Location at walking distance to center, luggage room, wireless network

With no staff this hotel is now a simple ordinary hotel. The hotel is not as clean as we know it. I have stayed 4 days and no cleaning has been done in the room. Neither the common spaces were not so clean. This is the former Hubert Hotel, where me and my husband were loyal clients. It has been for us a charming and comfortable place in the heart of Brussels. The reception in the lobby that served also as a bar with the most wonderful, smiling and hospitable staff we have met, it was one of the main reasons for which we were loyal customers. Now the new Numa Hotel is one of the coldest and impersonal places we have been lodged until now.

I asked for a room far away from the lifts. I was allocated Room 417. I had a good sleep every night ( 14 - 17 July 2024 ) BUT ASK AND PAY FOR A SOUNDPROOF ROOM - a King room.The room and bathroom ( shower ) was comfortable. The room has a fridge. The hotel is a mere 400 meters from Centraal Station ! And near the Grand Place. Buses to Luxemburg and Dinant depart just around the corner - but buy a ticket on GetYourGuide in advance - the bus I took on 16 July was FULL ! Many shops including supermarkets and pharmacies, & restaurants are around the hotel in a SAFE area.. LASTLY the staff at the hotel, like Vanessa and Jane make you feel welcome !

Hotel is amazing, wished to stay there again but unfortunately I had very bad experience in Brussels, was attacked by pickpockets on the way from Airport to hotel and all my money were gone, so I will never return to Brussels. Such thing never happend with my in 40 years of traveling… Can see that the owners are thinking about their quests and so on till the smallest details. Just wished that someone could warn about danger in the way to hotel as I have asked what is the best way to come to the hotel.. but ok. Definitely, in another country if I see such hotels I would love to stay again.

A real jem in brussels excellent value for money , room is top clean , nice lights ,modern bathroom , house keeping is super ,friendly staff , i liked alot the unlimited coffee/tea 24 hours and light meals car inside lobby , decor is so rich ,elegant, cozy and warm ,20 meters walk to Gallery Royal entrance and afew minutes walk to grande place and the main shopping streets as well , so excellent location . Also what a funny thing they put such button in elevator which upon pressing change elevator lights to disco with songs for 10 seconds of fun for all guest . Again would like the thank the housekeeping whom really are very responsive and carefully cleaning room daily ,staff personnel are top as well surely will come to this hotel again and again

I liked that it was modern and stylish. I liked that you could store belongings free in a locker without having to bother staff. I liked the lounging facilities in the lobby including free coffee. I liked certain aspects of the self checkin. When I finally reached the staff they were really nice and patient and helpful. Disco elevator was a treat.

I didn’t like that they switched my room last minute without telling me so I was trying unsuccessfully to get into the wrong room. I had to wait outside around 15 minutes before I could get a human who helped me. The staff member was awesome, really nice, patient and helpful. Rooms are quite small and a lot face internally.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property! The room was perfect — clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The bed was super comfy, and I appreciated the added touches like a fridge and a little coffee station. The lobby area was a great space to relax, especially with the pool table and easy-to-use lockers to store belongings before my flight. It was also a nice touch that you could collect extra towels whenever needed — very convenient! Location was very central and easy to get to everything. Check in was super smooth and simple.

Honestly, there wasn’t much to complain about. Everything went smoothly and met my expectations.

Excellent location, very close to major attractions and the metro. I really appreciated that they contacted me on their own to offer early check-in nearly two hours before the usual time. After check-out, I could still use the lobby, which had lockers, tea and coffee, restrooms, charging stations, etc. The room was well-equipped with coffee, tea, water, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, body lotion, and more. Communication via WhatsApp was easy and quick.

My room was very dark due to the window facing an internal shaft with no natural light. Also, the bathroom had a strange vent or opening through which I could hear everything from the neighboring room.

I stayed at a Numa apartment in Brussels and was very satisfied with my experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and matched the description on the website perfectly. The self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The atmosphere in the apartment was very pleasant, with stylish design that made it feel cozy and comfortable. The location is another big advantage — just a short walk from the historic city center, famous landmarks, cafés, and shops. It’s perfect for exploring the city on foot. Overall, everything was well-organized. The apartment was quiet, with no disturbances — ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing.

The room was a bit small, but still quite suitable for a short stay. It was clear that the cleaning had been done a few days before arrival, as there was a bit of dust on some surfaces. However, in general, everything was clean and tidy — no dirt or unpleasant smells. It would also be helpful to have more kitchenware — there was only one mug and a small teaspoon, which felt a bit limited even for one person.

The hotel is very well placed, near the old centre, and also near to the central train and metro staion. The room was quiet and well furnished. The informal lounge and reception arrangements worked well.

The bathroom was badly planned, with an over-large basin unit and not enough space in front of the toilet. There is no grab rail in the shower, which is necessary for older people. Booking.com says there are two restaurants, but actually there is none! There is a breakfast bar and 'food to go' shop but it is closed after lunch onwards; you can get a single type of pizza in the lounge, but neither of these can be considered a restaurant!! Fortunately there are plenty in the nearby streets.

Great location. For a capital city a decently sized room. Quiet - good windows and carpeting in the hallways, coffee machine with GOOD coffee, friendly staff, very good bed and good use of available space. And the lifts require a room key so relatively secure. Loads of towels (far more than we needed) but more importantly good quality and large. Nice bed linen as well. Magnified and lit makeup mirror (great getting old and going blind).

While I appreciate carpeting in the hallways to minimize noise, I personally think that carpeting in the rooms is a health offence. The self check in/out seems to have a lot of glitches, not just for us but for others too. Not really a problem as the staff dealt with it all anyway and in a friendly and efficient manner - but if it doesn`t work then why have it?
