The location is excellent for catching early flights, just a short distance from the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything needed for a short stay.

The restaurant seemed understaffed during my visit, which caused some delays. However, the team remained friendly and the food was good, so it wasn’t a major issue. Probably just a one time issue as wel. Also, the toilet and bathroom being in separate rooms might not suit everyone’s preference.

The staff was very friendly and professional as well. The room was clean , comfy , really big bathroom and separate toilet , which we find really nice . The bed was big and really comfortable. There were double windows , so there was zero noise from the planes landing or taking off from the airport nearby . We recommend this hotel for travelers looking to stay somewhere overnight before their flight. Great shuttle service ( every 30 minutes ) - important thing is it is gratis and runs from early in the morning till late at night .

1 - One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because it offered a free airport shuttle. However, my flight was at 6:00 AM, and the shuttle working hour was only from 6:00 to 22:00, so I had to take a taxi instead, which cost me €20. This detail was not clearly mentioned when I made the booking. 2 - Another issue I faced was that the toilet is located in a separate room from the bathroom, and there is no water hose or any water connection inside the toilet. As a Muslim, water is essential for personal hygiene, and this was very inconvenient for me

Clean and functual chain hotel reached by hotel in 5 minutes operated by a proprietary bus shared with Crown Plaza hotel. Very quiet, despite nearby airport. Breakfast was varied, hot/cold, nothing to complain about. The bedding and pillows befitted a 4 star+ hotel

The restaurant was another thing though…Friday night, relatively early, the menu, quite basic, obviously because of lack of patrons, only offered 5 choices. Fortunately my choice was grilled salmon filet over spinach risotto….it was available and was fabulous. Limited wine list, but one can not expect better from an airport hotel catering mostly to the transit community

It is close to the airport. There is a shuttle to and from the airport that operates all day long. There are activities for the kids including an X-box, painting zone, slide and a big garden. The breakfast is great. You can always have your fresh orange juice. Rooms are big. We were supposed to get one room with one bed and one sofa bed but since there was not one available, the hotel gave us two rooms with one bed each instead. We appreciated the gesture.

Welcoming and accommodating staff, great location if need an overnight stay from airport. Free shuttle to and from the airport is an added bonus and comes frequently and takes roughly 10-15 minutes. Rooms are basic but have everything you need, even a mini fridge. Both the room and bathroom was clean and even had toiletries if you needed them. No complaints, and definitely will return.

Bed wasn't the best but wasn't too uncomfortable, luckily it wasn't split down the middle like most 'double' beds so I could starfish in the middle! Bedding was clean though and pillows were adequate.

It’s very close to the airport and they offer a convenient shuttle but it stops at 10:45 pm and my flight came in at 10:30 and I just missed the last shuttle. The taxis in the queue hate taking such a short trip and first told me they wouldn’t take me the finally agreed to do it but were very rude and drove « angry ». I know that the zones and rules make it hard for taxis to make a profit for such a short trip. When I booked there was no indication that the shuttle would not be available when I arrived. It just said ´shuttle every 30 minutes’. I factored that into the price of my stay so I had an unexpected $30 expense and unpleasant experience.

There was only one staff member taking orders for evening meals in the "Bar" area, restaurant was for breakfast only. He also served the meals and made the drinks. He had to go downstairs to get the meals and return the dirty dishes. We counted over 30 customers while we were there. He did an amazing job and deserves double pay for that evenings work. Meal was fine, as you would expect for a Novotel near an airport. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. It was hot (32C) outside but AC worked well.

There was only one staff member serving evening meals and drinks in the bar. He did an amazing job but should never have been made to work unassisted.

staff very helpful aid with my travel plans, room very comfortable and clean, perfect location for stopovers with a quick shuttle service ( 10 mins) to the airport. Restaurant very good for both evening meals - with a nice selection of both local and international dishes; and breakfast with a huge range of food options.

As the restaurant and the bar use the same staff , at cetain times it was tricky to find a member of staff

Very accessible to reach the airport and hotel as long as you stick to scheduled time for the shuttle provided by the hotel. The room was exceptional as it exceeded my expectations. Though we booked 2 rooms, we were given adjoining room where we can pass through the side door to check our children, can also leave the door open and we felt like we were just in our own house, we can just transfer anytime and likewise for the children. Wish other hotels are like this.

Can't stay out late in the city once you missed the shuttle bus going back to the hotel you will pay taxi +/- 20 though it was mentioned in information provided.
