes. To check-in and check-out there were always long lines. There hotel has few staff at the reception and the few staff that is there seems to be overwhelmed. The only positive thing I can say from the reception is that my daughter got sick and one of the staff helped me to find a hospital where I could bring her.

We live not far from Brussels and often spend overnights in the city for concerts and other special events. We loved staying in this hotel. It's right across from Brussels Centraal Train and Metro Station and it's barely a 5-minute walk from the Grand Place, so it's perfectly situated for anyone visiting the city. We had awesome blackout curtains, and despite it being PRIDE weekend / all of the associated partying and parades, our room was cool, comfortable, and quiet. We will definitely be staying here again!

Best location. Opposite central train station and walking distance of only few hundred metres away from Grand Place, where all the eateries, museums and shopping street is. We stayed 4 nights and have walk to the Grand Place numerous times. Taxi stand, bus station right in front of the hotel. Walking distance of only about 600 m to the main meeting point (near Centeal Bank) for various day trips.
