Very comfortable and clean. Great, quiet location. Walkable to the city centre but also within east reach of all types of transport. Staff friendly and helpful.

We were out sightseeing during the day and had planned to swim every evening but the pool cost €10 a day (this wasn’t advertised on the site) and I had chosen the property over other apartments based on it having a pool included. If you are planning to cook the kitchen is modestly equipped. No kitchen scissors or a tea towel.

The apartment was clean, quiet, secure, and had a good (if minimal) kitchen. The kitchen had a microwave, induction range, a full oven, a toaster, a kettle, a nespresso coffee maker, and a half-height fridge with a small freezer compartment. They provide enough silverware for four and niceties like a wine bottle opener. For actual cooking, they provided baking dishes, mixing bowls, a grater, frying and sauce pans. They only had one spatula and wooden spoon, and one mixing bowl, so you can pretty easily make simple dishes, but might end up quickly washing dishes halfway through anything more complex than pasta and sauce. They provided a single dishwasher tab and two nespresso capsules, which meant that we didn't have to go shopping immediately. For the bathrooms, they provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body gel, as well as enough towels for a whole family. They also provided an iron and shoe polish, which I would have appreciated if I were staying there on business. The location is good, it's very close to station Brussel-Luxemburg and it's easy to get a train, tram, or bus around the city. It's also about a half an hour walk from the city centre. There are shops for groceries within walking distance, although some are night shops and "express" supermarkets that tend to be more expensive.

There is access to a fitness centre, be aware that the fitness centre is only for adults. The pool is available for kids, but is expensive for its size (10 euros per adult, 5 per child). By comparison, a municipal pool has much more space and is 3,50 euros per adult and 2 per child. So it's more of a treat like room service than something you would do every day.

Absolutely loved our stay! The location was excellent, with all metro, train, connections nearby, cozy restaurants within walking distance. We preferred having breakfast in our room, and the delicious grocery and bakery options nearby suited us perfectly. We truly enjoyed the morning walks through the neighborhood to gather our supplies—it added a charming start to our days! We could easily walk to all the main attractions within 20-30 minutes. The room was perfect—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The beds, chairs, and sofas were so cozy, and everything was thoughtfully arranged to meet needs.The bathroom and toilet were also practical.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, making our stay even more comfortable. Spotless cleanliness, warm room and the friendly staff made it a 10/10 experience!

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment that was lovely. Very quiet building and the road outside was quiet. The kitchen had an oven which we needed as my grandson only eats pizzas. Very clean and roomy. Bus stops very close by to reach the places we wanted to go to. It wasn't that far to walk to get the metro. Definitely stay there again. Remember to take your own coffee,tea and sugar. They provided a tea towel, washing up liquid and cloths. Even a dishwasher.

Bigger mugs and bowls in the kitchen. Oven gloves were not provided.

The property is spacious and aesthetically pleasing, providing a comfortable and relaxing ambiance to return to after an extended walk. Furthermore, there is a collaborative agreement with the neighboring gym, which is included in the rental agreement, granting access to fitness facilities. Mary and Karolina at the reception were exceptionally accommodating. When I informed Mary that my flight had been rescheduled after dropping my parent off at the airport, they graciously allowed me to extend my stay in the room free of charge.

The accommodations were satisfactory. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide coffee throughout the duration of the stay. It was difficult to find the appropriate coffee pods to purchase at the supermarket. Additionally, it would be beneficial to provide a sponge, dish soap, and a small amount of cooking oil and salt for short-term stays to avoid the need to run the dishwasher for a few dishes. These items can be easily purchased, but it would be a convenient gesture for guests. Thank you for considering these suggestions.

Nice, clean, extremely spacious apartment with 3 double bedrooms, living room, conference room, kitchen and 4 bathrooms for one person 2 overnights. Beautiful place to stay indeed if you come with 5 friends :-))!

Etremely high price - this cannot be explained and justified by "normal market conditions in Brussels" - it is a non ethical behaviour of all major Brussels hotels... In other sectors/industries it would be looked at by Antitrust bodies.

We had booked a one bedroom apartment for a 2-week stay. It was very clean and the building appears to be well managed / maintained, and the receptionists were friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, with numerous shops, restaurants, etc and many public transport options just a few steps away. The great bonus was being able to use a real gym (with swimming pool) on the premises and even attend the offered classes (if reserved 2 days in advance).

The sofa in our apartment was quite uncomfortable, with seat cushions that didn't stay put and no cushions on the side.... definitely could be improved! We had reserved a taxi through the reception for a very early morning departure to the airport (5:15), but the taxi never arrived. This caused quite some stress. If reserving through the reception be sure to ask for the name of the taxi company, their phone number, and a reservation number (or just make the arrangements directly). Finally it would have been good to know that laundry facilities are available on the premises (seems not to be indicated on the website) -- we would have packed less if we had known.

It was very clean, spacious and quiet, the location was good and the woman at Reception was very nice. We were extremely lucky: they upgraded our room from a one bedroom, one bathroom to two bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a toilet and little sink at no charge! The beds were comfy, it wasn’t too long to the subway.

It was a bit dim - I would suggest brighter lighting! At the beginning, there was some brown water in the toilets which disappeared after the first day or so. The water did not drain well in a few sinks.

The location was good within a 25minute walking distance to city centre on good, efficient bus routes as well. The apartment was spotless with excellent facilities and it was really clean. There was really good security access to the main building so felt really secure. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a beautiful coffee shop around the corner that served wonderful breakfasts and coffee! I would highly recommend to any visitors to Brussels.

I could not fault the whole experience. Maybe a teatowel or dishcloth in the kitchen to help tidy up but only a very minor thing.

The room is spacious and clean. The lady at the reception helped us park smoothly and gave us the information about our room in great details. We drove there so the location was what we expected, it is outside the city, not far from the European Parliament approx 5 min walk. People may want to go to Trone station if they want to take the underground. There is heating in the room but we left the heat building up for a while, we managed that at the end. Overall it was good experience.
