Location was great. Quiet and great room.

The room was extremely hot during the night (we were out during the day on tours). I asked the receptionist and she said they are part of environmental project in the city for sustainability and during the night they have to "adjust" the air which means turn off basically. They should put that explicit when you are booking. My room had a toilet flush problem, the shower was also sinking, and hair in the walls of the bathroom when I arrived but it was immediately fixed after I reported. Besides the air problem which in the summer(August) made impossible to sleep the rest was ok.

Hotel is nice, location is great if you want to be on a walking to distance to main touristic sights.

Food and service - stayed there for 5 nights and asked them 3 times to put water (complimentary) in the room, no luck. The housekeeping lady literally walked into the room even though i asked her to come later. She said she can't come back and decided to clean the trash bins... no bath robes in the room, no bell boy to help with lugagges. The dining menu is very poor at the restaurant.

The hotel is divine, I am really glad I stayed here during my time in Brussels. Very central to everything! The staff were nothing but helpful and made me feel so welcomed. I truly appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a Premium Room (High Floor). The room is spacious, comfortable, bed heavenly (had the best sleep) and shower amazing!!! I would 100% stay here again when I come back to Brussels!

This did not ruin my experience (however), I found it really strange no fridge in the room. The only fridge is a mini bar, which you could not empty to use during your stay. Instead, the hotel offered €5 a day for a fridge or give your items to the hotel to store (which is inconvenient). Every room needs its own fridge. Even lower star hotels provide a fridge!

The breakfast was awesome. Bread and all the fresh juice were very nice. Also, room was super clean and and cozy.

The Wifi connection was not very stable, so I was not able to use whole time during my stay.

The hotel was lovely on the inside. We were very happy with our room, it was clean and reasonably spacious. The location was excellent, a short walk to everything.

The breakfast was very disappointing. We had to pay extra if we wanted fried eggs or an omelet, which is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel, especially because they already charge a lot for breakfast. Also the food was tasteless and the scrambled eggs soggy. We suggest the hotel reviews its breakfast menu. We only stayed for one night but if we had stayed for longer we would have demanded the money back that we paid for the breakfast, that’s how disappointing we found it.

Although we arrived earlier than check in time, thining we would just leave the luggages, the receptionist (apologies for not remembering her name) was most kind to check us in, as it was heavilly raining. Thanks again, for the nice welcoming gesture! Generally all the staff were very gentle and assisting. The location was very convinient, extremely close to grand place, galeries royales saint hubert, etc

The room did not have comlimentary water, as is common place in most hotels nowadays, especially when the room has a coffee machine (which was the case for the room). Also, it was on 2nd floor looking the central road and we could lightly hear the music from across the street. However, it was spacious with a very nice mattress.

The hotel is very well located for the centre of Brussels. Just a quick 5 minute up the road and you’re right in the middle of everything central Brussels has to offer. If you want to go to the Atomium, you will need to take a taxi (around €30) for find a bus/tram (which we didn’t try). A lovely hotel, spacious and clean rooms, great lobby with a wonderful bar and very helpful and friendly bar staff. The breakfast had a great buffet selection and you can order from the chef for things like omelettes and french toast etc.

At breakfast, the staff (when taking room number) should explain they on order items from the chef are available. We were not told and didn’t know about it until our second morning.

So comfy and staff were lovely. Great location. Great that there was a smart tv.

Only 2 things were aircon and rhe deposit. the aircon wouldn’t cool down so our room was quite warm. Possibly just a fault with our room. Secondly you have to pay 100 upfront as a deposit for the mini fridge. I think this is quite a lot of money to have to pay instantly without having known in advance. You do get it back after your stay but I think it’s a lot to ask.

The hotel is beautiful and the room was lovely. Very comfortable bed and really nice turn down service. The lobby is nice and the location was great. The man on reception early morning was very friendly and professional (thank you, didnt catch his name)

The cost of water in the room was €10 for the carton. This very same water in Amsterdam for example is complimentary in hotel rooms we have stayed in, very surprised not to have complimentary water in the room in a 5 star hotel. The minibar was overpriced. The dinner menu had a very limited menu and we thought there would be some asian influenced food available given the name of the restaurant. Not the hotels issue really but 2 staff when we went to book the airport taxi quoted us €130 but we got charged €180 & an additional €5 for airport drop off. Shocked is an understatement.
