Hotel is nice, lots to do, bar open 24 hrs, restaurant, pool table more like a hang out place, pretty colourful and cool. Nice and super helpful staff.

Restaurant is very expensive and does not have a big choice to choose from, food was ok but different to what one could imagine (fish curry served with bread instead of rice, fish very hard to find, but potatoes bites plenty) breakfast package to too expensive, they asked 21 euro for breakfast. During the same trip in different hotels I had breakfast for 12 or 15 euro. They charge 18 euro a night for parking which is not stated in the offer, however they will make you a deal that if you leave them a five star review on google they will charge less, you can also get a coffee for free based on the same condition, don't fool yourself if you think that you will tell them you will, they check your review before giving you the perks. Very slick , I found this practice very unprofessional.

The staff are the pride and joy of this place. A good all rounder. Rooms are clean and cosy, bar is a nice chilled out vibe with music quiet enough for a good chat but loud enough so you can't hear the people behind you. Nice pool table and the gym was fairly equipt and I was able to get a good workout with the equiptment after a little creative thinking. There's some noise from the hotel next door but a pair of ear plugs and your sorted. We stayed for one night on an interrailing trip and when we arrived there was a problem with the Aircon in our room, we had a nightmare two nights ago with a room that felt like a sauna so we were nervous until Jaoa upgraded us to a superior for the night, later we had issue with some train business and Jaoa was incredibly helpful and actually printed our train passes so we were set for the morning (this is at 10.30 pm) It's a 6 or 7 hotel, nothing crazy, but the staff are world class. Thank you Jaoa and team for making it a great night

The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor a good bit, which was fine because we just put towels on the ground, but this may be a health Hazard to other residents who stay here.

The EXTREMELY helpful man behind reception. Our car had been broken into in the Centre or Brussels and my partners passport and all his possessions were stolen so we had to book a hotel last minute as we couldn’t get back to England. The man behind reception was very helpful and provided us bin bags, a broom, tape & scissors to clean up the broken glass in our car and he was very comforting and helpful (when no one else was!) in an unexpected and horrible situation. Aside from this the facilities were excellent. They have a 24/7 bar, a pool table, and the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. We felt we made a good decision in choosing this hotel.

The hotel is very stylish, I had the impression I was in the Gentlemen Club on Baker's Street. Meals in the restaurant are just a few but all of them were culinarian ecstasy, especially the Stew with mashed potatoes.

Although the breakfast was very good and filling, I missed basic morning hot meals such as scrambled eggs or sausages, still, there was the possibility of making a toast or bagel with ham, bacon, and chees, and a lot of sweet pastry, including waffles.

If you need to be near NATO, this is a great little hotel, well situated for doing business in the area. It is not the closest located hotel to NATO but it is not far, and allows for a nice walk to stretch your legs. The hotel has a small but not bad training room as well. The hotel is also nicely decorated, modern and comfortable, with a nice bar and restaurant area.

There is not much food selection for the restaurant, and the pizza I ordered seemed like a cheap frozen pizza. I hope the other food selections are better. But this is no big deal as there are other restaurants around.

My expectations are normal for this hotel but it was really good stay , staff (at the reception) was very friendly, room was small yet well maintained and clean , food at the restaurant was ok too

Bit far away from the airport ( when using public transport) but majority airport hotels are in this area.

1. If you like to sleep till late in the morning, you have to know that the noises from the hallway or the noise produced by the airplanes are easily heard in the room. 2. Basic options at the restaurant. 3. Hard to get from the hotel to the city center, only good for activities near the airport.

The bed were very comfortable and I slept like a log. Very tranquil location. It was just a stop-over for a connection flight the next day and I had not been to Brussels before, but after my stay overnight at this hotel, I'm now thinking of a proper holiday in Brussels. Superb staff. Attentive and welcoming and such a peaceful and tranquil location. I will recommend this hotel for lay-overs in-between flights from Brussel Airport.

Didn't have the chance not to like anything. My first impressions were very good.

I stayed one night before flying out of Brussels Airport. This hotel had a simple, small room which is all that I needed. It was quiet for being close to the airport, and I especially liked the restaurant and bar. The restaurant has a small menu, but you can get Belgian beer on tap and some Belgian staples, and the food was surprisingly good for an airport hotel. I recommend you take the train from the hotel to the airport, as the closest train station is only a 5-minute walk.

Great Bar, good location, nice place!

I would close the door between rhe hallway and the Pool table. The walls are thin so you could hear the neighbours and the people playing pool. I would recommend ro change the carpet in the hallway on the ground floor, it has been used and one can see that it´s time for a change. But this is not ment as negative, just as an information to the management. Really loved the reception/bar. Nicely decorated and superfriendly staff
