I had a perfect sleep there. Everything is clean. Breakfast is fine, scrambled eggs not tasty. Great location, close to anywhere in Brussels.

Would be nice to have a kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Also small fridge would come in handy.

I LOVED the central location! You couldn’t get much closer to the city center. There’s a metro station and a bus stop literally on the hotel’s doorstep. You can walk a few minutes to the royal palace and gardens. Despite all this, the location was very quiet, which afforded good nights’ sleep. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was also good. The room was small but had everything I needed as a solo traveler.

Early check-in options for an additional fee would be a convenient feature (they do allow you to drop your luggage off though). My only real difficulty was the fact that my room was on floor 1, which was only accessible via a set of stairs and the only floor not accessible via elevator. Pulling my heavy suitcase up the stairs was an effort.

Breakfast was included and quite good, with a nice variety to start the day. The property's location was another highlight—fairly close to the center and right by a parking area, making it ideal for those traveling by car. The staff were also excellent: respectful, welcoming, and friendly, which really enhanced our stay.

There were two main drawbacks to note. First, the property does not offer its own parking. I’m not sure if I misunderstood or if the listing on Booking was unclear, but I had assumed parking was available on-site. Instead, you need to use a nearby public parking facility, which costs €28 per day—something to keep in mind if you're traveling by car. The second, more minor issue was the elevator. It was very small, old, and slow, only fitting two people at a time. For a hotel of this standard, I expected a more modern and efficient elevator.

It was right next to the metro and very close to the centre, 10-15 min away. Also it was in a very communicative area with Carrefour 2 min away from the hotel and a lot of places to eat as well. The breakfast was good with espresso coffee. The staff was okay.

The AC was not working, they fixed it the last day and it was cold the days and nights before. The breakfast was starting at 8 a.m at the weekdays, but our trips were beginning at the same time so we missed the breakfast 2 times and they didn’t give us dry packs with breakfast to go.

The location of the property was excellent I was able to walk everywhere! I arrived early and the staff were very helpful, they allowed me to leave my luggage at the hotel and use the toilet to change! The breakfast was really tasty they had a good selection of cereal, pastries, scrambled egg, bacon cold meat and fresh rolls! They even had Nutella and biscoff! For what I needed this was an excellent hotel! The bathroom was nice and clean and had toiletries available and the room was nice and clean with air conditioning!

I was on the 8th floor, the lift was small but worked efficiently!

Staff were absolutely lovely and the location couldn't be more central, lots of shops and restaurants right on the doorstep and public transport links right outside. The room was warm and comfortable and the breakfast had a great choice and everything was lovely.

The tiny lift and very narrow corridor to our room were a bit off-putting, we only had carry on luggage but I'm not sure how a guest with a large suitcase would manage in some areas, or a family with children and luggage. The room was clean but very basic and a bit worn, but nothing that warranted complaint, although tea and coffee supplies in the room would have been appreciated.

Room - a little too cold in the night. No kettle. No mini fridge. No functional reading lamp. TV uncomfortably mounted (too high on the wall) and scattered news stations (difficult to find something of interest). Small body towel. They do not provide a sandwich and a bottle of water for those who leave for the airport before 7:00 A.M. (even though they paid for breakfast).

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the gentleman at the reception who went above and beyond to help us during a very stressful situation. Unfortunately, someone broke the car window and stole everything left inside while it was parked near the hotel. The receptionist was incredibly kind and supportive. He helped us locate the right police station to file a report, assisted in cleaning up the broken glass, and even helped us carry our belongings. His calm and compassionate demeanor made a difficult experience much easier to handle. We are truly grateful for his assistance and professionalism. This level of care and attentiveness is rare and deserves special recognition. Thank you once again for all your help!

We strongly advise against leaving your car parked on the street in Brussels. When we were filing a report at the police station, there were at least two other cars with broken windows. It seems to be a common issue, so please take extra precautions to avoid similar incidents.

Good location and relatively cheap price compared to the prices of other hotels. Staff were friendly. Pharmacy beside the hotel and bike rentals and the other side of the hotel many shopping areas and food areas. The hotel is right in front of the metro, so it's a great location.

Tiny elevator, it was a bit funny as I didn't know these small evaluators could exist. Literally max 2 people with small suitcases. Only 3 people without any suitcases and the 3 people would be wedged on top of each other 😅 besides that everything else was fine. Breakfast was good but could have been better. Only hot food was scrambled eggs and bacon, but the stay was worth it considering the price paid relative to what others were charging. There was no kettle in the room either, but we had a balcony view, so it was a very nice stay overall. Would recommend the place to anyone. The breakfast area included a coffee machine, and all is self-service.

Our stay at Hotel Chambord was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Our Junior Suite were spacious and clean, with amazing views from the Terrace especially on New Year Eve fireworks display at the Brussels city was the Cherry on the cake. Breakfast choices were great too. The hotel’s prime location made exploring the city a breeze. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience in Brussels.
