Great location easy to get to from the Eurostar and close enough to walk or take public transport to anywhere in the city. Very modern, clean, comfortable room. Outstanding breakfast buffet.

It’s hard to fault it but there were a couple of finer details that could be better, there was some chipped and cracked glassware in the restaurant on two occasions and a cracked mirror in one of the lifts. Could do with a little more information being more visible about the hotel facilities e.g. which floors certain bars/lounges are on and fitness suite/spa etiquette.

The location is very good. Close to attractions but not in the middle of the noise and touristy area. The room was large and comfortable and clean. The staff is super responsive and literally respond to needs and questions within minutes

We stayed there for 4 nights but the room was not cleaned very well. For example they did not refill the toilet paper and had not left an extra role in the bathroom which is a common practice for most hotels at this level. The online check in and check out was convenient but it makes the experience very impersonal as there is literally zero interaction with anyone. I had also asked for a baby cot in advance and when we checked in there was none in the room, however when I called the reception they were responsive and brought one in a few minutes. Room service quality was ok but too expensive for what it was. The temperature of the room was challenging to control and the room was too hot but when I called the reception the second day they quickly took care of it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We managed to get checked in early. The view from the room was something else. The space of the parking was great and easy to access.

The size of the room with two bags open it is hard to move around without jumping on the bed

Great location, big room as I have booked a suite But the customer service was not good , I had bad experience in several occasions When we arrived they have no one to help with luggage, no clear instructions how to contact the reception or room service, they have a chat service but not helpful, I had an issue with the wireless and contacted the reception and informed him that WiFi not working for more than 2 hours his answer was it working for us , wait till it work and I asked him to send someone to check and no one showed, the in room dinning very limited items , overall it was a careless staff and not helpful at all

The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. I had an issue with a faulty shower door and Valerie on reception was quick to respond, unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed and I was moved to another room. The rooms were clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. Complementary mini bar, tea and coffee machine, no milk but not a problem, as was provided with a small jug of milk by staff. The spa had good facilities, great views and was much needed after a long day of sightseeing! Good selection of vegetarian breakfast items. Loved the matcha muesli and meze options. The hotel is in a great location, you literally see the hotel as you come outside the Métro station Louiza, exit 4. Everything is within walking distance from all the major sights, shops and restaurants. I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in Brussels.

An Exceptional Hotel with Remarkable Service My stay at this hotel was truly outstanding and left me with a great impression. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfectly maintained and organized. The level of cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable, and the rooms were not only spacious but also tastefully designed with comfortable and modern furniture. Every detail was clearly thought through to ensure the comfort of the guests. One of the standout features of my stay was the breathtaking view of Brussels from the sauna. It’s rare to find such a combination of relaxation and scenic beauty. Sitting there, taking in the stunning cityscape, felt like a luxurious escape from the everyday hustle and bustle. The breakfast experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The variety, freshness, and quality of the food far exceeded my expectations and, frankly, surpassed many five-star hotels I’ve visited before. I must give special recognition to the senior manager, Boris. He is, without a doubt, a true professional and a shining example of excellent hospitality. Boris went above and beyond to ensure that every issue, no matter how big or small, was resolved efficiently and with a smile. His dedication and ability to make guests feel valued is something rare and deserves the highest praise. If more people in the service industry demonstrated his level of commitment, life would undoubtedly be much easier and more pleasant for everyone. This hotel is an absolute gem, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding service. I can confidently say that my stay here has set a new standard for what I expect from hotels in the future.

I really liked my staying in this amazing place. It is a modern, beautifully furnished hotel with fast and easy check in. I had an elegant, nicely decorated and clean room with a fabulous view of Brussels both day and night. The spa was great again with a fantastic view and so was the gym. I stayed there 3 nights and I wished I could have stayed longer. Breakfast was sumptuous, with a great choice of fresh and delicious food and beverages and a very good coffee. I enjoyed it every morning a little longer admiring the view of the park during my delicious breakfast. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and efficient. The location is ideal just a walking distance to the centre of town. I love Brussels a lot and I will definitely come back very soon and of course I will stay in the same hotel.

Location was ideal for metro , shopping and 20 mins from the main attractions. Comfortable bedding and free water was a plus. Express check in / out was easy and no standing in lines. Loved the vending machine downstairs and rental umbrella service. I was happy with the gym and we were sad we couldn't use the spa though.

Soundproof levels were not great. I could hear everything the next door neighbor was doing in the washroom. For a moment I thought someone was talking to me . Chrome casting was not possible for two days. More cleaning in the bathroom corners is required.

We had a lovely room with a great view. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and reasonably well equipped. I was delighted to find that the room had a dressing table with seat, mirror and socket so I could dry my hair seated. This is missing from so many hotels these days. The room also had a large comfy sofa for relaxing looking at the view. The electric blinds were very effective at keeping the light out at night and I liked the control panel for lights and blinds on both sides of the bed.

The breakfast was expensive (room service even more so) and when I had emailed before arriving about what vegetarian options were offered I was told fruit, salad and bread, which wasn't the answer I wanted to hear. For the price, I would expect some proper cooked items that are suitable. The service in the bar was bad to non-existent. We often had to go and order at the bar ourselves because we were ignored by the waiters. Even then we sometimes never received what we ordered. I was surprised that we could hear so much outside noise considering we were on the 16th floor. The double-glazing seemed ineffective. There were sirens and car alarms going off repeatedly throughout the night. People in the corridor were noisy as well.

It’s in the safe area. Pretty good view from above. The service was good. Our deposit was back. Everything was good. The breakfast was good I could make my own waffle and my husband could eat vegan, gluten free food so there were a lot of choice for breakfast. The bed was soft and comfy we got room in the middle floors still high but not high enough. We got upgraded room from twin to queen bed

We had our wedding anniversary there. We thought that the rose petal was free we need to pay though sadly. But we got speculoos biscuits in the room to celebrate our wedding 😆
