A clean room with a very comfy bed and a large bathroom.

Initially we were told that we can ask for free bottles of water at the reception whenever we want, which was almost always the case. However, last night before checkout at 5am to catch my flight, I asked for a bottle and told by the reception person that there is unfortunately no available bottles at the moment while I was seeing them at the back side of the reception desk. That was an unnecessary move, especially considering it was the middle of night. I could've even paid for the bottle. Anyway, apart from this, everything was okay!

The room was nice and cozy, with a pretty comfortable bed. There was a nice table near the window, there were coat hangers in the wardrobe, and the room was clean and warm. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and they were available 24/7 at the reception desk. There were enough parking spots right in front of the hotel.

The location is not really ideal for the price we paid, but luckily we had a car. We could also hear some noises from the room next to us, but that wasn't a big issue. Finally, the bathroom does not have a drain anywhere besides the shower, so we had some water puddles after the shower.

I enjoyed how modern the decor and design of the hotel is. I was so grateful to have met Tiki on reception and her rapport, friendliness and professionalism made me feel truly cared for! Honestly, she was on top of every request and really takes hospitality to another level! I requested to change rooms and enjoyed my stay within the newly built part of the hotel. Beautiful decor.

It seems to have 2 styles as the initial part of the hotel, the first room I found a little uncomfortable, due to it being positioned facing the car park & a little exposed.

Very clean, updated room. Large shower. Nice and close to the airport

No top sheet. Very warm in room and with no AC I could not sleep with no covers and with no top sheet I was unable to get cool enough to fall asleep. Tthe main outside door which was very loud, everytime someone came or went. Trying to sleep at 9pm (5am start) was hard with the door banging well after 11pm.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I got to know Tika, she helped me when I had questions and made my stay very pleasant overall with a nice chat after office hours. When there were issues with my desk lamp, I got offered another room immediately. Every day I came back to a clean room and fresh water.

Neat and interference free. It was quite and comfortable. Quite close to the airport (2.5km) and price is half of what you pay at the airport hotel That ofcourse for the people who need to be in Zaventem. And Brussels ( which is about 15km drive from there)

The service was what made my stay. Tiki and Milos were great, super friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed it. The location is pretty secluded, making it a bit hard to get to any restaurants or stores. There is pizza at the hotel, so that’s an option to eat.

We had a bit of a hard transportation day when we arrived and the staff did a little something for us that really made us feel welcome and showed great care for their customers and it was really appreciated.

Location is perfect, very close of airport and the highway. I was really impressed by the breakfast. Shout-out to the Thai girl in reception, very professional and so friendly. Thank you

It is very good for its price. I'd like to see AC in the room, but apart from that, all great what you're paying for. Don't need to book car spot, since there is plenty of space to park. Great breakfast!
