Almost perfect location. Just in front of a Metro station and at walking distance to many of the Brussels attractions. Basic room but cleaned every day. Confy beds. Nice bathroom with shower and bathtub. Helpful staff, especially Alvaro and Sabina. Very good breakfast and very diverse for the cold dishes and sweets, smoothies, juices etc. For the hot savory part there is space for improvement.

No slippers or bathrobes, strange for a four stars hotel. More diversity is needed for hot dishes at breakfast. Scrambled eggs (other types of eggs only on demand), mushroom stew, bacon, small fried sausages and fried tomatoes. Good, but for longer stays and for the price improvement is much needed.

Everything was perfect. Awesome room, very comfortable, spacious & clean. Breakfast was good. Location was amazing, right in the centre with a shopping street just behind the hotel. You can pretty much walk to all the main attractions. Above all of that, the staff went out of their way to make my stay memorable. It was also my birthday and I was given a surprise gift at check out - not expected at all and was a pleasant surprise. I felt personally taken care of and again, staff and management really went above & beyond to provide a great experience. highly recommend this hotel for sure !

Restaurant opening times could be better. When I checked in, it wasn't too late in the afternoon. I went to the restaurant to have a welcome drink and meal however the restaurant was closed. Also no draft beer which was surprising for a hotel in a city like Brussels known for beer ! But to be clear, this was a small issue. I still had an amazing experience overall.

The room was spacious, beds comfy and the location perfect. The location is the middle of shops, restaurants, parking and public transportation. The breakfast was nice. I enjoyed the view of the city while having breakfast, perfect!

The room is spacious in total m2. But the room layout should be improved. The bathroom can use some extra m2 so that the shower cabin has more room. I chose to shower in the bathtub because the shower cabin is so small. The empty space in the bedroom can be used to enlarge the bathroom. Also the toilet is inconvenient because the door opens on the inside. So when you finish wash your hands you have to go back in front of the toilet to open the door. Please do something about this!

This hotel was gorgeous and situated in the heart of De Brouckere and close to Grote market, Grand Palace (10 min walk) and the Christmas markets were just outside the hotel, along with Metro access! The rooms were serviced daily and our Junior suite was nice and roomy! The buffet breakfast was great, lots of variety to choose from and the staff were so lovely!!! Would definitely stay again. Loved the juice, water and lolly station at reception as well 😀

The bed was hard for us, however the staff were lovely and put and extra layer on our mattress to soften it up! No problems after that.

It was our second stay at the hotel, 8 years after the first time. The hotel continues with excellent service and maintenance. room was very clean and the breakfast continues to be excellent. The hotel location is very convenient for those coming by train, as the new subway line from Brussels Midi stops in front of the hotel, which is also close to the main access to the airport. The entire area is being renovated so it is a pleasant short walk to Brussels main attractions and restaurants and bars.

The fitness center is not very well maintained, although is large and of easy access.

Spacious room, good location, variety of breakfast. The staff were very helpful.

There was a nightclub opposite our room and there was a lot of noise from there until early morning both nights.

The room was spacious. Very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. We had plenty of large towels, and they were of good quality. The staff was very polite. And one evening, when everything was closed, I asked if there was any hot chocolate available. Even though the bar had closed, the receptionist made it himself and brought it to my room.

We arrived earlier than the check-in time, and although the room was ready, there was an additional cost of 55 euros to be able to use the room. However, this did not affect our stay or my evaluation of the hotel.

Fantastic location in the city center, right next to the metro and a short walk to the central station. Great breakfast with lots of varities to choose from. Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows. Helpful staff, easy check-in & out process.

The air vent in the bathroom and the refrigerator in the room together made a lot of noise, so I had to unplug the refrigerator every night but could not do anything about the vent other than keeping the bathroom door closed as it was not possible to turn it off. The shower space was also quite small even though the room was a superior double.

Great Location and clean.

10 years before we visited this hotel for the 1st time and we were impressed with the breakfast and the breakfast area at the 9th floor!!!it was wonderful!!!that was the reason we booked it again. Unfortunately it's not the same any more after *the renovation* they' ve done!as now the area is smaller without view with high sofas on the windows didnt let us enjoy the view and let you a feeling that you are closed in a small room.Breakfast area is too small with poor decoration quality , too noisy as all the tourists are hurry up running to eat and leave from 7.30 a.m so we didn't relax and enjoy it.The breakfast was ....ok ,but not classy at it was before .!!!it's a same !!!
