It was a great honor and pleasure to be the FIRST GUEST of this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectation. Definitely, the right word for this hotel is EXCELLENT. It is a beautiful new hotel located in a quiet and green area, close to the airport with the direct connection from the airport using the public transportation. Excellent room with an excellent view that looks like a studio with a mini chitchen that helps you to cook your meal if you want. The staff was very kindly and friendly, eager to solv all your requests. Excellent breakfast with delicious food. If you like sport you have access to one small but excellent gym. Overall, I recommand this hotel and I will definitely come back to stay at this hotel next time.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The building is new and clean. The family room is not super spacious, but reasonable with a very good price. Internet (WiFi) is also very good. Location is good to go to Brussels and other kids attractions, such as Aqualibi and Aventure Parc. Definitely recommend for family trip in Belgium.

I don't find anything inconvenient. The only thing I found can be better is the pillow. The pillow was too flat. But I believe if I asked for a firm one, I will definitely get one. The kids did have a firmer pillow than mine.

Modern hotel. Room well organized with good showerrroom and kitchenette. Good linen and bedding. Perfect location before or after a flight. 15 minutes to Brussels airport and 22 euros by taxi called by the friendly hotel staff. Easy access to any part of Brussels city by train (20-30 minutes and about 7 euros return ticket).

It was dusty under the bed and the room has not been cleaned for 4 days (I did not request either but I thought that for the price it should be offered at least every 2 days without asking). There is no restaurant or grocery shop around and the hotel shop does not offer much and the products available are clearly overpriced. Except this 2 points which needs improvement, everything was nice.

The room was great. Though there was a smell in the hallway leading up to the room. The staff at checkin didnot tell me that the shuttle to the airport was not leaving from the same spot it normally does.. I found this out in the morning when waiting for the shuttle. Thankfully the other traveler who also waited for the shuttle had a phonenumber of the busdriver. We called him in time, luckily I could call and speak French. He picked up and told me that the bus would leave from Holiday Inn (very nearby) and we were lucky enough he waited for us. He said that the hotels were informed. Thus the staff didnot pass on the information to travelers. Another thing is that you have to cross to Holiday Inn Express for breakfast, not a big deal but should be mentioned in the information when booking.

Brilliantly designed room with a complete little kitchen. The Murphy Bed was very comfortable and could be moved out of the way if more space was needed. Carrefour express and the train station is about 10 minutes walk away. The shuttle only runs in the morning and evening after 5pm, if you arrive in the afternoon the taxi from the stand at the airport cost us EUR 20 one-way. Breakfast is at the Holiday Inn Express next door and very good.

Everything was excellent: clean, in perfect state. Everyone from the staff gave me a great attention and service, specially Roberto. The breakfast is fresh, tasty and diverse. Rooms are big enough for a couple and the kitchen and kitchen utils are probably the best compared to other hotels with kitchen Ive been previously in Brussels.

There is a small gap (but not that small) behind the bed where you can lose something small, I almost lose the phone there, and it's not quite accessible. The location of the hotel is great for business people but I would not recommend if you want to visit the city, it's pretty far and not too connected via public transport.

This was a connection stop and it added the location to my world tour thru Hard Rock Cafe locations. It worked out. All the stay was great. They called for a taxi to take me to downtown and he drove me around the city a bit! Breakfast buffet was GREAT. It was across from them at the Holiday Inn. All was good.

Not the hotels fault but the taxi I got had NO idea the location and then charge me twice for trip. Only 1 went on my CC as I called them and told them about him.

Nice suite with kitchen. Convenient to have fridge and microwave. Cozy beds. We received a lot of help from a staff member when we checked in. He helped us with a map and train schedule.

No restuarant on premises. Their "sister" property was less expensive and came with free breakfast and tagged luggage area. To order breakfast at Adagio it was 21 euros per person. Way too expensive!!

Brand new hotel. Every single item was brand new. Very well equiped kitchen for those who wants to cook during the holidays. Comfortable beds, very clean! We really enjoyed our stay

When we arrived we didn't felt 100% safe as there were 4 or 5 men outside, drunk, and they were not all staying at the hotel. There is no videocamera in the parking space :( Far away from the city center but we knew that. At this price its actually quite ok. Well connected to the central station by train.
