Great location, right in the center, lots of restaurants, shops and turist attractions close by. Very helpful and kind staff. Rooms were always cleaned early in the morning. Breakfast is included. Nice little gym. I probably got an upgrade as the room was even bigger than I expected. All in all great stay, will definitelly book again.

The hotel itself is pretty old, it could use a "facelift". But the rooms are nicely renovated and comfortable. Housekeeping sometimes forgot to restock coffee or shower gel - but that is no big issue because the included breakfast had many coffee options and I had my own toiletries anyway.

The check-in process was smooth, the luggage facility was great, clean room and ensuite bathroom - very comfortable! Loved that the curtains has black out lining so the room was nice and dark at night. Amazing location, easy to find from Brussels Centraal Station and a very short walk to pretty much everywhere you'd want to go. I will definitely keep this place on the list for my next visit in Brussels.

The breakfast range was a bit disappointing, the warming tray for the eggs was stone cold, and the milk was warm. The only other thing that was disappointing was that they didn't have Black teas for non-coffee drinkers, meanwhile every local cafe and other hotels have it without question! I let the reception staff know and they told me the company who put on breakfast would tell him to go away if he passed my feedback on. Get breakfast at one of the great cafes nearby instead.

I really liked the location as well as the quality of their breakfast. Mr. Orhan and two other front desk staff (this lady with glasses and older gentleman with glasses) were also very helpful and friendly! It is very clean too.

This hotel needs an overall renovation. Especially, all the carpets in the hallways and rooms must be replaced with brand new ones. All walls must be repainted so that this old hotel can look “newer.” They could also consider putting mini fridges in the rooms. The elevators look quite sketchy and can use a replacement with new ones as well.

Central location. Less than 10 minutes on foot to the Central station. 2 minutes to Grand place. Dozens of restaurants, pubs and shops in the area. Comfortable bed. Quite a good breakfast.

The hotel is a bit worn-out. Some more light in the room is needed. Noisy street at late night because of pubs adjacent to the hotel. One has to close the room's window, which is fine in October but not in the summer when it is hot (with no air conditioner).

The breakfast was excellent! Lots of varieties. Great location! Just 8 minutes walk to Brussels Central. Many sightseeing spots like the Grand Place, Galleries Royales St Hubert and Cathedral are all nearby.Tons of restaurants and shops right out side of the hotel. Strongly recommend to everyone. GREAT STAY!

It is about an 8 minute walk from the train station. Even with a roller bag on the cobblestones it was easy. It is about a 5 minute walk to the Grand Place. There are many good restaurants just outside the door or around the corner. The location is excellent. Our very basic room on the 6th floor was small and adequate. No-frills. Breakfast was good with many choices.

The room was quite basic, But from the 6th floor it had nice views.

The hotel is in a very good location, surrounded with variety of points of interest as well as places to eat. The rooms are renewed and comfortable. really good breakfasts. Hotel has a sport hall (but we did not tested it).

As expected to this kind of location, the sound isolation and staircase, elevator infrastructure could be better.

Excellent location just a few minutes from the Grand Place with the Royal Palace and museum quarter not far away either. The breakfast was varied and plentiful.

As someone who likes to use the stairs everywhere I go - I found them a bit muddled and confusing as they went up a couple of floors then you had to walk across the landing.

It’s all about location! However know that because it is in a pedestrian zone, you will not get front door service if traveling by car. Breakfast was NEXT level. Great. We would stay here again.

Shower was a bit tight for American sized people. Mattresses were a bit too soft. Front desk staff had a very ‘French’ attitude. But part of the experience. Nothing that was directly rude, just not service with a smile.

Clean, spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

1) No water boiler was provided to our room. When I requested for it, the reception said it was not provided so as to avoid fire hazard. Yet, our friends told us there was one water boiler provided in their room. 2) We need to check out around 6:00am to catch Coach Bus, and called one day before to ask if we could quickly pack simple breakfast items around 6:00am upon checkout. Yet, we got declined although breakfast is included in the price.
