There was an issue regarding the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Upon arrival at the airport, we discovered that the shuttle was not available, and another individual informed us that they had been waiting for an hour prior to our arrival. All within the time frame of the shuttle schedule. Despite our attempts to contact the hotel multiple times, our calls went unanswered. The individual who had been waiting before us also experienced difficulty in reaching the hotel. Consequently, we collectively decided to take a taxi together as an alternative means of transportation. Sooooooo Sad!

Very friendly personal, nice hotel, warm hotel, reception staff are friendly and welcoming, modern renovation, lobby bar, good modern design, large rooms, calm, even planes and airport nearby. Space to seat and relax, kitchen, water near reception.

Not everyday was cleaning, after cleaning the staff forgot to close the our door in the room, change towels not every day. Later check in after 15-00, you have to waiting if no places, it was Xmas time. But they have very comfortable sofas and water in the lobby bar, where you can relax and waiting for check in.

First of all, I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. I had read some reviews after I booked and felt a little concerned. After staying at the hotel, felt some bad reviews were very very unfair. This is a large hotel near the airport and it has been designed to give it friendliness through colour and design. My husband particularly loved the old atlas maps covering the interior of the elevator. He didn’t want to get off! The staff were warm and friendly.

As mentioned, above - nothing to complain about. The only point I must make to aid other customers is that the Shuttle doesn’t run over non-peak times. It is an easy taxi ride from the airport. However, the hours of the shuttle are available when most needed. We took it early in the morning - very reliable.

Everything was great! The room was private and quiet. The bed was so comfortable! There was a little table in front of the bed. The room was spacious. I loved the bathroom! There was a place to sit in the hallway (in the room) and a big closet. The breakfast was super good and tasty! I really wish I could have stayed longer at this hotel! The staff was super lovely and helped me out when needed - I really appreciate it!

The room was a bit cold, but there was a thermostat in the room so you could make it warmer. Everything else was absolutely amazing!

The room was super clean and modern. The rgb headboard light was really cool. Bed was soooo comfortable, the mattress was brand new. Modern bathroom aswell. There was water and Thea. Tv also had an international selection of programs. Lots of lighting. Great closet space and space for luggage specifically. Didn't lack a thing

To check-in took quite some time. It seemed understaffed. Though the staff that was there were very nice! Also sometimes you can hear people in the hallway when they are leaving or entering there rooms, its not bad but feels/sounds like someone is going to enter the room when that's not happening at all haha.

The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable and we loved the newly renovated feeling. No carpet which is always a plus!

The staff at the restaurant was not rude, but unfriendly. Nothing was addressed in a normal way. When my son received his already opened Fanta, we asked why it wasn’t an apple juice and he simply said “il n’est pas frais”, meaning he decided to serve him a soda instead of a juice because it wasn’t cold… We ordered a steak “saignant” and received an overcooked, hard piece, for 29€ and the accompanying sauce was changed (when asked, he said: “il n’y a plus de sauce au poivre, désolé”). This all seems trivial, but I feel like it should be addressed (I should not be the one to ask why, it should be mentioned upfront).

Booked this hotel three times in the last 2 months for my sister who is traveling with 2 children and 2 dogs. Everything is fine! The rooms are nice, all amenities are available, and the staff is friendly.

No cons, there is only clarification for travelers in tall cars or with a roof rack. If your car is 2.15 m or higher, you will not be able to use the underground parking (there is only one). However, if you inform the reception about this, they will offer you to park near the hotel (but there is very limited space, so be aware). Also, the third reservation was made on the official Radisson website, and there is no possibility to leave a comment on the reservation, unlike booking.com. Therefore, it turned out to be easier to make a reservation on Booking.com.

The breakfast was excellent. A lot of variety. very tasty. The room was quite and comfortable. the staff was very nice and communicative. The bus station was right in front of the hotel. There is even iron in the room.

the cleaning was not perfect, in the bathroom could be better. Also, under the bed it was a lot of dust. The thermostat was quite complicated to set up, it was not enough hot in the room. The TV stations are around 30.

Good breakfast and friendly staff. Secure underground park costs €15/night which is a reasonable charge. They also have 4 EV chargers, however there is lack of information available from the external charging company on how to use and pay for charging. No app and contactless payment supported here, the only way to start charging is to use an RFID charging card. Luckily I had my BMW charging card with me and I was able to charge using it. However without knowing how much it costs, it was a bit confusing. I got my invoice now from BMW and they charged me €0.68 / kWh which is average for Brussels public charging. But your charge may be different, depending on which RFID card you use.

Possibly one of the most beautiful hotel rooms ever, and I get around a lot. Large, comfortable, modern, clean, great lighting, free water/coffee/tea and even hot chocolate, great colour scheme. Huge breakfast selection, too. Airport bus stop right outside the hotel (though schedule reliability is another story... )

Unfortunately the TV connection was poor and kept cutting out. In the bathroom, the soap/shampoo/conditioner bottles all looked and smelled fantastic, but the dispenser heads were rubbish and tricky to use without squirting soap over your clothes. I suggest changing these.
