The location of the hotel is great as you have the main/royal cathedral very close by and also the grand place and central stations are only 10 mins walk away. The room itself was good and clean. we stayed only a night and we found it very convenient to get to and from the hotel. Hotel staff were also friendly and helpful.

The bathroom, while it was clean and well sized, the bath /shower area was rather narrow. Also, the partition in the shower/bath was narrow that the floor had water after a shower. Also, would be good to have a curtain or blind at the frosted glass partition window between the room and toilet - as frosted glass was a bit transparent - esp if you are travelling with a friend. Other than that it was functional with good hot shower.

Location was excellent, just a couple of minutes' walk away from the Grand Place. Rooms are also quite nice, clean etc. Staff was also quite friendly and helping, they even upgraded our accomodation w/ breakfast out of their goodwill.

Our shower was a bit small (may be it was about just in our room, which was on 1st floor) as a 1.95m guy I was barely able to take a shower properly. Using curtains in the shower was a bit out of fashion and needs to be replaced for a hotel like NH. In any case, our stay was worth the money we spent.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless and cleaned every single day, which made my stay so comfortable and relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always eager to help. The location couldn’t have been better; it was perfectly situated for exploring Brussels and made getting around the city so convenient. Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish, and I would not hesitate to book again on my next visit to Brussels. Highly recommended!

Nothing at all!

The location is good - just keep in mind there are two NH hotels close to each other - so be sure which one you booked at. The street is more busy during the day (seems to be near a college or university area. I would think late at night it will be quiet so be careful then in case. But I did not feel unsafe. It is close to the old town and very close to the Royal Galleries shopping lane. Bars and restaurants are just around the corner. Close to Brussels central train station. Water and snacks available in the foyer. Helpful staff.

Took me a while to find the hotel as I got confused between the two NH hotels so close to each other.

Great location close to everything and walking distance from most attractions and city center. The staff was absolutely fantastic ; the breakfast was great with loads of choices ; the staff in the breakfast room was also very helpful and nice.

The mattresses were really hard and it was uncomfortable to sleep on them. The glass door from the bathtub was quite short and the water was splashing all over the floor. Also the windows from our room are very badly insulated ! Our room was on the street side and the street noises were loud and woke us up every morning.

The hotel is so close to the Grand Place, Royal Gallery of St. Hubert, and other attractions like the museums and lot of galleries in Brussels no need to take trains or taxi.. everything is walking distance from this great hotel. Metro is nearby too so if you are arriving from the train station, the hotel is just around the corner. I didnt know whether they serve breakfast, but I was able to walk to the Gallery and enjoy fresh baked goods and best way to enjoy Brussels. Brussels is such a great city, esp. the old city and staying in this hotel was so easy to enjoy everything by foot and exploring the city.

A bottle of water from the lobby was expensive, wish they could have given couple of waters as complements.

Location is amazing! Very close to the train st and palace square. All interactions with staff were lovely and professional. Breakfast options were fabulous and the hotel was very clean.

The walls seemed thin as we could hear lots of noise through the night from outside and from other rooms which made it difficult to sleep on some of the stay. The bed for me was very firm, which personally I don't like but I know everyone has their preferences. Maybe a topper could be offered?

Huge King Bed was super comfy. Room was spacious. The lobby area had a great bar area with a wide selection of drinks. There was also a wide variety of snacks to have too. Location was ideal and juts a 2 minute walk from the Main Square in the city centre. Staff were also very helpful and warming.

We had a junior suite for 3 people. The large King bed was amazing. The Pull out sofa bed was not great. It was uneven, uncomfortable and extremely creaky. He had to put the mattress on the floor instead.

Location good....very near to the station and about a ten minute walk to the centre of Brussels Rooms clean and comfortable. Curtains really shut out any light at night. ... and the balcony door/window good at keeping out any noise. There was a self service machine in the foyer to get snacks and drinks. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

The view from the little balcony was only of the neighbouring roof tops, but that can't be changed !

The stuff is AMAZING! They were very polite and kind, open to help you with anything you needed. The room was perfect, and it has everything you need. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and with a lot of variety of food. The location is what We liked the most. It's near to everything. You can just walk everywhere. If you want to go to another city or just on the other side of Brussels, the metro and train station is about 5 min walk. I really recommend the hotel! It's 10 /10.
