The hotel is well located. Staff very friendly. Bed comfortable, with good pillows and bedding. Great shower and good quality towels. Great breakfast.

Hotel feels very tired. Bed side lights didn't work. Iight switch in bathroom loose from wall - affecting door closure. Outlook at back of hotel not the best, but probably quieter than front. Rooms not soundproof in anyway. There seemed to be maintenance works taking place in the hotel which started early.

The hotel is located on a very nice green avenue with a tram line. The district is quite lively, but not disturbing. The room was spacious, well-kept and quiet. A good breakfast is served every morning and it's likely the best option to have a good meal in case you're an early bird, since the cafés open a bit later. There are some Asian restaurants nearby in the area, beer bars, pizza and burger places. In the vicinity, there's a beautiful pond within walking distance, but the city centre is quite easily accessible by public transport as well. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

The location was great with easy access to tram and city center and shopping areas. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The staff was super nice and helpful, the location was amazing: nearby a tram stop/bus stop, and with dozens of nice restaurants in the area, and a couple of night shops in walking distance as well. I liked how big the room was, there was a desk where I could work, and a big window/door I could slide open easily for a nice breeze. The bed was so comfortable, I could've sank into and not surfaced for weeks.

I found the area of the toilet (not the bathroom in general, the literal toilet) to be a bit narrow. I loved the breakfast buffet, but found it rather pricey.

Overall, this is a very nice hotel with very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. I booked it for myself and my colleagues for a business trip to Brussels, and it met my expectations. The location was also perfect for us.

The bathroom in my room had a very strong smell upon arrival, and on the next day that spread across the whole room. I was in the back part of the hotel. My colleagues all stayed in the front part of the hotel and didn't have the issue. I reported the issue to reception, and they sent someone to look at it. It got better after that, although not completely gone.

The rooms are spacious, and the windows must be good - very little noise gets in from the outside. It's good to have a kettle and a small fridge in the room. There's plenty of shelf space in the room, plenty of hooks and shelves in the bathroom.

Insulation from the corridor might be improved as any noise there gets in the room easily. To be fair, there isn't a lot of noise as there seem to be only two rooms on each side of the elevator. The external doors of the elevators have to be opened by hand, which isn't a problem in itself but takes a bit of getting used to. The kettle plug didn't reach the socket as the cord is a bit too short - one had to put the kettle down on the floor to boil water for tea.

Very good location, close to the bars, restaurants and clubs of the Chatelain, rue Bailly, not far from the Euro Quarter or the city center. Smiling staff, quick check-in and check-out. Modern, newly renovated room with friendly atmosphere. Lots of light, but also effective curtains. Good sound insulation. Mini balcony - you can go out, even though not big enough for a chair or table. And the best: free cookies all day long at the reception.

Hotel prices have gone berserk in Brussels lately, and this hotel is no exception. But all in all still positive price to quality ratio.

The Hotel Louise is in a very convenient location, it is very clean and the staff were all friendly. my room was massive and overlooked Avenue Louise. Using the public transport was very easy and it’s very efficient

I however did have couple of problems, these were: 1.) WIFI: The signal wasn't very strong and I kept losing it. This wasn’t a problem with my iPad as now I’m home everything is working perfectly. 2.) Air Conditioning: I was lucky enough to enjoy good weather whilst in Brussels. However i found my room quite warm. Although I put the air conditioning on its lowest setting, it was really ineffective. Opening the windows was not an option, as the room overlooked Avenue Louise, it was fairly noisy, trams mainly.

Great bed and bathroom. The table, chairs and balcony are also nice. I didn't use any facilities outside of my room as I was up early and back late but the hotel was lovely. The staff was also warm and welcoming.

The view from my room wasn't the best, it wasn't totally horrible either, but I knew that before arrival so wasn't disappointed. While I enjoyed the balcony, the one in my room at least, was not the type of balcony you can sit out on as there isn't enough room.
