I had reservations when booking as it seemed too good to be true, given the price was so cheap but it was a perfect apartment. Literally a 1 min walk to the Grand Place and the main shops and bars. We only stayed a night but if we wanted to stay longer, the apartment had the facilities to do so.

The final flight of stairs. The apartment has a lift to the 4th floor but there was a tight staircase to the 5th floor. Not a major issue, most people I would imagine would have back packs but we had big suitcases. Worth mentioning for older people who may have a lot of luggage

The office where keys are collected is close to the Central Station and not far from the apartment (5 minutes walking in the City Center). The apartment was at the 4th floor but there was an elevator up to the 3rd. New furnitures and facilities (kitchen and bathroom). Location is SUPERB, just 50mt from the Grand Place

Unfortunately, there are two clubs in the same street and one is just next to the apartment (although at ground zero). The room is soundproofed and the noise is not excessive, but vibrations are perceived.

Location !! Just a couple of blocks from the main square! Elevator in the building. Big, airy rooms, very comfortable beds and pillows. Very well equipped kitchen. And very clean. So n my any places to eat around! Wonderful stuff ready to help .

We were happy with everything

The appartment is central and easy to find. The location made it possible for my mother and I to get around easily due to disabilities. It was clean and quaint and was better than I expected. I would use rent by night for our next trip to Brussels and recommend to everyone interested in staying in brussels.it was also very affordable.

The apartment is in a perfect location, very close to Grand Place. However, it’s also close to a bar downstairs so can be quite noisy at night. But overall every good experience. The office staff was very supportive and they gave clear instructions for checking in before we arrive

I was surprised that the office and the apartment is not too close to each other. But it’s within a few minutes walking so that’s fine.

Apartment was very neat and tidy. Location is very central at 2-3 min walk away from Grand Place. Amenities were all good and ad per expectation. We liked the ambience of the room as soon as we entered.

There was music at downstairs restaurant going on till late. May be it was due to weekend. We were very tired and got off to sleep quickly, so it didn't bothered us much. Toilet lock not working but it was OK as we were family. It would be great to have it fixed.

Very convenient location. Near to grand place

I got 2 bedroom with only one fan. It was hot in July and we had to keep windows open. As this is near to Grand place. It is noice till late night. Also., address shown here is address of their office. Actual apartment was at different location.

The property is in a great location. Close to La Grand-place, in the city center, near the best facilities of the city. The most popular places in Brussels can be seen just by walking distances. The staff is also very pleasant. We got answers quickly when we needed them. We were able to get our keys easily, and we also had free luggage storage service when we checked out. The accommodation had everything we needed. Even tea and coffee. The toilet is small, but we didn't need more space. The bathroom is bigger and more comfortable.

Comfortable and bright rooms, central location, walking distance from Centraal station, safe, greatl beds, walking distance to Restaurants, shops and more.

NA…but this applies to Brussels, drivers are not patient or quiet, and in the morning you can wake up with someone tooting very early .

Good location. Towels were enough and the apartment was clean. Kitchen equipped. We went in December and the heating was working very well

Rented 2 apartments and only had 1 key, no one at the reception to help, the cleaning ladies helped. Very noisy apartment located next to a restaurant/bar that was open until late hours. You pick the key in the office and then you have a 5 minute walk to the apartments (it matters if you have luggage and small kids). The lift doesn’t work well so we always took the stairs which are very narrow and sloping. In the middle of the night some other guests tried to get in our apartment twice! They were drunk, we noticed, but it gave us a fright anyway.
