The breakfast served enough choice. Excellent shower and a comfy bed. Beautiful decor. And you could walk to the city centre in about 15-20 minutes. Also very close to the train station north.

The last breakfast was 9.30 which was a little earlier than I would have preferred. The hotel location seemed a little rough at times but not dangerous. You could hear police sirens throughout the night as we had to leave the window slightly open to cool the room. No extra bathroom toiletries unless you request something specifically.

Very clean place. I am the type normally use sanitizer wipes to wipe down everything at each stay. This place is so clean that passed the test. I like the fact that the bathroom has the heated antifog mirror. It has a magnifying mirror with at least 15x. It also has a plug for hair dryer. Lots of hotel doesn't have the plug in the bathroom believe it or not. Usually come with the plug for shaver only. There are usb plugs on both sides of the bed. Makes it very handy. BTW, we have a room with a king size bed. Not sure if that makes a difference. As we got to the one in Amsterdam.... Quite different with the room with a double bed. Not sure it's because of the location or the type of the room.

Personal preference...like a firmer bed. The bed is very comfy but on the soft side for me.

I throughly enjoyed out stay, all the staff were friendly and helpful… bar man very kind… room cleaners always said hello in the corridors… reception staff helpful and knowledgeable. We were very impressed with the hotel and had a fantastic stay. Just to mention, water in the corridor with empty bottles in the room is a great idea and a microwave too, so helpful for young family’s and I also liked the wooden floors especially in this age of bed bugs!

I found the room very cold when I checked in in the late afternoon, it took quite a lot of time to reach my desired temperature. The room was not well isolated by external noise. As of today, there are much better windows, eg. the ones used in hotel close to the airport. My room was facing an high traffic street, they could have used a better isolation, at the end the room remainied a little noisy. The dawn blanket were "short": in fact, the dawns slip to the bottom of the blancket and the upper side remains empty and cold. Breakfast was pretty standard good, it could have been better if copared with the price

It's a classic style hotel and is located strategically at one of the main Metro stations. It's also located right across the kruidentuin, which is very nice for a stroll during the day. The bed is very comfortable.

The noise. I think this hotel is due for renovation to soundproof the rooms better. Because the hotel is located almost next to a hospital, we could hear frequent sirens during the night. The noise steps from the hallway and room above us were also quite noticeable. The breakfast was a letdown for its price. For €30 breakfast, I expect at least some sort of table service for eggs and freshly cooked waffles with fresh ingredients like fruits and cream. But unfortunately, that's not the case.

Staff was amazing, facilities were clean and upscale, room was very nice with comfortable beds. Great place to stay when in Brussels.

Breakfast: While I can say that almost everything was perfect with the breakfast, the cost of 30 euros per person is a bit excessive. I was also informed by some friends that they make their own Belgian waffles and was extremely disappointed to find that they tasted like the ones bought from the store. Location: Walking to the center is about 20 minutes, which we understood before booking. The hotel is in what I would call a business district, so it felt safer than other parts of Brussels. That being said, we saw many cars on the street that had been broken into. While this is not the fault of the hotel, I would suggest that people arriving by car use the hotel parking.

It is the third time in four months that we have chosen this hotel. The first time, it was for the location, close to my centre of activity, the other times for its hospitality and confort. Spatious rooms, helpful personnel, a good internal restaurant at a price which is competitive with other restaurants in Bruxelles. We found also very useful the free availability of drinking water, both sparkling and plain. My stay was for business, but I chose to add a few additional days for vacations.

We had some problem with the regulation of the temperature in the room, but the personnel helped us.

Stayed here over Easter and had a great experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming — even greeted us with one of their signature cookies and, as a lovely Easter touch, mini eggs left at the door. It’s the little things like that which make a stay memorable. The room was spacious, modern, and super clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable — probably one of the best I’ve had in any hotel. There are loads of facilities on-site, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Location-wise, it’s really convenient — just a short walk to the metro, making it easy to get around the city. All in all, a fantastic stay with great service and thoughtful details. Would definitely come back.

One of the lifts was out of service, but there were still two working ones right next to it, so it wasn’t a problem at all. Just a small detail in an otherwise great stay.
