Very good breakfast. Interior also very nice. Location 10 min walk to the centre. Metro station in front of the hotel. Cozy beds. Water in the hallway. Big TV. Cleaning every day was very good.

Bath tub was a little small. We couldn't open the window. We couldn't turn the heating off. It was quite hot in the night. We were only sleeping in that room, so the view wasn't that important to us. Staff was nice, but no smile, and they didn't ask us how are stay was, or wished us safe trip at the check out. Breakfast staff was really nice. Reception needs to improve. All in all, very good 4 * hotel.

Very nicely designed hotel, great breakfast and nice staff. The location is right next to metro station and only 10 minutes away from railway station, where you usually start your trips to other cities such as Ghent or Bruges. Advantage is, that in this direction, you are usually first in the train, so you can get your seats easily. Surroundings of the accomodation is safe and it's close to the city center. Overall we enjoyed our vacation in Belgium in this nice hotel. Thanks!

Our room was quiet small and we had view to other building's windows.

I was really pleased with my stay overall. The staff were exceptional and the food superb.

As a disabled person (wheelchair user), I had some basic concerns. I was surprised to find that there were no emergency cords or buttons in the bedroom or bathroom. The bed itself, although very confortable, was quite high. A fixed fold-down shower seat would, be a little more secure. The access ramp to the dining room was very steep, with no non-slip surface, meaning that (very willing) members of staff needed to assist me. There was unfortunately an instance of the fire alarm triggering (false alarm) and I felt that I was left to it, until other guests helped out. The duty manager offered a profuse apology. None of these things reflect on the staff and it is a beautiful hotel. I just feel that some of the practicalities and safety features need upgrading.

Staff extremely helpful, attentive and polite. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, location is splendid (Rogier place). Not far away, there is an emergency/policlinic station so sirens are rather frequent but that didnt bother us. Oh!!! And the curtains. These were the best light proof curtains in a hotel room I have ever stayed in, well done Indigo hotel!!

Breakfast is rather limited for a carnivore (did not stay hungry, just that, sorry). Herbivores would be satisfied, I guess, which is the manifesto of the hotel.

The staff were brilliant. The sofa bed we had was broken so we were moved to a new room without any problems. Then our buggy broke and their repair man fixed it for us without us asking. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the hotel itself is decorated beautifully.

The location is great for the train station Brussels Noord and right by a metro stop but to get to the main part of town it's not the nicest part of the city. There wasn't much storage for clothes, we were there for 6 nights and couldn't put our clothes anywhere

The location is perfect. You can visit Brussels walking or the Metro Station is in front of Hotel Hotel is very clean

The Stuff should be in my opinion more friendly. It will make the stay more enjoyable

Nice hotel, comfortable, charming and in a good shape. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The car park is a public car park next to the hotel, unfortunately no special price for hotel guests. The hotel is 20 to 25 minutes away from the city centre, a bit far in the long run, the walk goes through streets which are not really picturesque. The city map they gave us should be redesigned, some sights (town hall and the cathedral) are not well indicated, and the hotel is located outside the map range, whereas other quarters south appear without being interesting for sightseing.

Great location, right next to Rogier metro station and at the top of Rue Neuve. Beautiful decor throughout - entrance lobbies were beautiful and even had spa like smells and sounds as you entered the floors. Bedrooms were beautifully and tastefully decorated with everything we needed. Staff couldn't have been nicer throughout. The main restaurant was closed when we were there as it was a Sunday night but we managed to get a lovely meal in the Garden Kitchen bar - staff there were incredibly friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay again - just wished we could have stayed longer.

Our room was lovely. Super-comfortable beds (twin singles), lovely bedlinen. Facilities great, including tea/coffee station and supplies, mini-fridge, iron/ironing board (rare these days), hanging and drawer space. Bedroom not huge, but certainly big enough - natural light poor, as surrounded by high buildings, but what you would expect in a city and the room is well-lit. Bathroom (large shower, WC and handbasin) was great, including space to dry/dress - again, lovely towels and bath accessories. Location is very good - for us, direct Metro link from Brussels Midi Station to Rogier, where the hotel is located. About 15 minutes walk to Grand Place, the central point of the old city. Hotel is next to the Botanic Gardens, which we didn't have time to explore - next time? We didn't have breakfast at the hotel - a little pricey at Euro 25? The staff were amazing and helped with any request - adaptor, ice bucket, luggage store after check-out to enable us to explore the city more before our train home...

The frontage of the hotel is dominated by their restaurant, Serra. You have to look up to the roof to see 'Hotel Indigo' and finding the entrance to the hotel itself was not clear (half way up a side road). Better signage from the frontage perhaps?

Nicely designed room and the hotel in general, they have this jungle theme, so everything is in birds and leaves, really nice. Location is very close to the north train station (Brussels Nord), however a bit far from the center (~15-20mins by foot). I liked the aroma of bathroom stuff (soap and all that). Comfy beds. Friendly staff All in all a good hotel if you need to be close to Nord station

Coffee machine in the room didn't work. There was some heavy machinery working outside our side of the hotel, at it did that constant lowfreq noise, not cool. Only 1 set of slippers and 1 bathrobe, while there were 2 of us in the room. Not a big deal, but still. In shower there was a shelf in a sooo wrong place, I was always hitting it with my elbow The breakfast costs 27euros, that is way too much (I didn't take it)
