Location was the best feature of the hotel. It is at the site of most tourist spots, also just behind will be the station for the hop on hop off bus. Everything is walking distance, inc Brussels central. The room was superb as well, spacious, clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay in Brussels and Ibis hotel is one of the key factors. There was one exemplary staff but unfortunately I forgot her name, it starts with M and she was amazing and so helpful to sort when I opted to extend my stay. Thank you so much! I will go back to Belgium and stay in your hotel again!

This Ibis is well situated to the Central Station, the Grand Place, and to a large number of pleasant restaurants. We arrived early and only main floor rooms were available. We took one, room 10, I believe. It was roomy and very quiet despite having a window onto the main road and overlooking restaurants across the street. We signed up for hotel breakfasts after we arrived. They were buffet style and quite good. The coffee was from "select what you want" machines; the cappuccinos were very good. The hotel tavern is small but comfortable, and in good the weather the outdoor patio is a pleasant place to watch the tourists go by! Both the breakfast and the tavern prices are competitive with what is available nearby. The neighborhood, though, does provide a wide choice of where to drink the most excellent Belgian beers.

No complaints whatsoever.

Great location for both visiting the city or taking a train to Brugges, Gent, Anvers from the Central Station. Also close to the Royal Gallery of Fine Arts, Magritte, Cathedral of St Michel and Gudula, Grad Place, Maneken Pis (all within short walking distance). Paid parking right next to the hotel. The hotel is situated at the beginning of the pedestrian zone so it is a crowded area but the noise is not unbearable (good soundproofing). The breakfast is also very diversified. Nice personnel both at the reception and in the restaurant. Luggage room available. Daily cleaning service with towels changed (we had a 3 nights stay). Lots of restaurants with terraces, souvenir shops (as expected in the touristic area of any city) and a Carrefour shop nearby. No refrigerator in the room but we traveled in February to Brussels so we didn’t need one. Heating is provided by the AC in the room.

The location is fantastic, close to the Brussels central train station and just of the main square in the city. The ibis is only 5/10 mins stroll to the Manekin Pis so could not complain about the location at all.

The property was quite basic for the money. The price reflects more the location. We we in the 6th floor which is the top and lifts only go to 5 so we had to lug cases up last floor. Air conditioning did not work and very warm on top floor. Staff friendly enough and I do s the breakfast ok but nothing special for the money

Perfect location, within minutes walk of all popular attractions. We had the best view of the square and City Hall from our 4th floor room. Room was clean. I requested for extra pillows and towels at the time of booking but were not available on our first night; I asked the Reception desk and were then sent to our room after a long day out in Bruges. The tea/ coffee making facilities were a great addition. We were able to store our luggages at check out. The staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great; good variety of cold and hot food!

Toilet is tiny. Exhaust fan in the toilet was out or order; and there was a sign of moulding in the ceiling.

Loved the location, right next to Centraal and round the corner from the sqaure.. The room was fabulous much bigger than we expected. It was soundproofed, had air-conditioning and felt spacious. Breakfast was great, huge selection of hot and cold foods and nice to try some different things. Unlimited drinks as well. Hotel staff friendly and offered information and advice where needed. Will definitely be retuning!

There was nothing we didn't like, we will be returning!

The location is amazing. It’s just a few steps away from the Grand Place. The staff were accommodating. They provided a travel cot as requested. The facilities were clean. There’s a locker for luggages. They let me use the microwave to sterilise my baby’s bottles. The room is so spacious. We stayed in the family room we got the deluxe package. The coffee machine is so worth it for the extra euros we had to add.

I kept on receiving scam messages from this hotel’s account on Booking.com. I am aware of this scams, but if someone who is very gullible gets this messages, they might be scammed. It’s not the hotel, but some hacker were able to infiltrate the hotels account so beware.

Brussels hotel in an ideal location: 1) close to the train station - easy to get to; 2) close to the old town with pubs and restaurants; 3) close to the metro to get to various EU buildings and events. Hotel in the old town, but very quiet. Breakfast - classic IBIS - has both salty and sweet, hot and cold.

What's missing is a 50 m pool, a complex with 4 different saunas, massage, ... But that's a joke of course ... The price / quality / offered options ratio is very good! I already wrote once: I miss tomato juice in breakfast.

Fantastic Hotel near the Grand Place in the center of Brussels. Very close to a metro station and train station, taxi rank on the doorstep. The room was large and warm and the view fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent with enormous choice and plentiful. There is a small cafe attached so food and drink always available. I often stay here and will again.

There was no one at reception at 5.45 am to call me a taxi when I had been told there would be. Luckily, there was one at the taxi rank.

The hotel is in the city center, close to the Gran Pace. Rooms are large and confortable. I had the opportunity to work on a desk in front of a window with a beautiful view on a square. Bathroom is large and confortable as well. I had an early chack-in for free, before noon, due to my registration at the "ALL - Accor Live Limitless" programme.

Bathroom is large and confortable but without bidet. I suggest to do check-out with some minutes in advance, because the hotel is really big, popular and it's easy to find a queue at the reception.
