Quiet industrial area Good breakfast Parking available, though not meant for big cars. Toyota Yaris had no problem navigating in there. Nice rooms. Pretty much like a small apartment. Including ironing set, dishwasher, cooking facility, water boiler, coffee machine. Plenty of wifi or sockets to plug in electronics.

It was quite an annoying ride from the city centre to the hotel. Especially the lack of road signs to the hotel. Google maps also messed up the parallel roads, that seems to be there for no reason at all. Having two lanes next to eachother would simplify it. But thats nothing the hotel can do anything about.

This Residence is a haven for those seeking comfort and kindness. Whether for a short stay or a long-term arrangement, it stands out as one of the best in the area, possibly in all of Brussels. The Staff’s warmth and attentiveness, combined with an outstanding Management, ensure every guest feels cared for. Amenities like a hearty, included breakfast, free laundry (bring your own detergent), a cozy gym, delicious restaurant offerings, and a well-stocked bar add to the experience. The overall atmosphere is both inviting and comfortable. A stay here is a must!

Nothing negative can be said about the hotel itself—it’s flawless in service and ambiance. The only drawback is the city’s condition, but the staff's kindness and hospitality here make it easy to overlook Brussels’ challenges.

Hotel itself is really good, the beds are the best we've slept in since decades. Breakfast was nice, maybe need more vegetables (raws) and fish to be totally perfect.

There's ONE issue : the noise made by doors of the rooms, i mean, the main entrance. There's no break system on them (at least on our 4th floor) so when people goes inside/outside, it literraly makes an earthshake on the level while the door claps.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly, we arrived a bit earlier than check in time with our sleeping toddler and were given the room right away. Place was extremely clean and although there is nothing really around to spend time with toddler we spend most of the afternoon playing on their summer restaurant terrace and had a great evening. Staff was very understanding of us occupying huge space in there to entertain the child. Breakfast next morning was fabulous!

There is no shuttle bus and in q&a it was mentioned that there is a preferential rate for 5€ per adult for a taxis, we paid way above that and hotel staff didn’t know anything about “preferential rate”. It was 2adults + 1 child and we paid 22eur

The breakfast was perfect, with an unchanging offer of goods - still, various and delicious. The room (studio) had a fully equipped kitchen, including a toaster. The opportunity to sleep on a sofa was very welcomed, especially for those who dislike too soft beds.

The restaurant starts to work at 18:00 just for dinner; the launch is possible only using sandwiches, chips, and bars from 24/7 wending machines. It was impossible to send a postcard as the hotel desk had no stamps and didn't use a regular mail service.

The location, tranquility and the room

The breakfast. Not with a lot of good options. No good fruits, no pancakes, In Belgium you have great pastries but they don’t serve them inside the breakfast. They serve common pastries, dry and industrials ones.

Amazing! I think it was the best accommodation I have ever stayed in terms of comfort and room facilities. The breakfast was good with vegetarian options and we didn't hear any noise. The bed is very comfortable and we slept very well. If you don't want to eat in the restaurant, there is some food on the ground floor that is refrigerated (which is practical as the nearest Carrefour is about 1km away).

The spacious rooms and perfect facilities and clean rooms. It was in the country side near Brussels airport and the location was really nice. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was perfect

It was hard for us to reach the hotel from airport. It could better for the guests to have a shuttle for their stays.

Great facilities, very comfortable room and delightful staff. The kitchen and furniture that enable longer stays were particularly appreciated, even for a short stay. Probably as good as it gets in this area.

The location is extremely poor, but so is the location of any hotel in that area close to the airport. Still very convenient, despite the lack of restaurants nearby.
