The hotel is well located. Staff very friendly. Bed comfortable, with good pillows and bedding. Great shower and good quality towels. Great breakfast.

Hotel feels very tired. Bed side lights didn't work. Iight switch in bathroom loose from wall - affecting door closure. Outlook at back of hotel not the best, but probably quieter than front. Rooms not soundproof in anyway. There seemed to be maintenance works taking place in the hotel which started early.

The location was great with easy access to tram and city center and shopping areas. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The AC was a little bit weak during hot days

Overall, this is a very nice hotel with very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. I booked it for myself and my colleagues for a business trip to Brussels, and it met my expectations. The location was also perfect for us.

The bathroom in my room had a very strong smell upon arrival, and on the next day that spread across the whole room. I was in the back part of the hotel. My colleagues all stayed in the front part of the hotel and didn't have the issue. I reported the issue to reception, and they sent someone to look at it. It got better after that, although not completely gone.

The rooms are spacious, and the windows must be good - very little noise gets in from the outside. It's good to have a kettle and a small fridge in the room. There's plenty of shelf space in the room, plenty of hooks and shelves in the bathroom.

Insulation from the corridor might be improved as any noise there gets in the room easily. To be fair, there isn't a lot of noise as there seem to be only two rooms on each side of the elevator. The external doors of the elevators have to be opened by hand, which isn't a problem in itself but takes a bit of getting used to. The kettle plug didn't reach the socket as the cord is a bit too short - one had to put the kettle down on the floor to boil water for tea.

Very good location, close to the bars, restaurants and clubs of the Chatelain, rue Bailly, not far from the Euro Quarter or the city center. Smiling staff, quick check-in and check-out. Modern, newly renovated room with friendly atmosphere. Lots of light, but also effective curtains. Good sound insulation. Mini balcony - you can go out, even though not big enough for a chair or table. And the best: free cookies all day long at the reception.

Hotel prices have gone berserk in Brussels lately, and this hotel is no exception. But all in all still positive price to quality ratio.

The Hotel Louise is in a very convenient location, it is very clean and the staff were all friendly. my room was massive and overlooked Avenue Louise. Using the public transport was very easy and it’s very efficient

I however did have couple of problems, these were: 1.) WIFI: The signal wasn't very strong and I kept losing it. This wasn’t a problem with my iPad as now I’m home everything is working perfectly. 2.) Air Conditioning: I was lucky enough to enjoy good weather whilst in Brussels. However i found my room quite warm. Although I put the air conditioning on its lowest setting, it was really ineffective. Opening the windows was not an option, as the room overlooked Avenue Louise, it was fairly noisy, trams mainly.

The location is absolutely great! It's close to Place Flagey and Bailli with a great selection of trendy cafés, bars and restos within walking distance. Very well connected to the city centre with a tram stop within 2 minutes. I did not have breakfast as I preferred to eat outside. But I really liked the room I was in. It was very clean and there was complimentary water as well as coffee and tea which these days is a rarity. Bed was super comfy too. Great choice for solo female travellers. I felt really safe!

Very comfortable hotel. 24hr reception, easy to find, super comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet. Huge asset: small refrigerator in the room, elevator, electric kettle. Tasty breakfast with sufficient variety of dishes.

Everything was perfect except small details: Who cleans the kettle with vinegar? If you do not want to invest in dedicated products please note that citric acid exists, is equally efficient and does not leave the awful smell. The kettle should be positioned so that it can be plugged into a socket. An electrical extension cord will solve the problem.

The day we arrive was corresponding to the hotel re-opening after a complete refurbishment. So the confort room we booked was completely renovated and nicely furnished with large size. As the hotel informed us that there was some issue with the air climatization system they kindly offered us a free breakfast during our stay. The breakfast was good enough for the class of the hotel. The hotel position is very good being on a nice area and close to public transportation and well connected.

Despite the major refurbishment the window and balcony door were not replaced (old aluminium frame and no double glasses). Therefore the noise and thermal isolation is quite poor. Also the doors in the corridor were causing noise at night. The bathroom was new but a bit small. The lobby is a bit minimalistic and cold.

The location was excellent, it was in a lovely neighbourhood for cafes, bars and restaurants and a short tram ride from the centre of Brussels. Also a short journey to the Brussels Midi station for Eurostar, very handy.

We didn’t like the coffee at breakfast but that was just a very small thing, otherwise the hotel was lovely, a spacious room with a huge window, great shower and spotlessly clean and comfortable.
