We enjoyed our stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with air conditioning that worked perfectly — a big plus in the summer. Housekeeping was regular and kept everything tidy. The location is also convenient, with a bus stop just a short walk away.

The complimentary water and tea/coffee were not replenished during our stay. Even the disposable cups were not replaced, so we couldn’t make any hot drinks after the first day.

It was the first time we stayed in Ibis hotels. We were really surprised by very clean rooms, good service. Also the location vas very good because nrar the hotel are tram and bus stations so it is easy to reach any locations. The neighbourhood seemed okay and safe. The staff was really friendly. Breakfast was simple yet tasty and we found what to eat every morning. Really great rhing that the breakfast started from 6.30 a.m.,that way we did not miss it because of our plans.

The only thing that was a bit unclean was walls in our room, it seemed like somebosy painted with charcoal or something like that. Also the light in the bathroom kept flickering a bit.

Staff were lovely, especially the young lady on the evening shift. Food and drink (both pre-made) are available all night, to my understanding. The room was small and was all you needed, but you can't swing a cat in there! I requested 2 extra pillows, which were provided.I think that a small selection of tea/coffee with a choice of sugar/sweetner would be nice. Along with maybe powder milk/creamer or little milk pods, for people who don't drink black tea/coffee. Lucky I brought my own! The bathroom was very small but functional. It was very clean, and I really enjoyed the choice of shower heads. Unfortunately, on this occasion, I didn't bring my shampoo and conditioner and ended up using theirs. It was unpleasant and made my hair feel rough, sticky, and very dry when blow dried. I would definitely recommend taking your own, as it may not suit everyone. They also have a free pool table, which was fun to end the night. Parking space can't be pre-booked and is on a 1st come, 1st serve basis.They have 6 underground parking spaces, which seems to be very common locally. You can park directly outside the front door in the hope of not receiving a ticket. Thankfully, we didn't unless it would come in the post. Ask the staff on the situation if you do, but generally, parking by paymeter is Monday to Saturday at 9am-9pm..if I remember correctly! Overall, the stay was good, and I must admit the first IBIS in Europe, which was clean and the standard of the room with good clean lines and decor...a few scuff marks on the walls (no big deal!). I would definitely stay here again when I come back in the near future.

This hotel was nice, but that was because they had to switch my room. Originally, I had booked the cheapest room, but the AC wasn't working so they switched me to courtyard view and that is the only reason I think I really liked this place. The first room I had was really small and noisy (street facing) but the next room was wonderful. It was a little more spacious and had very little noise from the outside. I am a very light sleeper so this is important. I would definitely get the courtyard view if I stayed here again because the other room isn't worth the price. Also, love that they had a lounge area downstairs and the buses to take you into the town were pretty quick. Staff was also great.

I can confidently say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality.The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Louis making it incredibly convenient to explore all the major attractions. Whether you're looking for shopping, dining, or cultural experiences, everything is just a short walk or drive away. The rooms are beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room amenities were top-notch, including, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a state-of-the-art entertainment system. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting and I look forward to returning in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️

I like this hotel and I stay there often, when I am in Brussels for work. The young people at the Reception have a positive attitude and are always willing to help. The room is basic but has a TV and a desk to work (not the most comfortable chair though). The breakfast is a winning point for this hotel:-)

The rooms are usually not warm enough and that is something I do not like. The heating should be controlled by the room but it looks like there is a limit as to what is 'warm enough' in this hotel. Their rooms are cold.

Immediately greeted by friendly staff- who were also super helpful and let us check in early at no charge! Beautiful facilities, well kept and very clean Room was bigger than expected- some other reviews said the rooms were small- but ours was decent size- perfect for 2 people We were on the 5th floor and had no issues at all with noise. Accommodation is close to public transport- so easy to get around. Bed was comfortable. Great bathroom also! Daily room service. There is a lovely 24/7 bar with pool table also!

Good looking room, clean and tidy. The room was on the smaller side but still very comfortable and had nice big tv, small table with a chair and shelf for clothes. Also great breakfast, which didnt have a lot of variety, but everything they served was delicious. Big plus - you can make fresh waffels and they have unlimited freshly squeezed orange juice.

There was nowhere to dry the towels (not even hooks on walls etc) so we had to resort to replacing them every day. Also there was only 1 towel per person. The pool tabel in the lobby was a cool addition but it was almost impossible to play at some angles due to it being quite close to tabels and walls.

Great location, lots of nearby parking and on street ev charging. The room was very comfortable and clean and it had air-conditioning! The tram stop to go into the city centre was an easy 5 minute walk and was every 10-15 minutes. There were a couple nice bakeries/coffee shops nearby and the hotel had a very nice bar area if you wanted to have breakfast or drinks at the hotel.

The room was very small. This was okay for us as a couple for two nights but was a bit of a squeeze and probably wouldn't have been comfortable for a longer stay.

I’ve stayed in Ibis hotels before, but they have been practical without being all that great. This Ibis however was modern, very clean and very comfortable, with a very pleasant bar/restaurant area. I had a garden side room with a pleasant view of the Châtelain neighborhood. And I slept really well! And it was less expensive than an Airbnb and the other options in the area.
