The apartment is not big, but comfortable enough, very clean and bright. We had a double bed in the room, very comfortable - almost better than at home. A small desk, a dining table, also a small kitchenette with a sink, a refrigerator, a filter coffee machine, an electric kettle, a microwave oven, a two-ring electric stove top, and also the necessary utensils and pots for preparing food. There were no coffee filters, but they would have been useful. Large bathroom with shower, water pressure very good, even though we lived on the 6th floor. The apartment has good soundproofing - we did not hear any street noise at all, even though the windows were facing the street. We walked a little more than 1 km to the city center or the central station through the City Park. The staff were nice and friendly. Loved the fact that we were able to leave our bags in the hotel's secure storage room after check-out at no extra charge. It is also possible to leave your bags before the scheduled check-in time if you arrive earlier.

As a big minus, I consider that there was no dish towel, although any one would have been useful - cloth or paper. And there was no place to put wet dishes either. If there was a towel, then at least the dishes could be wiped after washing. We didn't cook in the apartment, we only made coffee or tea, but there was nowhere to wipe or dry the cups.

Location is perfect for me because it's a 30seconds walk to work. For people that travel for leisure, there are 2 metro stations very close by and it's also quite close to 2 train stations. It's feasible to walk to the city center too but the metro should do the trick for the less active ones. The staff and the hotel are very nice, it has all you need and even some food/snacks in the lobby. I'll definitely stay there again whenever I have to come back to Brussels.

Single beds are a bit small, especially the blankets which could be a bit bigger.

It is located about 20 minutes from the city center, through a beautiful park. The room was clean, as was the bathroom. There was always someone present at the reception, so you could turn to them if you needed anything. They also have a very nicely arranged breakfast area (since I didn't have breakfast, I can't comment on the taste). In this area, there's also a fridge with drinks and food (like pizzas) that you can buy and bake in the oven nearby. Room cleaning during a stay is not included in the price. Each person received two towels, and I believe there is an extra charge if you want to change them.

Location was nice just 15-20 min walk to the city centre. Good public transport connections. Hotel was near the bus and subway station It take 5-10 min walk to the stations. I stayed at the studio room and it was well equipted. It was so nice that I could cook and eat like at home. Overall it was comfortable stay for me and staff members were so friendly. I would like to come again in the future as well.

There were no dishcloths to dry the dishes after washing. I didn't ask the staff because I had my own. It wasn't a big probem. Just in case if you want to cook and eat in the room I would recommend to bring your own. You can also check if they have in hotel, it's up to you.

In general, we were satisfied. We asked for a room in a quiet location with 2 beds. As a result, we lived on the ground floor in a room with a window onto the courtyard and there was absolute silence at night! But there was only one bed, which was uncomfortable for us! The location of the hotel is good, it takes 12-15 minutes to walk through the park to the Brussels central station and the city center. During our trip we saw most of the sights of Brussels and visited the nearby European Parliament and several of the most beautiful cities in Belgium. There are public transport stops and a supermarket very close to the hotel. From the airport to the hotel we took public bus No. 12. In the room there were dishes, a kettle, a refrigerator, a stove and a microwave, which were also very useful to us. The pressure and quantity of hot water was sufficient and the towel dryer worked very well. The room is cleaned if you stay for more than a week.

The room / apartment was really big. I was only there for 1 night and arrived late, checked out early next morning. So, to have a smooth, efficient and friendly check-in, comfortable room and quick check-out, it was perfect. Location was also great for me as it was very close to where my meeting was taking place. Because of the kitchenette and spacious room, I would consider this for longer, private stays as it is quite easy to get around with public transport.

There were very few electrical outlets to charge the phone, ipad or computer. Also, the room was quite cold upon arrival and it was centrally monitored, so no possibility to bring the temperature up. But this is me, nitpicking, because there really wasn't anything negative else to say!

The room was clean and the staff very accommodating and understanding.

I wish they would reconsider the check-in and check-out times to be more flexible for International travellers. A 3pm check-in time for someone who flew 11 hours overnight and arrives at 11am is tiring. That person just wants to check-in and probably relax in the room. Also, cleaning services at no cost should be available if you stay 2 nights or more. They should also include extra blankets in the room. It can get chilly during the seasonal change.

Oh the location of this hotel is spot on. You have quick access to Brussels Metro and near to the hotel, you have access to food / coffee joints, Europen Parliament, and parks. The staffs are very friendly and share you the best information to guide for any tourist where applicable. Reaching Grand Place, Brussels Central, and or any attractions can be reached quickly.

The shower heater stops if there are more people accessing it. This may be due to central heating, but this is just a small hiccups we had.

The aparthotel has wrote me that there's some technical issue with the room I've reserved, so they've suggested me an another room in an another hotel they've own in a better location for tourism and without any extra costs or difficulties. Very friendly and helping staff. Lockers room for luggage, which can be used before check-in and after check-out. The room has had everything we could possibly need. Really spacious and neat.

There's a need for an extractor fan in the toilet - an unpleasant odor is present. The bottom of the shower door is not totally clean. No explanation for tourists of which trash goes in which bin.

It is very cozy. You feel welcome, and there are so many little details, like a lemonade for guests in the lobby or free maps or umbrellas, etc., which make you feel a dear guest. And we loved the breakfast. It is also good that the reception works 24/7. The location is safe and close to the EU Parliament district and to the Central railway station. We travelled to other cities, so it was very convenient.

It was not exceptionally clean but it was okay. It would be good to have trash taken away daily and not only after a 7-day stay. Also, some cups and plates are cracked. The bathroom has only liquid soap and shower gel. No shampoo or even a shower cap. But those were not so important things to affect our overall impression.
