Location was perfect. Walking distance from the christmas markets. Staff called me while I was out and said they had to move all out srtuff to another room because there was something wrong with the pipes or something. I was concerned about the important thinga i left in my room but they were all there. We gkt back to the hotel, got a new key card and got the same sizw room with better wifi connection but the view wasnt aa nice as the first room. We also got free breakfast for the inconvenience. Towels and sheets were clean and they have extra pillows, slippers and bath robes.

The room was upgraded. It was so good. My friend and I were happy for that. The hotel's structure is so good. The staff at the reception and the housekeeping were so nice. everywhere was spotless. The location is great we walked to the main area and we were near to the metro and buses station. I like everything as I told. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and in case I return to Brussels I would love to stay there again. Thank you, Marcos Ribeiro

The location of the hotel is within a proximity to a lot of amenities and services. The room was spacious, the bedsheets was so warm…. No heating needed and it was so cold outside. The receptionist was very kind, he checked me into my room in a professional manner. The breakfast was exceptional, they have a variety of selections… the sausages and mushrooms was lovely. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you guys again, I will definitely return ☺️

The only problem is the toilet, the cover for the bathtub was damaged aswell as the toilet seat but still usable…. there was also no plug sockets beside the bed.

I did not expect much from this hotel provided it has such a low score here. I booked it simply because it was close to the venue where the event I was attending was taking place. And it was a very nice surprise. The hotel has an excellent location some 7 minutes walk from Gare du Nord, at the metro/bus station/stops, in a walking distance to the centre (15 minutes). There are numerous shops and restaurants around, as the main shopping street leading to the centre is right opposite. The hotel has, at the moment, a common entrance and reception with Hotel des Colonies. It has 7 floors, my room was on the 6th one. I had a lovely view of the square in front of the hotel (the square is not lovely but the view was). The room was quite well equipped for a hotel in this price level, it had a fridge and a kettle to make tea/coffee. It is visible it is an older hotel but the room was clean and everything worked well, including wifi. I was not bothered by any noice from the street, actually the street in fron of the hotel is very quiet. Noisy neighbours can be a problem, as walls are rather thin - and indeed, my Spanish speaking (or rather Spanish shouting) neighbours diligently woke me up every night when coming to their room but that was not the fault of the hotel. The young ladies working at the reception were very nice. I did not take breakfast, so I cannot comment on it. Generally, I was very happy with this hotel and my only regret is, it is already fully booked for the period of my next stay in Brussels.

Location at 7 minutes walk from North Station (airport train), and one minute to Rogier conmuter station. The main shopping street of Brussels city is also right on the other side of Place Rogier, and Grande Place is about 15 minutes walk. Very friendly staff at check-in, quick process. The rooms are small but sufficient, with good beds and functional bathroom.

Internet WiFi was very irregular and often too slow.

The hotel was very conveniently located. I could easily walk to any sight I was interested in visiting, and the train station and buses were right outside the door. My stay was quiet and the room had most of what I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall I was satisfied for my budget.

The lift was extremely slow and small, I took the stairs but in the heat going to the 5th floor was difficult. It would be hard for someone with reduced mobility to stay here. Also, there is no A/C or fans, so it was very warm in the room for sleeping. Only two small water bottles were provided at the beginning of the stay, and the vending machines were quite pricey in the hotel.

Staff very helpful. Enough plugs on desk. Complementary water on arrival. Well lit room. Mini fridge. Clean and service daily. Pillows very comfortable. Breakfast of good quality and abundant with a balanced variety of food. Highly recommend as value for money.

The bed mattress could be upgraded. A. Power plug near the bed could be helpful.

The hotel is in an excellent location close to the tram and city centre. The hotel is nothing fancy but it's got everything you need and is comfortable. It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful if you're having a short weekend it's perfect!

There was nothing I didn't like really, the bed was a bit soft for me but that's hardly a dealbreaker so I'm just nitpicking.

The room was nicely located a 15 minute walk to the centre of town and the room itself was spacious. The city is also so close to Brussels North Station. And a 40 minute walk to the Eurostar station.

The charging points was nowhere near the bed but that is a minute detail. The room was overall comfy and safe to stay in.

It was well positioned for transport. It was also easy to see the blue hotel sign from the Brussel Nord station, Central exit, it can also be see. from the Metro exit. I felt the hotel was good value for money.

The lift broke down twice during my stay. A member of staff helped with my case on arrival but when I left I had to carry my luggage down three flights of stairs. I felt it was too early to ask for help.
