Very cosy and warmfull hotel, dedicated and polite staff! irreproachable cleaning and a magnificent candle scented aroma everywhere! Stylish and modern decoration, and very comfortable facilities. Amazing breakfast and a fantastic location!

There was some minor electrical issues, nothing very disturbing, and dully compensated with the simpathy and professionalism of the staff!

The best location close to the center but tucked away from traffic and noise. The minimalist and practical design of the hotel and rooms. Decent room size with enough space. Fast and efficient check in and out. Frequent and clear communication before and during the stay including whatsapp messages. Catering for my special request of the room location.

Overall good stay, but some areas to improve Staff were helpful but were not as friendly and welcoming as we see in other hotels, very professional! There wasn't many information about the hotel or available services given by the receptionist, I had to ask for everything. The housekeeper didn't change pillow covers and bed sheets, just made the beds. The hand-held shower lacked enough pressure and the rain shower had some clogged holes with not as smooth water running as you should expect in such hotel.

The hotel was very clean and nice. We really enjoyed it. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was better than we anticipated. Staff was super attentive and helpful with a number of requests that we had to get around in the city.

The only think we definitely didn't like, was the constant ringing of the church bell. This could be heard so loudly in our room. While we understand that is beyond the hotels control, it was the only item we could say we didn't like with the overall stay.

Nice rooms and spot clean

The coffee machine was broken and even though we were reassured by the initial staff that checked the machine that she will leave a note for us to get free coffee from the bar, the next morning staff gave us a hard time on accommodating this, even tried to convince us to enter the room to fix the machine while we explained that was already checked by another staff member. The elevators were a bit of a joke. The breakfast selling pitch was rediculous. I forgot my scarf there no one notified me (not that I could be pick it up, but from their end they should have done it )

Great location, friendly staff, well-sized and comfortable room. Comfy bed! Really liked the hotel's style and design. Amenities were OK and the room had a coffee/tea machine, which is always great. Do try the truffle ravioli at the hotel.

Sometimes the replenishing of amenities was inconsistent. And on the day before the last day we were out a bit late due to some stomach issues (unrelated to the hotel whatsoever), so the room was eventually not cleaned, but we were left amenities and clean towels at the door. It was a discreet solution, which we appreciate and the room was not dirty anyway, but still, afternoon cleaning should be available.

I liked everything about this lovely hotel. Location is excellent, within walking distance from everything you need to visit like Grand Place and museums. 2 min walk from Central train station, shops and cafes. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated and spotless; large comfortable bed and amazing pillows. The hotel bar also deserves to be mentioned, cozy atmosphere, very good cocktails, excellent service. Check in and check out -quite quick, friendly and welcoming staff. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked everything

Room was spacious, location was central but in a quiet street close to public transport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our daughter stayed in the room one day while we went out and the cleaning staff left us a care package with linens and bath products we may have needed replenished as they couldnt clear the room. Very thoughtful. Room service food was fantastic.

The use of AI via a WhatsApp chat. While easy to use our room service order was not read and so 1 hour later i was having to request it again in person. The staff addressed the issue immediately and were most helpful.

I loved all aspects of the hotel!!! Great location just a short walk away from the city centre, very safe, super friendly staff, clean rooms and very comfortable. They have a cute library area/ lounge where you can work if you don't want to stay in your room or once you have checked out and need to wait for a couple of hours. They also have a storage room that is very helpful if you want to go for a walk and leaving in the evening. There are some road works going on, but it's totally silent in the area where the hotel is located. I really loved this hotel and made my experience memorable! Thank you so much!!!

Accommodating staff. They let us store our luggage   because  it was too early to check in. The luggage room is locked and our luggages were tagged  for extra security.  They also let us store our luggage with them after we checked out so we can explore the city some more before our flight. The room  itself is spacious. It's more like a suite with lounge room and bedroom.  But they filled the "lounge " room with a huge bed instead and the other bed is in the "bedroom ".  Thus  making it  available as a family room. The toilet is  in an adjoining but separate room from the shower/sink  with separate entrances. Pros: One  can do  business while someone is in the shower. Con: Inconvenient bcs we have to get out and transfer to the shower room to wash our hands after doing our business.  Robes and terry cloth slippers provided.  Toiletries also provided but they come in big sizes.  We didn't use them. Overall,  we would still book this hotel next time we're in Brussels. 

The toilet is  in an adjoining but separate room from the shower/sink  with separate entrances. Pros: One  can do  business while someone is in the shower. Con: Inconvenient bcs we have to get out and transfer to the shower room to wash our hands after doing our business.  Lighting in room is romantic but sometimes we prefer bright.  Only 1 soft  pillow provided for each person in the room. Kinda ironic since the name of the hotel is Pillows.  :-) Wifi is open and public. No password, so use VPN for privacy and security.
