Brilliant location right in the city and easy to access central station and metro. Easy access to Grand Place and Galleries. Room nice and warm for a cold February visit. Appreciated the kettle and big mugs for our morning cuppa! Great shower. Arrived early and staff secured our bags for us and felt very safe. Lovely view of spire of grand place from our room.

Breakfast. There was too much - the granola bowls are huge, and that’s just a sort of starter. The mains were also very large. It felt wasteful. And no way to make a cup of tea - you have to ask specially for the hot water, and anything but a green teabag has to be “pinched” from the public restaurant business that sits alongside the hotel’s breakfast area. Worse, we were told breakfast was included, which we didn’t think was right, but they insisted. We were then asked to pay €15 per person per day on checkout. After the first day, we would’ve gone out for a better choice/size of breakfast that would almost certainly have been cheaper too.

Love the location, only 5 mins walk from the Brussels Central train/ metro and a few minutes walk to the Grand Place, Pont dus Arts, and almost next door to Royal Galleries passage for shopping and dining .Staff were very friendly and helpful! The breakfast area is shared or serviced by Lloyd so had great breakfast there (Lloyd’s). Just be ready to walk ur luggage tru cobblestone street fr station as it is a pedestrian only area

Just one miscommunication or misunderstanding i think as we were having breakfast at Lloyd’s and were waiting, we walked over to the hotel’s breakfast area ang got orange juice and a croissant as i thought they were conplimentary as we did bot order fron the hotle menu. We were charged 15.00 euros for it even if we explained we were not aware as these were just laid out on the small buffet table they had. Did not change our positive opinion for the hotel as we even cancelled reservation on another hotel for our last day after going around Antwerp and Ghent to stay here prior to retuen flight

The staff were amazing in what seemed to be a very busy weekend with the Spa Grand Prix on. The hotel itself is perfect for a place to base yourself for exploring. As it overlooks a busy street it is not so good for sleep as the street noise (pedestrians only) particularly on a Saturday night is reasonably annoying. Sunday night was not so bad but the garbage collection occurs Monday morning quite early. All in all nothing we couldn't handle. The breakfast is not a buffet per se and is in a sectioned off area of a cafe which I can imagine when really busy would involve some wait time. 0900h on Monday morning we did not wait. The location of the hotel was brilliant - 5 min walk Brussels Central station and close to Grand Place. The aircon in July worked perfectly. I did find this area of Brussels to be a bit over done and super touristy but not in a good way. Regardless the hotel was great for our needs and the staff were amazing!

Noise from street, people yelling at all times of the night-this was Saturday night/Sunday morning. Maybe it's not so bad during the week. Please get fridges for the rooms. Although you were great and stored some items in your fridge having our own fridge would have been better.

Great hotel in a fantastic location, just off Grand Place and near everything. Hotel was kinda quirky with a cafe as the entrance but this did not bother us. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable

Breakfast- we had breakfast on our first morning. We did not have it included with our stay so we decided to try it for one morning. Cost was 15 euros per person for a cold buffet and drinks, def not worth the money, no hot food was provided which we were expecting so this was a letdown. The cafe has nothing to do with the hotel, we should have just went to other side of barrier and paid as a normal customer

I stayed at Aris 2 years ago and was disappointed with my room, but everything else was fine so i decided to choose this hôtel again for my second stay in Brussels. This time, I am very pleased to see that the staff took into account my comments from last time and gave me a very good room, quiet, spacious and very modern. Really appreciate it. On top of that, the breakfast was delicious and the staff at reception and breakfast were very kind and professional . The location is great, right in the middle of everything and 2-3 minutes walk from the main square.

The room was really clean and very nice. The air conditioning actually worked which was great. Nice shower. We requested a quiet room and although we were on the alley next to the main street, it was quiet. There is a cafe downstairs that was always busy, but couldn't hear from upstairs and was never an issue walking through to get to recpetion. We got a twin room - beds really comfy. Got 2 pillows, again comfy. TV in room was easy to use - only had english news channels, but had free wifi and was so easy to cast from phone to TV, so just watched netflix, prime, etc. It is perfectly placed - only a 2min walk to the grand place. We flew in to Charleroi airport and got the Flibco coach/bus to Brussels Midi, then walked. The bus was about an hour and the walk was about 25mins. You could get a train from the airport to Brussells central station which is then a 5min walk (we didnt research enough beforehand so that was our fault!). We also got a train from Brussells central station to Bruge for the day - well worth it. Cost about £35 return, took an hour. Was easy, comfy, clean.

It was nice having tea/coffee facilities, but there was only powdered crema. It would have been nice to have some actual milk. No fridge in the room- would have been nice to have one to store things. But wouldn't stop us booking again.

Hotel was in an ideal location to access all areas of Brussels and it was only a few minutes walk from Brussels Central train station. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, welcoming and informative. Beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. The room was spotlessly clean.

My only criticism was that in the particular room we stayed in there was nowhere to hang up wet towels in the bathroom. There was a tail rack above the toilet but not ideal to hang them on there. Perhaps an addition of a couple of hooks on the back of the bathroom door would be helpful to hang up clothes whilst showering.

Myself and my girlfriend absolutely loved this hotel! The hotel is in such a perfect location. It is within a 5 minute walk to and from the train station - which was fantastic since we arrived into Brussels late, and allowed us to explore other Belgian cities like Ghent and Bruges during our stay and not worry about a long walk back to the hotel! - and it is situated only a short walk from Grand Place and all the restaurants, bars, and the lively parts of the city. In the morning and evening you can hear the various street performers which was a delight as it really made the city feel alive and buzzing! We did not find any of the noise to be an issue at all. The staff were excellent, they made us feel so welcome as soon as we arrived and our check-in was smooth and easy. I had arranged their romance package to celebrate my partners birthday upon arrival and it was set up beautifully - thank you! The hotel is very safe feeling, once the café closes down the only way to access the hotel is with your key card, and the only way to activate the elevator is to again scan your key card before choosing your floor. The room also has an alarm like buzzer that alerts you if your door does not close all the way which was a great reassurance that we were locked up safe for the night. The room also came with a safe. When we checked out we were also allowed to leave our bags and we received a ticket to collect them when we needed. The bed was so comfy, the shower was perfect, and the room came with A/C. All of which added up to a comfortable stay! If I am ever to stay in Brussels again I will definitely be booking with this hotel. Thank you for an excellent stay!

There was a €50 guarantee that had to be paid upon arrival, I understand this is common but my issue was the fact that it wasn't communicated beforehand which meant I was unprepared to have it taken from my account, however I received it nearly immediately the day after my stay ended.

Good location Staff very friendly and professional Clean and tidy Breakfast was lovely The hotel reception is at the back of the coffee shop, so just walk through. We did arrive early, but the lovely staff checked us in and we left our luggage and went off exploring until our room was ready. Lots to see and all within walking distance, we’d recommend a good pair of comfy shoes!
