You couldn't want for a better location. The hotel is so close to the Grand Place and to the Central Station it made navigating the city an absolute breeze. The staff were all so friendly and helpful they are a real asset to the hotel. Lovely to stay in a building with such history too. If we ever go back to Brussels we will 100% stay here again! Thanks for a great stay Hotel Agora!
No complaints at all from us. Some people who like to have breakfast provided at their accommodation might be a little disappointed that it's not available here, but the hotel is surrounded by loads of restaurants and cafes, there is such plentiful choice on the doorstep it's really not a detraction at all.. Be prepared for climbing some stairs, it's an old building and as such can't accommodate a lift but they're really not that bad, you don't need to be an athlete! The staff were incredibly kind taking our baggage up to our rooms for us too.

Small hotel in a great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great sized room with comfortable beds and tiny en-suite. Good views over the surrounding streets of central Brussels. Access via key card at all hours although reception staffed only 7:00 am - 10:00 pm
Narrow stairs with lift available only from the first floor. Lift small and slow so we mostly used the stairs especially when leaving. No fridge in the room so relied on supplies of UHT milk sachets from reception to make tea/coffee. Can be noisy at night.

Very central location, less than 5 minute walk from the central station. All staff extremely friendly and helpful, and very welcoming. Room was very comfortable and warm, also quiet. Beds really comfortable too and great shower and hot water. WiFi worked very well at all times. Thanks for a great stay.
Nothing not to like, except maybe an extra shelf to be able to keep things by the bedside on the one side of the bed. Not an issue for us, as we had minimal luggage, but not too much space to store things in the room if you’re a traveller with lots of clothes and baggage.

The property has an incredible location, it’s as close as it get to central station and if you’re coming to Brussels for a concert (which we were) it’s around the corner from La Madeline. The staff were friendly and super helpful, the room was clean and the sheets were pristine and beds were very comfortable. There are stairs up to the rooms and within the rooms themselves so it might not be a suitable location for someone with mobility issues. The hotel is also very quiet despite its central location which is a great bonus. The standards of the property were very high for it being a three star hotel. If I returned to Brussels I would stay here again. The bathroom does have lower ceilings and you can only really have a bath in the bath/shower unit if you’re tall. However, it’s a historic building so I think that comes with the territory and I didn’t find it to be a problem, the water pressure is fantastic and there was plentiful hot water. The room also came with free water bottles, tea & coffee facilities, a TV and a hairdryer.

Great little hotel right in the centre of Brussels, really convenient if arriving by train as just a short walk from Brussels Central. Nice room, good size and very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. The reception closes at 10pm, but they let me know this in advance, with clear instructions for later arrival. I told them I would be arriving just after 10pm and they kept the reception open a little late so I could check in in person and my bags were carried up the stairs for me. They also provided me with extra help on an invoice I required. Thanks so much!
Nothing. The upper storey stairs are quite steep as it's an historic building, this was no problem for me but might be worth considering asking for a lower floor room if access is an issue. Otherwise nothing negative!

The facility was clean and well maintained. As soon as we stepped outside, we were right in the heart of town.i’a a short walk to central station, making it very convenient. The staff was also very helpful . They carried our luggages up and down the stairs which we really appreciated
The only inconvenience is the traffic bollard at both end of the small streets that made it difficult for our taxi to drop us off right in front of the hotel But the hotel staff was able to lower the bollard for the taxi on the day we left

A small hotel (around 15 rooms) in an antique house, in the absolute center of Bruxelles. The room had stil the old beams from the 17th century, which provided a beautiful backdrop, modern bathroom and bed and some residuals from renovations done in the '80s. Comfortable, warm, with double windows (so reasonably quiet even if facing a busy square). Everything very clean adn cozy (sleepign was a real pleasure). The team was super nice.
An old house, so 2 flights of stairs without elevator, the bathroom (new and clean) was quite tiny and the "closet" was a bar with hangers without doors (or a closet..). The original parts were beautiful, but the parts of the furniture from the 80s (or 70s) were a bit worn. Clean and functional, but well used.

Staff are amazing and very helpful. Helped with luggage and also with advice around transport, sites, and more. The location is AMAZING as it's right around the corner from the Grand Place and close to trains and buses and more. Plus it's a great part of town. Stayed with my wife and two kids and we all loved it. And again, the PEOPLE are what make this hotel so special. It's comfortable, quiet, safe, clean etc ... but also some of the friendliest and most helpful staff. LOVED IT. (Also good value for money!)
All was good! I didn't like that we had to leave :)

This property has the perfect location for exploring Brussels. It is a 5 min. Walk from the central train station, right in the center of Brussels highlights, and walking distance to almost everything. The room was comfortable and quiet at night. Best of all was the staff. They are as welcoming, friendly, and helpful as anyone could hope. Our receptionist, Eve, was the greatest. She went out of her way to make our stay simply amazing. We must also thank Ashton, in reception, for all the help he offered. Wow, what a great staff!

I was very happy with my lovely big room on the top floor which had a view over the square. It had air-conditioning, a comfy bed and a great shower. The location was excellent, a couple of mins from central station and the main square of Brussels, so easy to walk everywhere. Staff were very helpful and happy for me to store my bags ahead of check in.
It didn't bother me, but useful to know that access to the lift is up two flights of stairs so would not be ideal for anyone with mobility difficulties.
